In recent years, the demand for dry seaweed is increasing not only in a folded seaweed bundle, but also in the form of stretched flat seaweed. However, since the seaweed bundle is usually shipped in a folded form, the processor that processes the flat seaweed opens the two-fold dry seaweed, flattens it, and heats it to make it into grilled seaweed. After that, flat seaweed bundles are packed into a product. However, there is a problem that it is troublesome to handle the double-dried dry seaweed, for example, it is necessary to open the double-folded seaweed bundle and to take a crease for further flattening.

Therefore, the present invention provides a flat seaweed bundling line that can bundle flat seaweed unloaded from a drying apparatus as a flat seaweed bundle.

The flat seaweed bundle bundling line of the present invention is a flat seaweed bundle in which a flat seaweed bundle unloaded from a seaweed collecting and aligning means for aligning a bundle of flat seaweed bundles obtained by stacking a predetermined number of flat seaweed is bundled in the form of a flat seaweed bundle. Bundle bundling means, mass measuring means for measuring the mass of the flat nori bundle bundled by the flat nori bundle bundling means, and printing means for printing the mass measured by the mass measuring means on the bundling paper bundled with the flat nori bundle And a mass display means for displaying the mass measured by the mass measurement means, and an exclusion means for excluding the bundled flat laver bundle whose mass is out of standard from the carry-out line , wherein the flat laver bundle bundling means is transported A pair of support plates arranged opposite to each other to support the flat seaweed bundle by narrowing the interval after receiving both sides of the flat seaweed bundle that has been horizontally carried by the conveyor and raising it above the conveyor, Bundled paper to supply bunched paper Feeding unit, a bundled paper feeder that can move forward and backward to grip and feed the bundled paper fed from the bundled paper supply unit, and on the flat laver bundle supported by the support plate Compress the flat seaweed bundle while pressing the bundle paper fed into the flat seaweed bundle, the compression plate that moves up and down on the support plate, and the end of the bundle paper that hangs before and after the flat seaweed bundle as the support plate rises Each of the above is composed of a flat laver bundle and a bundling paper bending roller which is bent and pushed down to the lower side of the support plate, and a bonding apparatus for bonding the stacked end portions .

The flat seaweed bundle bundling line may be provided with a display means for displaying the measured mass and the standard mass, and an alarm means for issuing an alarm when the bundled flat seaweed bundle is out of the standard.

The flat seaweed bundle bundling line of the present invention makes it possible to ship flat seaweed unloaded from the drying device in the form of a flat seaweed bundle, thereby improving the working efficiency of the flat seaweed processor. it can.

FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of a flat seaweed bundling line of the present invention. In FIG. 1, a reversing device 21 for reversing dried flat seaweed carried one by one from the laver drying device 20, a testing device 22 for inspecting the reversed flat laver, and a predetermined number of flat laver that has passed through the testing device 22. A laver converging and aligning device 23 for converging and aligning the converged flat laver bundles is sequentially arranged.

The laver collecting and aligning device 23 is provided with a carry-out conveyor 26 serving as a direction changing device. The flat laver bundle is provided with a flat laver bundle bundling device (hereinafter referred to as “bundling device”) 1 that is bundled with a bundled paper in the state of a flat laver bundle by a direction changing device comprising a carry-out conveyor 26 that can be driven in the forward and reverse directions. Direction to one of the laver bundle folding / bundling line 25A provided with a flat seaweed bundle bundling line 1A, a folding device 24 for folding the flat seaweed bundle in two, and a bundling device 25 for binding the folded nori bundle with paper tape The destination can be switched by switching. One bundle-side end portion 26a of the carry-out conveyor 26 carrying out the flat nori bundle bundled and aligned by the laver collecting and aligning device 23 is connected to the carry conveyor 5 of the flat nori bundle bundle line 1A, and the other folding of the carry-out conveyor 26 is folded. The side end portion 26b is connected to a conveyor for a laver bundle folding / binding line.

In the laver bundle production line, the flat laver dried by the laver drying device 20 is taken out one by one, reversed by the reversing device 21, inspected and selected by the inspection device 22, and then a plurality of sheets (usually by the laver collecting and aligning device 23) 10 pieces of flat seaweed are piled up to form a flat seaweed bundle and are carried out from the carry-out conveyor 26.

When bundling flat seaweed bundles, they are carried out from the bundling side end portion 26a of the carry-out conveyor 26 of the laver focusing and aligning device 23 and transferred to the conveyor 5 of the flat seaweed bundle bundling line 1A. Convey and bundle with bundled paper.

