Description

The present invention relates to a packaging device that can be stacked.

Conventionally, for example, in the case of physical distribution, when an article is stored in a box and transported, the form is transported in a state where the boxes are stacked in a plurality of stages, but the collapse of the box during transportation is prevented. For this reason, a device has been devised to stabilize the stacking posture on the box.

The box has an opening for inserting and removing articles on the upper side, a frame-shaped upper frame is provided around the opening, and stoppers having a substantially L-shaped horizontal cross section are provided at the four corners of the upper frame. It is placed and stacked on the upper frame portion in a state where the bottom side of the stacking side, that is, the upper box, is fitted between the inner sides of the stoppers at the four corners of the stacking side, that is, the lower box. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
JP-A-6-135440 (page 3-4, FIG. 1-2)

However, when stacking boxes, it is difficult to align and fit the four corners of the bottom of the upper box between the insides of the stoppers at the four corners of the lower box, and the boxes are stacked. When lowering the box, it is impossible to remove the bottom of the upper box from the inside of the stoppers at the four corners of the lower box unless the upper box is lifted directly above. It is a heavy labor when unloading or when the contents are heavy, etc.In addition, the upper box is easily moved laterally before the bottom of the upper box comes off the stopper of the lower box, and is stacked There is a problem that the box collapses.

The present invention has been made in view of such points, and it is easy to load and unload a box, and even if a lid is placed on the box, the box stacked on the box does not collapse without fail. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that can be stacked.

The packaging apparatus according to claim 1 is a frame having an opening, and one of the two opposite sides is a short side and the other two opposite sides are a long side, and the short side and the long side are formed. The upper frame part in which the corners of the four corners are connected by the connecting member, the bottom part provided corresponding to the outer shape of the upper frame part, and the side part provided to be foldable between the upper frame part and the bottom part. A box body provided; a lid body that is detachably disposed by closing an opening on the upper frame portion of the box body; and connecting both ends only at two sides along each long side of the upper frame portion of the box body There are stopper portions raised so as to protrude above the connecting members between the members , and on the stacking side when the lid and box are stacked between the inside of these stopper portions and on the upper frame portion The bottom of the box can be placed respectively, and the stopper protrudes above the lid in the state of the lid. Stopper body and; those that comprise a.

And in this structure, since the stopper part of the stopper body was raised up so that it protrudes above the connecting member between the connecting members at both ends only at two sides along each long side of the upper frame part of the box. When stacking boxes, the bottom of the upper box can be easily positioned by positioning it only inside the stopper of the lower box, and when lowering the box, the stopper of the lower box The upper box can be lowered by moving it in the longitudinal direction, making it easier to load and unload the box, and the lid that closes the opening of the box is placed between the inside of the stopper and Even in the state of being arranged on the upper frame body, the stopper portion projects upward from the lid body, so that the box bodies stacked on the box body can be reliably stacked without collapsing.

In the packaging device according to claim 2, the side surface portion of the box body is provided such that the upper and lower edge portions can be bent on two opposite sides of the upper frame portion and the bottom surface portion, respectively, and is attached to the side surface of the box body during assembly. A pair of first side surface portions that are arranged and folded when folded into an inner region of the box body, and upper edge portions are provided on the other two opposite sides of the upper frame portion so that they can be folded. A pair of second side surfaces disposed on the side surface of the box body between the insides of the pair of first side surface portions during assembly, and folded into the inner region of the box body when folded, and a pair of second side surface portions Provided at the lower edge portion of each frame so as to be bendable, and provided with a pair of butting portions which are arranged on the bottom surface portion while abutting each other at the time of assembly and folded into the inner region of the upper frame portion when folded. It is.

In this configuration, the upper and lower edge portions of the pair of first side surface portions are provided so as to be foldable on two opposite sides of the upper frame portion and the bottom surface portion, and the other two of the upper frame portion are opposed to each other. Since the upper edge portion of the pair of second side surface portions can be bent on the side and the pair of butting portions can be bent on the lower edge portion of the pair of second side surface portions, respectively, during assembly, The pair of first side surfaces are arranged on the side surface of the box, the pair of second side surfaces are arranged on the side surface of the box between the pair of first side surfaces, and the pair of butting parts are arranged at the tips of each other. The second side surface portion is held in the assembled state by the butted portion by being abutted and disposed on the bottom surface portion, the strength in the assembled state is ensured, and even if an external force is applied to the second side surface portion, the second side surface portion is maintained. It is reliably prevented that the side portion of the fold is folded.

