Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an oily solid cosmetic material having a long-lasting gloss when applied and having a good feeling of use.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In oily solid cosmetics such as lipsticks, long-lasting gloss when applied is an attractive property for consumers, but no product with sufficient performance has been obtained so far.
In order to extend the gloss of the oily solid cosmetic material, a method using oil having a high viscosity is generally used. However, such oily solid cosmetics have a large stickiness, so that the coating feel is poor and the long-lasting effect of gloss is not sufficient.
The blending of volatile oils into oily solid cosmetics results in undesirable properties such as poor coating and dryness when the volatile oil evaporates.
In order to improve the color retention effect without using a non-volatile oil agent, for example, a method of incorporating a swellable silicone resin having a partially crosslinked structure into a lipstick (JP-A-10-194931) has been proposed.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the resin is simply blended in this way, the resin does not sufficiently form a film when applied, so the effect of preventing color transfer is not sufficient, and the resin is applied unevenly, resulting in poor gloss. It tends to be.
An object of the present invention is to provide a solid cosmetic that is glossy, lasts long, and has a good feeling of use.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventor uses a composite powder in which the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane is absorbed in a porous powder and embedded in the porous powder. The oily solid cosmetic material is glossy, lasts long and has a good feeling of use. It was found that can be obtained.
The present invention provides an oily solid cosmetic containing a porous powder having a partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane embedded therein.
Here, “embedding” means a state in which the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane is absorbed in the porous powder and held in the pores or in the internal cavities.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane absorbed in the porous powder used in the present invention and embedded in the pores and inside the pores includes organohydrogenpolysiloxane and organopolysiloxane having an aliphatic unsaturated bond. And a polymer obtained by subjecting a partially crosslinked polymer obtained by addition reaction to an organopolysiloxane having a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an alkoxy group or the like to a condensation reaction.
The partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane preferably has an elastomeric property.
[0006]
Examples of commercially available products include KSG6 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Silicone), Trefil E-505C, E-506C (manufactured by Toray Dow Corning), Gransil SR-CYC, SR-DMF10, SR-DC556 (manufactured by Grant Industries) and the like. In addition, a commercially available partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane dissolved or swollen in an appropriate solvent can be used as well. Examples thereof include KSG15, 16, 17, 18 (manufactured by Shin-Etsu Silicone), Gransil SR-DMF10 gel, SR-DC556 gel (manufactured by Grant Industries), SF1204, JK113 (manufactured by General Electric), and the like.
[0007]
The porous powder used in the present invention has oil-absorbing properties, for example, a metal silicate such as calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, strontium silicate, aluminum silicate, barium silicate, magnesium aluminate metasilicate, etc. Metal carbonates such as calcium carbonate and cobalt carbonate Metal phosphates such as calcium phosphate Tungstic metal salts such as calcium tungstate Metal oxides such as cobalt oxide and α-iron oxide Metals such as hydrated iron oxide Examples of the hydroxide include organic powders such as nylon, cellulose, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), corn starch, and polystyrene; silica, silica gel, hydroxyapatite, alumina, and silica-alumina composite oxide. Here, the silica-alumina composite oxide refers to aluminosilicates such as clay mineral and zeolite.
[0008]
The oil absorption amount of the porous powder is 50 to 2000 mL / 100 g, as measured by the method described in JIS K510, in terms of obtaining the stability and light usability of the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane in the oily solid cosmetic. In particular, it is preferably 100 to 700 mL / 100 g.
[0009]
The porous powder is preferably spherical or pseudospherical (spheroid, polyhedron, etc.).
[0010]
The porous powder preferably has an average particle size of 0.5 to 50 μm, particularly preferably 1 to 30 μm, from the viewpoint that the oily solid cosmetic can be applied uniformly and without a sense of incongruity. Here, the average particle diameter refers to a value measured by a laser diffraction / scattering method.
[0011]
As the porous powder used in the present invention, silica, alumina, silica-alumina composite oxide, calcium phosphate, PMMA, nylon, cellulose and the like are preferable, but silica is particularly preferable in terms of stability in oily solid cosmetics. Alumina or silica-alumina composite oxide is preferred.
[0012]
Examples of porous spherical powders having these preferable properties include Sunsphere H122 (manufactured by Asahi Glass), silica microcapsules (manufactured by Nippon Insulation), microsphere M-600 (manufactured by Matsumoto Yushi), SP-500 (manufactured by Toray). Cellflow MB-12C (manufactured by Chisso) is commercially available.
[0013]
The porous powder used in the present invention has pores and cavities inside, but it is necessary to previously absorb and embed the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane therein. Even if the porous powder and the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane are separately contained or only the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane is contained in the oily solid cosmetic, the effect of the present invention cannot be obtained.
[0014]
As a method for absorbing and embedding the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane in the porous powder, for example, there is a method of mixing the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane, the solvent and the porous powder, and removing the solvent by evaporation or the like while stirring. The partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane is preferable because it can be uniformly and stably embedded in the porous powder.
[0015]
As a solvent used here, a volatile solvent is preferable.
The volatile solvent is preferably a hydrocarbon, silicone or a mixture thereof volatile at room temperature.
[0016]
Volatile hydrocarbons used include C 3 to C 20 isoparaffins such as isodecane, isododecane, isohexadecane and the like.
[0017]
Examples of the volatile silicone include silicones having an alkyl group having 3 to 10 carbon atoms at the side chain or terminal of a linear silicone structure, and include hexylheptamethyltrisiloxane and octylheptamethyltrisiloxane. . Further, linear silicones having 2 to 6 silicon atoms, for example, methylpolysiloxanes such as hexamethyldisiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxanes, cyclic silicones having 3 to 6 silicon atoms, such as octamethylcyclotetra Examples include siloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, or a mixture thereof.
[0018]
The relative weight ratio between the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane and the solvent is preferably partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane: solvent = 5: 95 to 80:20, particularly 10:90 to 50:50.
[0019]
The partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane is preferably mixed in an amount of 0.05 to 5 parts by weight, particularly 0.1 to 2 parts by weight, based on 1 part by weight of the porous powder.
The powder containing the partially crosslinked organopolysiloxane is preferably contained in the oily solid cosmetic of the present invention in an amount of 0.05 to 20% by weight, particularly 0.2 to 10% by weight.
[0020]
In addition to this powder, the oily solid cosmetic according to the present invention uses lipstick, lip balm, lipstick, lip balm, appropriately using components such as wax, oil, extender pigment, colored fragrance, dye, fragrance, surfactant, antioxidant and water It can be used for cosmetics such as foundation, eye shadow, eyebrow, eyeliner and the like.
[0021]
