【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、防音壁において遮音板を固定するための板バネ式の遮音板留め金具に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般に、自動車道路の両側等に設けられる防音壁は、例えば実開平4−57513号公報に示されているように、所定間隔をあけて立設された複数の支柱と、該相隣接する一対の支柱の対向面に形成され、該支柱の長さ方向に延びる断面コ字状溝と、該相対向する断面コ字状溝間に嵌め込まれ、該断面コ字状溝の溝幅よりも厚みが小さく設定された遮音板とを備えている。そして、上記遮音板と断面コ字状溝における一方の側面との隙間(溝幅方向の隙間)には板バネ式の遮音板留め金具が装着され、この留め金具の弾性復元力により遮音板が断面コ字状溝の他方の側面に押圧されて固定されるようになっている。

上記留め金具は、基本的には、略上下方向に延び、上記隙間に装着されたときに、厚み方向の一方の面が上記遮音板の厚み方向における該隙間側の面に当接する第1縦辺部と、この第1縦辺部と対向しかつ該第1縦辺部との水平距離が上側に向かって大きくなるように設けられ、留め金具が上記隙間に装着されたときに、厚み方向における第1縦辺部と反対側面の上端部が上記断面コ字状溝の一方の側面に当接する第2縦辺部とを備えている。上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の下端部同士は、例えば上記公報のように連結辺部を介して接続されるか、又は、例えば実開昭61−50109号公報に示されているように、連結辺部を介さずに直接接続されている。

そして、上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の下端部間の水平距離は、上記隙間よりも小さく設定されている一方、上端部間の水平距離は、上記隙間よりも大きく設定されており、留め金具を上記遮音板と断面コ字状溝との隙間に装着するには、先ず、第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の下端部をその隙間に挿入しておき、この留め金具を上側からハンマー等で叩くことにより第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部を互いに近付く方向に撓ませて上記隙間に完全に挿入させる。

しかし、上記従来の留め金具の装着方法では、留め金具を重いハンマーで叩いて装着しなければならないため、装着作業に時間がかかると共に、力の弱い作業者に装着作業を行わせることはできないという問題がある。また、装着作業時に大きな音が発生すると共に、留め金具が破損する場合がある。

この不具合対策として、特開平10−245821号公報のものが知られている。このものでは、略上下方向に延び、上記隙間に装着されたときに、厚み方向の一方の面が上記遮音板の厚み方向における該隙間側の面に当接する第1縦辺部と、上記第1縦辺部と対向しかつ該第1縦辺部との水平距離が上側に向かって大きくなるように略上下方向に延び、下端部が上記第1縦辺部の下端部に接続され、上記隙間に装着されたときに、厚み方向における第1縦辺部と反対側面の上端部が上記断面コ字状溝の一方の側面に当接する第2縦辺部と、上記第1縦辺部と第2の縦辺部とを係合する係合手段とを備え、上記係合手段により第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部同士が係合されているときに、該第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部間の水平距離が非係合時よりも小さくなるように構成されているものが開示されている。

上記公報の留め金具では、第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部とを圧縮状態で保持する圧縮状態保持機構を備えている。この圧縮状態保持機構により、留め金具は金槌等で強制的に叩かなくても、断面コ字状溝と防音壁の隙間に挿入できる。そして、圧縮状態の解除時には弾性力の復元、上記隙間を弾性的に保持できるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、留め金具がフリーな状態でV字状であるものでは、第1縦辺部112と第2縦辺部113の上端部同士を係合手段200で接近させて圧縮状態にすると、図11に示すように、中膨れの太鼓状になる。

この状態から圧縮状態を解除すると、第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部の上端部同士は復元弾性力により互いに離れる方向に開くが、元のV字形状に復元しないことがある。
この点を研究した結果、元々断面コ字状溝と防音壁の隙間が小さいものでは、挿入時の留め金具の中膨れ部分と上記隙間との間隔が非常に狭いために、圧縮状態を解除した場合に、第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部が断面コ字状溝と防音壁に当接する前に、留め金具の中膨れ部分が断面コ字状溝と防音壁に当接してしまうことが判明した。この状態では、第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部の下端部と中膨れ部分との長さでのV時状で復元弾性力が作用し、第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部の復元力が作用しないために、弾性保持力が不足する結果となっている。

即ち、従来技術のように、フリーな状態で、上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部とが略V字状になって形成され、係合手段による係合時、上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部とが大きな中膨らみ形状(太鼓形状)に形成されていると、隙間に挿入して係合を外したときに、上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上下中間部分(太鼓形状の中膨らみ部分)が先に遮音板及び断面コ字状溝の側面に当接することとなり、上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部は当接しないか当接しても触れているだけ(弾性復元力が作用しない状態)ということになる。その結果、遮音板留め金具の弾性復元力は、上記第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の太鼓形状の中膨らみ部分の復元力によって決まり、バネ作用が弱いものになってしまう。