The packaging device according to claim 3 is the packaging device according to claim 2, wherein the second side surface portion is provided on a longer side than the first side surface portion.

In this configuration, the second side surface portion is provided on the longer side than the first side surface portion. However, since the second side surface portion on the long side is provided with the butting portion, the strength in the assembled state is ensured. Secured.

A packaging device according to a fourth aspect is the packaging device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the lid body includes a locking portion that is detachably locked to the upper frame portion at an end in the longitudinal direction. Is.

And in this configuration, since the locking portion of the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the lid body is locked to the upper frame portion, when the box body is moved down in the longitudinal direction without the stopper portion of the lower box body, The lid body is not displaced, and the box body can be easily slid down on the lid body.

According to the packaging device of claim 1, the stopper portion of the stopper body protrudes upward from the connecting member between only the two sides along each long side of the upper frame portion of the box between the connecting members at both ends. Therefore, when stacking boxes, the bottom of the upper box can be easily positioned by positioning it only inside the stopper of the lower box, and when lowering the box, It can be lowered by moving the upper box in the longitudinal direction where there is no box stopper, which makes it easier to load and unload the box, and the lid that closes the opening of the box is attached to the stopper Even in a state of being arranged between the inner sides and on the upper frame, the stopper portion protrudes upward from the lid, so that the boxes stacked on the box can be reliably stacked without collapsing.

According to the packaging device according to claim 2 , in addition to the effect of the packaging device according to claim 1, the upper and lower edges of the pair of first side surfaces on one of the two opposite sides of the upper frame portion and the bottom surface portion. The upper edge of the pair of second side surfaces is provided on the other two opposite sides of the upper frame portion so as to be bendable, and the lower edges of the pair of second side surfaces Since the pair of butting portions are provided so as to be bendable, during assembly, the pair of first side surface portions are arranged on the side surfaces of the box, and the pair of second side surface portions are disposed between the pair of first side surface portions. By placing the pair of butting portions on the bottom surface with the ends of the butts facing each other, the butting portion holds the second side surface in the assembled state and increases the strength in the assembled state. The second side surface can be folded even if an external force is applied to the second side surface. Which can be reliably prevented.

According to the packaging device of claim 3, in addition to the effect of the packaging device of claim 2, the second side surface portion is provided on the longer side than the first side surface portion. Since the side surface portion includes the butt portion, the strength in the assembled state can be reliably ensured.

According to the packaging device of the fourth aspect, in addition to the effect of the packaging device according to any one of the first to third aspects, the locking portion at the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the lid body is locked to the upper frame portion. When the box body is moved down in the longitudinal direction without the stopper portion of the lower box body, the lid body is not displaced, and the box body can be easily lowered by sliding on the lid body.

It can be folded by folding inward of the box 13 via a bent portion 39 provided below the portion. The bent portion 39 is configured by, for example, a hinge structure in which the material of the second side surface portion 38 is thin. In addition, a plurality of locking portions 40 that are inserted into and locked in the locking holes 34 a of the upright portions 34 of the bottom surface portion 23 project from the tip that is the lower end of each second side surface portion 38. The width dimension along the long side 26 of the second side surface portion 38 is formed substantially the same as the dimension between the insides of the pair of first side surface portions 35.

A handle hole 41 is formed in the upper side plate portion 37a of the first side surface portion 35 at both ends and the second side surface portion 38 on both sides so that the operator handles the box 13 with a finger. Has been. The positions of the handle holes 41 of the second side surface portions 38 on both sides are formed at positions shifted in the longitudinal direction. A hook 42 is attached to the long side 26 of the upper frame portion 22.