When producing a folded seaweed bundle, the nori bundle is folded and bound from the folding side end 26b of the carry-out conveyor 26 by rotating the carry-out conveyor 26 reverse to the case of the flat nori bundle bundle line 1A. It is transferred to a conveyor 25A, conveyed to the folding device 24, folded into a flat laver bundle and folded in half, and the folded seaweed bundle is bound with a paper tape by the binding device 25.

The flat seaweed bundle bundling line 1A is provided on the downstream side of the bundling device 1 with a mass measuring device 27 for measuring the mass of the laver bundle 3 bundled with the bundling paper 4, a printing device 28 for printing the mass on the bundling paper 4, The product exclusion device 29 is sequentially arranged via a conveyor 30 made of a string belt. In addition, a display device 31 that displays the measured mass is installed in a place that is easy for the operator to see. The mass measurement, printing, nonstandard product exclusion, and mass display related to the mass are each controlled by a control signal from the control device 32.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of a bundling device used in the line of the bundling device of the present invention, wherein (a) is a plan view, (b) is a front view, and (c) is a side view.

In FIG. 2, a flat laver bundle 3 is loaded horizontally into a rectangular frame 2 of the bundling apparatus 1 from the conveyor of the flat laver focusing and aligning apparatus, and the flat lamina bundled with a bundling paper 4 from the front. A conveyor 5 for carrying out the laver bundle 3 is arranged. A bundled paper supply unit 6 for supplying the bundled paper 4 for bundling the flat seaweed bundle 3 is arranged on the frame 2 a on the carry-out side of the bundler 1. The flat laver bundle 3 transferred from the transport conveyor 5 is held by being transferred from the transport conveyor 5, and the flat laver bundle support portions 7 for returning the bundled flat laver bundle 3 to the transport conveyor 5 are perpendicular to both sides of the bundling device 1. It is provided in the elevator 8 that moves up and down along the frame 2b. Further, a flat nori bundle bundling portion 9 for bundling the flat nori bundle 3 held by the flat nori bundle support 7 with the bundling paper 4 is provided on the frame frame 2 at the upper part of the bundling device 1. Hereinafter, each part is demonstrated concretely.

(1) Transport Conveyor In FIG. 2, the transport conveyor 5 is composed of three string conveyors 5a parallel to the transport direction of the flat seaweed bundle. The outer width of the string conveyor 5a is about 2/3 of the width of the flat laver bundle (about 21 cm), and both sides of the flat laver bundle 3 being conveyed are about 1/6 of the width of the flat laver bundle from the conveyor 5 respectively. It is sticking out. In this invention, when raising a flat seaweed bundle, the both sides which protruded from the conveyance conveyor 5 are supported first, and a raise operation | movement is started.

The conveyor 5 is stopped by a signal from the approach sensor 10 that detects the transported flat laver bundle. A stopper 11 that can be moved up and down by a cylinder 11a is disposed between the string conveyors 5a. The stopper 11 stops the bundle of flat laver that has been conveyed above the string conveyor 5a and is bundled. When the bundle is carried out, it descends below the string conveyor 5a and allows the flat seaweed bundle to pass through.

Further, below the string conveyor 5a, a flat laver bundle support 12 that can be moved up and down by a cylinder 12a is disposed. When the flat seaweed bundle 3 is supported only on both sides of the flat seaweed bundle protruding from the conveyor 5 on the support plate 7a of the flat seaweed bundle support portion 7, the flat seaweed bundle support 12 rises to support the flat seaweed bundle. Make sure that the flat seaweed bundle does not fall and fall.

You may connect the conveyor 13 and the conveyor 13 of another drive to the carrying-in side of the conveyance conveyor 5, and you may enable it to wait for the subsequent flat laver bundle which is carried in now. Further, a measuring table 14 that can be moved up and down is disposed at the lower end of the conveyor 5 so that the mass can be measured by placing the bundle of flat laver bundled by raising the measuring table 14 above the conveyor. . The measuring table 14 is supported by the load cell section at the lower part, and transmits the signal of the load cell section to the mass display section so that the measured mass can be displayed.

(2) Bundled Paper Supply Unit In FIG. 2, the bundled paper supply unit 6 is detachable with a plurality of bundled papers 4 stored therein and an opening 6a from which the stored bundled paper 4 is pulled out one by one downward. It is composed of a magazine and is supported by a frame 2a on the carry-out side of the bundling device 1. The bundled paper supply unit 6 includes a bundled paper drawer roll 6b that pulls out the bundled paper 4, and the bundled paper storage unit 6 is rotated by the rotation of the bundled paper drawer roll 6b that is in contact with the bundled paper 4 in response to a signal from the ingress sensor 10. Each of the bundled papers 4 is cued one by one from the opening 6a.