特に、留め金具の第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部とを所定の隙間に挿入して係合を解除した場合に、第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部の角度が15°以下になるような狭い隙間のような場合には、圧縮状態を解除したときに、留め金具の中膨れ部分が先に断面コ字状溝と防音壁に当接する結果となった。

本発明は斯かる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、上記のような防音壁の遮音板留め金具に対して、その構成を改良することによって、遮音板と断面コ字状溝との隙間に装着する留め金具の弾性復元力が、十分に作用するようにすることにある。特に、圧縮状態を解除した場合に、第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部の上端部分が断面コ字状溝と防音壁に当接して、この部分の弾性復元力が作用するようにしたものである。

上記の目的を達成するために、請求項1の発明は、所定間隔をあけて立設された一対の支柱の対向面に該支柱の長さ方向に延びて形成された断面コ字状溝と、相対向する断面コ字状溝間に該断面コ字状溝の溝幅よりも厚みが小さく設定されて嵌め込まれた遮音板との隙間に装着され、弾性復元力により該遮音板を断面コ字状溝の他方の側面に押圧する板バネ式の遮音板留め金具であって、略上下方向に延び、上記隙間に装着されたときに、厚み方向の一方の面が上記遮音板の厚み方向における該隙間側の面に当接する第1縦辺部と、上記第1縦辺部と対向しかつ該第1縦辺部との水平距離が上側に向かって大きくなるように略上下方向に延び、下端部が上記第1縦辺部の下端部に接続され、上記隙間に装着されたときに、厚み方向における第1縦辺部と反対側面の上端部が上記断面コ字状溝の一方の側面に当接する第2縦辺部と、上記第1縦辺部と第2縦辺部とを係合する係合手段とを備え、該第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部は、それぞれ所定の曲率で互いに反る方向に湾曲して形成され、上記係合手段により第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部同士が係合されているときに、該第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部間の水平距離が非係合時よりも小さくなるように構成されていることを特徴とする構成である。

上記の構成により、係合部と第2縦辺部の上端部との係合時に、第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部間の水平距離を、遮音板と断面コ字状溝における一方の側面との隙間量と略同じになるようにするか又はその隙間量よりも小さくなるようにすることができる。この結果、作業者は、予め係合部と第2の縦辺部の上端部とを係合した留め金具をその隙間に挿入して上記係合を解除するだけで済み、力の弱い作業者であっても留め金具を簡単な作業で容易にかつスムーズに装着することができると共に、その装着作業時に大きな音が発生したり、留め金具が壊れたりするのを防止することができる。そして、係合を外した場合に、第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上端部が確実に遮音板と断面コ字状溝における一方の側面とに当接するので、第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の上下方向長さをフルに利用した第1縦辺部及び第2縦辺部の弾性復元力により、遮音板を断面コ字状溝に強固に弾性保持できる。

請求項6の発明では、請求項5記載の防音壁の遮音板留め金具において、上記係合手段は略凸形状から形成されており、略凸形状の基端部が第1縦辺部の上端部に接続され、第1縦辺部の厚み方向に撓むことが可能な片持張り状になっており、略凸形状の両端部がお互いに平行になるように略直角に折り曲げられて第2縦辺部側に突出するように形成され、かつ第2縦辺部の上端部に対して上側を覆うように係合する突起部として設けられ、略凸形状の先端部に略上下方向に延びて且つ第2縦辺部の方向に傾斜して形成された延設部が備えられているので、この延設部をガイドにして該延設部と第2縦辺部との間にドライバー等の工具を差し込むことができ、該工具を差し込んだ状態で回したりこじたりすることにより、係合部と第2縦辺部との係合を容易に解除することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1及び図2は、本発明の実施形態1に係る遮音板留め金具10が設けられた防音壁1を示し、この防音壁1は、自動車道路の両側において該自動車道路に沿った方向(図1の紙面に垂直な方向)に所定間隔をあけて立設された多数の支柱2,2,…を備えている。この各支柱2の上部は、自動車道路側に向けて円弧状に湾曲されている。上記各支柱2は、H形鋼からなっていて、該支柱2の長さ方向に延びる2つの断面コ字状溝3,3を有し、この各断面コ字状溝3の開口が自動車道路に沿った方向(防音壁1の長さ方向)を向くように立設されている。すなわち、各断面コ字状溝3は、相隣接する一対の支柱2,2の対向面に形成されていることになる。