The lid 14 is made of a material having durability that can withstand repeated use, such as polypropylene, and is formed in a rectangular plate shape having a shape that closes the opening 21 and can be placed on the upper frame 22. At both ends in the longitudinal direction, locking portions 45 having a substantially L-shaped cross section that are detachably locked to the upper frame portion 22 of the box 13 are formed. The locking portion 45 is provided at the end surface portion 46 disposed on both end surface sides of the box 13 and the lower side of the upper frame portion 22 of the box body 13, that is, the lower side of the connecting member 29. It is formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section having a hook portion 47 that is detachably hooked onto the head.

Then, in order to fold the box 13 in the assembled state as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 (a), as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 (b), the lower sides of both the second side portions 38 are arranged. By pushing inward of the box 13, the locking part 40 is removed from the locking hole 34 a of the upright part 34, and is bent at the bent part 39 on the upper side of both the second side parts 38, so that the upper frame part 22 Fold it up to the inner area.

The middle and lower side plate portions 37b, 37c of both first side surface portions 35 are bent at the bent portion 36b so that the bent portion 36b side between them is directed inward of the box 13, and the side plate portion 37b. , 37c are bent at the upper and lower bent portions 36a, 36c, and both first side portions 35 are folded inward of the box 13.

At the same time as folding both the first side surface portions 35, the upper frame portion 22 and the bottom surface portion 23 are brought close to each other, as shown in FIG.

On the other hand, to assemble the box 13 in the folded state, the upper frame portion 22 is pulled up with respect to the bottom surface portion 23, the side plate portions 37b and 37c of both the first side surface portions 35 are raised, and both the first side surfaces are raised. The portions 35 are respectively arranged on the side surfaces of the box 13 on the short side 25 side.

The second side surface portions 38 are moved downward between the first side surface portions 35, the lower ends of the second side surface portions 38 are brought into contact with the bottom surface portion 23, and the second side surface portions 38 are Each locking portion 40 at the tip is inserted and locked in each locking hole 34a of the upright portion 34, and both the second side surface portions 38 are respectively arranged on the side surface of the box 13 on the long side 26 side.

Further, when the packaging device 11 is used, the article 12 to be packaged is stored in the box 13 in an assembled state, and the opening 21 of the box 13 is formed between the stopper portions 32 of both stopper bodies 30 and on the upper frame body 22. The lid body 14 is disposed so as to cover the both sides, and both locking portions 45 of the lid body 14 are locked to the upper frame portion 22 of the box body 13. That is, both end surface portions 46 of the locking portion 45 of the lid body 14 are arranged on both end surface sides of the box body 13, and the hooking portion 47 of the both end surface portions 46 is below the upper frame portion 22 of the box body 13, that is, the connecting member 29. Hook it down and lock it.

In the state where the lid 14 is disposed on the box 13, the stopper portion 32 protrudes upward from the lid 14 as shown in FIG. 2.

Further, when the box body 13 is stacked in a plurality of stages, the bottom side of the stacking side, that is, the upper box body 13, is placed between the stopper portions 32 of both stopper bodies 30 of the stacked side, that is, the lower box body 13, and the upper frame body. 22 on the lid 14 which is already arranged. At this time, it is only necessary to align the bottom of the upper box 13 between the stoppers 32 inside the lower box 13, so it is easier to place than when there are stoppers at the four corners of the box 13. it can.

When lowering the stacked upper box 13, the upper box 13 can be lifted upward and lowered from the lower box 13, but the lower box 13 has no stopper 32. The box 13 can be lowered without being lifted by moving the upper box 13 in the direction. At this time, since the locking portion 45 at the end in the longitudinal direction of the lid body 14 is locked to the upper frame portion 22, the box body 13 is moved in the longitudinal direction without the stopper portion 32 of the lower box body 13. When the lid 14 is lowered, the position of the lid 14 does not shift, and the box 13 can be easily slid down on the lid 14.

Thus, according to the packaging device 11, since the stopper portions 32 of the stopper body 30 are raised only on the two sides along the longitudinal direction of the upper frame portion 22 of the box body 13, when the box bodies 13 are stacked, It can be easily placed if the bottom of the upper box 13 is positioned only between the insides of the stoppers 32 of the lower box 13. When the box 13 is lowered, there is no stopper 32 of the lower box 13 It can be lowered by moving the upper box 13 in the longitudinal direction, the box 13 can be easily loaded and unloaded, and the lid 14 that closes the opening 21 of the box 13 is provided inside the stopper 32. Even in the state of being disposed in the middle, the stopper portion 32 protrudes upward from the lid body 14, so that the box body 13 stacked on the box body 13 can be reliably stacked without collapsing.