When the thermocompression bonding is used for the bundled paper 4 to bond the stacked ends of the bundled paper, a thermocompression paper having an adhesive coated on the surface of the paper is used. Further, when the end portions of the bundled papers are adhered with an adhesive label, it may be made of paper.

The width of the bundled paper 4 is not particularly limited. For example, the width of the flat nori bundle 3 is about 1/3 to 1/2 of the width of about 21 cm, or the same width as the flat nori bundle. Also good. The total length of the bundled paper 4 needs to be long enough to be wound around a flat seaweed bundle and overlap the edges, and for example, in the case of 50 or less flat seaweed bundles, it is about 55 cm. The length may be adjusted accordingly. Note that the bundled paper 4 may be supplied by cutting a continuous one wound around a roll to a required length instead of the strip-shaped one.

The end of the bundled paper 4 cued from the opening 6a of the bundled paper supply unit 6 is guided to an openable and closable opening 15a provided in the chucker 15 which is a bundled paper feeding device. When the end of the bundled paper reaches the opening 15 a, the chucker 15 closes the opening 15 a and grips the end of the bundled paper 4. The chucker 15 waits upward in a state where the end of the bundled paper 4 is held by the pneumatic rodless cylinder 15c along the guide 15b provided on the side surface of the elevator 8 that moves the flat seaweed bundle support portion 7 up and down. It passes horizontally between the compression plate 16 and the flat seaweed bundle 3 and travels horizontally to the rear of the bundling device 1, and pulls out one bundled paper 4 from the bundled paper supply unit 6. The end portion of the pulled out bundled paper is supported by a bundled paper support bar 6c provided horizontally at a right angle to the conveying direction so as not to hang over the conveying conveyor 5.

(3) Flat Nori Bundle Support Unit In FIG. 2, the flat nori bundle support unit 7 is fixed to an elevator 8 that moves up and down along the vertical frame 2 b of the bundling device 1. The elevator 8 is fixed to the chain 8a and moves up and down by rotating the sprocket 8b with a motor.

On both sides of the lower part of the elevator 8, a pair of L-shaped support plates 7a for receiving and supporting a flat seaweed bundle from below is provided. The support plates 7a move in the width direction of the conveyor 5 so as to approach or leave each other along a guide (not shown) provided on the lower plate 8d of the elevator 8. The support plate 7a is moved by a piston rod 7c of a cylinder 7b fixed to the elevator 8. Note that the cylinder 7b is fixed to the elevator 8, and the cylinder 7b is also raised and lowered by raising and lowering the elevator 8, so that the fluid pressure is supplied from the outside so that the opening of the vertical frame 2b of the bundling device 1 can be raised and lowered.

The support plate 7a moves up and down integrally with the elevator 8 and is at a level lower than the upper surface of the transport conveyor 5 when in the standby position of the bottom dead center, but the interval between the support plates 7a facing each other is larger than the outer width of the transport conveyor 5. Since it is slightly wide, it does not interfere with the conveyor 5 even if it is lifted up and down as it is. Further, since the support plate 7a does not interfere with the transport conveyor 5 when it is at a level higher than the upper surface of the transport conveyor 5, it can be freely moved in the width direction of the transport conveyor 5 as it is.

The elevator 8 is lifted and lowered by three height sensors arranged on the frame of the bundling apparatus 1 while being temporarily stopped at a position of bottom dead center → above the conveyor → top dead center.

A piston rod 16b of a cylinder 16a provided in the upper plate 8c of the elevator 8 passes through the center of the upper plate 8c of the elevator 8, and a compression plate 16 fixed to the tip of the cylinder 16a is disposed so as to be movable up and down.

As shown in FIG. 3, the compression plate 16 is approximately the same size as the flat laver bundle 3, and guides the bundled paper 4 having the width of the bundled paper 4 before and after the portion that holds the bundled paper 4 at the center. Thus, a guide piece 16c having a downwardly widening taper for positioning is provided. The front end of the compression plate 16 is set at the same position as the front ends of the stopper 11 and the flat seaweed bundle 3.

The compression plate 16 is lowered by the cylinder 16 a to compress the flat laver bundle 3 with the support plate 7 a, and press the bundled paper 4 at the upper center of the flat laver bundle 3.