上記一対の支柱2,2の対向面における相対向する断面コ字状溝3,3間には、自動車道路に沿った方向に延びる複数の遮音板4,4,…が上下方向に積み重ねられた状態で嵌め込まれている。この各遮音板4は、ポリカーボネート等のプラスチック製や、鉄及びアルミニウムからなるボックスタイプ製であり、その厚みtは上記断面コ字状溝3の溝幅Wよりも小さく設定されている。尚、図1及び図2中、5は、各支柱2の自動車道路と反対側面に貼付固定された金属製の外装板である。

上記各遮音板4と各断面コ字状溝3における自動車道路と反対側の側面との隙間(隙間量S=W−t)には、弾性復元力により該遮音板4を断面コ字状溝3の自動車道路側の側面に押圧しかつばね鋼材等からなる板バネ式の遮音板留め金具10が装着されている。この留め金具10は、上記各遮音板4の長さ方向両端部の上端部に設けられていて、遮音板4の厚み方向における自動車道路と反対側面(上記隙間側面)の上端部を自動車道路側に押圧するように構成されている。尚、上記各遮音板4の上端部における自動車道路側部には、下側に凹む段差部4aが形成され、この段差部4aと断面コ字状溝3の自動車道路側の側面との間には、この遮音板4の直ぐ上側に積み重ねられる遮音板4の下端部に設けた凸部4bが挿入されるようになっており、このことで、遮音板4の下端部の厚み方向への移動が規制されるようになっている。

この係合部20は、基端部が第1縦辺部12の上端部に一体に接続されかつ該基端部から上側(第2の縦辺部13側に僅かに傾斜している)に延びて先端部が第1縦辺部12の厚み方向に撓むことが可能な片持張り状の可撓部21と、該可撓部21の先端部に第2縦辺部13側に突出するように形成されかつ第2縦辺部13の上端部に対して上側を覆うように係合する2つの突起部22,22とからなっている(係合状態は、図4の二点鎖線又は図5を参照)。この各突起部22の下面は、上記斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部に沿う円弧状をなしている。したがって、上記斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部は、上記係合部20における可撓部21の各突起部22と係合する係合受部を構成し、この係合受部と係合部20とは、第1縦辺部12と第2縦辺部13とを係合する係合手段を構成している。

本発明では、特に、上記係合部20の各突起部22と上記斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部とが係合していないときには、上記第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13は、図3及び図4に示すように、お互いに反り返った状態になるように形成してある。即ち、上記第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13は、下端部から上端部にかけて湾曲して形成してある。このことにより、図4に2点鎖線で示すように、上記係合部20の各突起部22と上記斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部とが係合しているときには、上記第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13は、少し中膨らみの太鼓形状であるが、中膨らみの太鼓形状が目立つほどではなく、ほぼ平行に近い形状に形成される。

以上のように構成された遮音板留め金具10を遮音板4と断面コ字状溝3の自動車道路と反対側の側面との隙間に装着して該遮音板4を固定する方法を説明する。尚、留め金具10を装着する段階では、外装板5は各支柱2に貼付固定されてはいない。

先ず、予め留め金具10の第2縦辺部13を第1縦辺部12側に撓ませることにより、係合部20の各突起部22と斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部とを係合させておく。この係合は、留め金具10の製造時に製造装置により行ってもよく、装着作業者が工具を用いて行ってもよい。そして、この状態を保持したまま、図6に示すように、留め金具10の第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13を、上記隙間に挿入しながら、取付辺部11の嵌合孔11aを、遮音板4の上端面の嵌合部4cに嵌合させてセットする。このとき、第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13の上端部間の水平距離L2が、上記隙間量Sよりも小さいので、第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13の下端部から上端部に至るまでの全体を、上記隙間内に容易に挿入することができる。すなわち、従来のように係合部20がない状態では、第1縦辺部12及び第2縦辺部13の上端部を上記隙間内に挿入するには、上側からハンマー等により叩いて無理矢理挿入する必要があったが、このような作業は全く行わなくてもよい。

次いで、図7に示すように、上記係合部20の延設部23と斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部との間に、先端部が楔状に形成されたドライバー等の工具50を、上側でかつ断面コ字状溝3の開口側から差し込んで回したりこじたりすることにより、係合部20の各突起部22と斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部との係合を解除する。このとき、延設部23がなければ、工具50を各突起部22と斜辺部14ないし第2縦辺部13の上端部との間に差し込んで上記係合を解除することになるが、延設部23を設けたことにより、延設部23がない場合よりも工具50が差し込み易くなって係合解除を容易に行うことができる。