(4) Flat nori bundle bundling portion In FIG. 2, the flat nori bundle bundling portion 9 is composed of a bundling paper guide 9a, a bundling paper bending roller 9b, an air ejection device 9c, and a thermocompression heater 9d, which are bundling devices. 1 is fixed to the vertical frame 2b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the bundled paper guides 9a supported horizontally by the vertical frame 2b of the bundling device 1 are respectively located at positions slightly separated from the front and rear surfaces of the flat laver bundle 3 supported by the support plate 7a. Has been placed. The outside of the bundled paper 4 that hangs before and after the flat laver bundle 3 while the elevator 8 is rising to the top dead center is guided by the bundled paper guide 9a, so that the gap between the front and back of the flat laver bundle 3 and the bundled paper guide 9a Located in.

To bend the bundled paper 4 hanging from the front and back of the flat laver bundle 3 below the bundled paper guide 9a and at the level of the lower surface of the support plate 7a holding the flat laver bundle 3 to the center of the lower surface of the support plate 7 The bundling paper bending rollers 9b are horizontally provided opposite to each other. The bundling paper bending roller 9b is moved forward and backward by a cylinder 9e fixed to the vertical frame 2b of the bundling device 1.

The vertical frame 2b of the bundling device 1 maintains the state in which the end of the bundling paper 4 bent to the lower side of the support plate 7a by the bundling paper bending roller 9b is pushed up and stacked on the lower surface of the support plate 7a by air blowing. An air blowing device 9c is arranged.

Further, a thermocompression heater 9d for thermocompression bonding the overlapping part of the bundled paper 4 is supported, and the thermocompression heater 9d enters and exits the thermocompression bonding part of the bundled paper 4 and rises to hold the thermocompression bonding part. Heat and heat press. Moreover, when adhering the overlapped end portions of the bundled paper with an adhesive label, a means for moving in and out of the adhesive portion of the bundled paper 4 and attaching the adhesive label may be used instead of the thermocompression heater.

Next, the operation of bundling flat seaweed bundles will be described. FIGS. 5 to 10 are schematic views showing a bundled operation of flat seaweed bundles, the right side is a front view, the left side is a side view, and the portions necessary for explanation are shown.

(1) The flat laver that is transported vertically from the drying device one by one is inverted after being inverted by the reversing device, and then counted after checking for shape defects and adhering foreign matter. When 10 sheets are stacked, they are dropped onto the lower conveyor. . Each time the 10 flat laver bundles are dropped (5 for 50, 10 for 100), 4 sides are aligned and the number of stacked sheets is a predetermined number (for example, 50 to 100). Then, the flat seaweed bundle is carried out in the horizontal direction by the aligner conveyor.

(2) In Fig.5 (a), the flat laver bundle 3 is carried in to the bundling apparatus 1 with the conveyance conveyor 5 connected with the carry-out conveyor of a laver focusing apparatus. The flat seaweed bundle 3 transported by the transport conveyor 5 is detected by the ingress sensor 10, the timer is activated by the signal of the ingress sensor 10, the transport conveyor 5 stops after a certain time, and the front surface of the flat seaweed bundle 3 is a string. It abuts against the stopper 11 rising by the cylinder 11a between the conveyors 5a.

(3) In FIG. 5 (b), the bundled paper drawer roll 6b that contacts the topmost bundled paper 4 of the bundled paper storage unit 6 is rotated by the signal from the ingress sensor 10 to rotate the bundled paper 4 from the bundled paper storage unit 1 Draw out and cue. The end of the bundled paper 4 that has been cueed enters the opening 15a of the chucker 15 and is gripped by closing the opening 15a.

In FIG. 6 (a), the chucker 15 holding the end of the bundled paper 4 has a cylinder 15c between the upper part of the flat laver bundle 3 and the lower part of the rising compression plate 16, on the carry-in side of the flat seaweed bundle 3. Travel horizontally to the vehicle and stop after being detected by the sensor.

(4) In FIG. 6 (b), the elevator plate 8 is raised to raise the support plate 7a from the level of the conveyor 5 and the flat laver bundle 3 on the conveyor is lifted away from the conveyor. At this time, in order to surely float the flat laver bundle 3 with the support plate 7a, the flat laver bundle support base 12 is also raised between the string conveyors 5a to assist the support of the flat laver bundle 3.

(5) In FIG. 7 (a), since the support plate 7a is located above the conveyor 5, the opposing support plate 7a is moved from both sides to the center so that the gap is narrower than the conveyor 5, and the flat seaweed bundle 3 can be stably supported only by the support plate 7a. In the meantime, the stopper 11 and the flat seaweed bundle support base 12 descend.

(6) In FIG. 7 (b), the compression plate 16 on the upper side of the support plate 7a is lowered by the cylinder 16a, the bundled paper 4 is pushed down and placed on the flat seaweed bundle 3, and then the compression plate 16 and the support plate 7a. Compress the flat seaweed bundle 3 in between. At this time, the end portion of the bundled paper 4 is pulled away from the opening 15a of the chucker 15 and separated.

In FIG. 8A, when the elevator 8 is raised in a state in which the flat seaweed bundle 3 is compressed, both ends of the bundled paper 4 hang down below the lower surface of the flat seaweed bundle 3 before and after the flat seaweed bundle 3.

(7) In FIG. 8 (b), the trailing end of the bundled paper 4 that hangs down is moved forward by the cylinder 9e with the bundled paper bending roller 9b, bent and pushed to the lower side of the flat laver bundle 3 and the support plate 7a.

Next, in FIG. 9 (a), the front end drooping in the same manner is bent and pushed by the bundling paper bending roller 9b to the lower side of the flat laver bundle 3 and the support plate 7a, and air is ejected from the air ejection device 9c. Then, the end of the bundled paper 4 is pushed up and stacked on the lower surface of the support plate 7b.

(8) The thermocompression-bonding heater 9d maintained at a constant temperature is introduced into the overlapped end, and is raised and brought into contact with the thermocompression-bonding heater 9d. After the crimping, the thermocompression heater 9d returns to its original position. Thus, the flat seaweed bundle 3 is bundled by the bundled paper 4 in a compressed state.

(9) In a state where the flat seaweed bundle 3 is compressed by the compression plate 16, the elevator 8 is lowered, and the support plate 7 a supporting the bundled flat seaweed 3 is stopped at a position slightly above the conveyor 5. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9B, the clearance of the support plate 7a is expanded to a width that does not interfere with the conveyor 5 and the compression plate 16 is raised.

(10) Next, in FIG. 10A, when the elevator 8 is lowered and the support plate 7 a is lowered to the lower part of the transport conveyor 5, the bundled flat laver bundle 3 is placed on the transport conveyor 5.

(11) In FIG. 10B, the flat laver bundle 3 that is bundled by driving the conveyor 5 is conveyed to the top of the measuring table 14 at the end of the conveyor 5 and stopped, and then the lower part of the conveyor 5 The measurement table 14 is lifted from and lifted from the conveyor 5 to measure the mass. Meanwhile, the chucker 15 returns to the position where the bundled paper 4 is pulled out, and the stopper 11 rises above the upper portion of the conveyor 5.

When the mass measurement is finished, the transporting conveyor 5 is driven and the bundled flat laver bundle 3 is unloaded from the bundling device 1.

Through the above process, the bundled paper 4 is wound in the length (about 19 cm) direction around the center of the width (about 21 cm) of the flat seaweed bundle 3 and compressed in the thickness direction. Obtainable.

As the printing device 28, for example, an ink jet printer that can automatically change the date and time and that can be easily set with a numbering is used. The bundled paper 4 is printed not only with the measured mass, but also with production information such as the producer name and production date, as shown in FIG. 11, and a barcode that can read these information. The mass information is input to the control device and compared with the standard. The standard for mass is “light” when less than 270 g and “heavy” when 350 g or more. In accordance with the mass calculated by the control device 32, mass information / control signals are sent to the printing device 28 and the nonstandard product exclusion device 29.

For example, as shown in FIG. 12, the non-standard product exclusion device 29 is configured such that a non-standard product storage box outside the transport path is rotated by the exclusion plate 33 arranged between the conveyor belts 30 made of a string belt. 34.

FIG. 13 is a diagram showing a processing flow of the flat seaweed bundling line according to the present invention.

Flat seaweed carried out of the drying device is inspected for defects in shape and adhering foreign matter, and then converged and aligned to form a bundle, which is then carried out by a conveyor.

The mass of the flat laver bundle 3 bundled with the bundled paper 4 by the bundling device 1 is measured by the mass measuring device 27. The measured mass is printed on the bundled paper 4 and displayed, and is automatically displayed on the mass display of the display device 31.

The printing device 28 prints mass information, production information, and a barcode that can read these information.

When the measured value of the mass displayed on the mass indicator exceeds the upper limit value of the standard or less than the lower limit value, an alarm buzzer (not shown) that is a mass alarm means sounds and it is out of specification. Notify workers. The non-standard flat seaweed bundle is selected by the non-standard product exclusion device 29 driven by the control signal of the control device 32, and the exclusion plate 33 rotates to be excluded to the non-standard product storage box 34. The selection of the non-standard seaweed bundle is automatically performed by an exclusion signal from the control device 32. Note that the non-standard product exclusion device 29 may be pushed into the non-standard product storage box 34 by pushing a non-standard flat seaweed bundle with a pusher instead of the exclusion plate 33.