Further, FIG. 1 shows a long lighting fixture 51 that uses two 40 W type straight tube fluorescent lamps, for example, as an article 12 to be packaged. The packaging form to wrap is shown. After the lower lighting fixture 51 is placed on the bottom surface 23 through the opening 21 of the box 13 and stored in the storage portion 20, it can be folded in a substantially U-shaped cross section at both ends of the lower lighting fixture 51. For example, a partition 52 made of a material that can withstand repeated use, such as polypropylene, is disposed, and the upper lighting fixture 51 is placed and stored on the lower lighting fixture 51 via the partition 52. The opening 20 of the box 13 is covered with the lid 14. The partition body 52 can prevent the lighting fixtures 51 from coming into contact with each other and be damaged, and the lid body 14 can reduce dust and the like from adhering to the lighting fixture 51.

FIG. 5 shows a packaging form in which a downlight 55 is shown as the article 12 and a plurality of downlights 55 are packaged by the packaging device 11. The storage unit 20 of the box 13 uses a partition 56 that can be folded with a durable material that can withstand repeated use, such as polypropylene, for partitioning and storing a plurality of downlights 55 one by one, The partition 56 can prevent the downlights 55 from coming into contact with each other and being damaged. In this case, the box 13 that accommodates the two lighting fixtures 51 shown in FIG. 1 can be used in common.

FIG. 6 shows a long illuminating device 51 that uses two 40 W straight tube fluorescent lamps as the article to be packaged 12, and the four illuminating devices 51 are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions. 11 shows the packaging form. A large box 13 is used as compared with the box 13 shown in FIG. 1, and four lighting fixtures 51 can be accommodated in the box 13 using the partition 52.

FIG. 7 shows a long illuminating device 51 that uses two 40W straight tube fluorescent lamps as the object to be packaged 12, and nine illuminating devices 51 are arranged vertically and horizontally to wrap the packaging apparatus. 11 shows the packaging form. A large box 13 is used as compared with the box 13 shown in FIGS. 1 and 6, and nine lighting fixtures 51 can be stored in the box 13 using the partition 52. A pallet 59 is used, and the box 13 is placed on the pallet 59 so as to be transportable.

And, for example, the three types of box 13 having different sizes shown in FIGS. 1, 5, 6, and 7 are used as basic specifications, and the appearance of the external shape is changed by replacing the partitions 52 and 56. It is possible to cope with the packaging of different types of objects to be packaged 12 and to simultaneously package several types of objects to be packaged 12.

Then, the packaging device 11 in which the lighting fixtures 51 or the downlights 55 are wrapped in the respective packaging forms shown in FIGS. 1 and 5 to 7 is transported to the construction site, and the respective lighting fixtures 51 or the downlights 55 are taken out from the box 13. Install.

The box 13 from which the luminaire 51 or the downlight 55 is taken out can be folded and made compact as described above. Therefore, it is possible to collect a plurality of boxes 13 at a time. Further, the lid body 14 and the partition bodies 52 and 56 are not as bulky as the box body 13 and can be collected together at one time.

The collected box 13 can be reassembled and reused. Therefore, the packaging device 11 is environmentally friendly because waste such as a cardboard box is not generated at the construction site.

Next, a second embodiment is shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, and the abutting portion 61 can be bent via a bent portion 62 at the tip which is the lower edge portion of each second side surface portion 38. Is provided. The bent portion 62 is configured by, for example, a hinge structure in which the material of the second side surface portion 38 is thin.

The pair of butting portions 61 are disposed on the bottom surface portion 23 during assembly and are formed in a substantially L-shaped cross section with the second side surface portion 38. The distance between the raised portions 34 on both sides of the bottom surface portion 23 and the combined length of the pair of butting portions 61 arranged on the bottom surface portion 23 are formed to be substantially the same. It arrange | positions on the bottom face part 23 in the state which mutually contact | abutted the front-end | tip 61a. The length of the second side surface 38 and the butted portion 61 when folded, that is, the length from the bent portion 39 of the second side surface portion 38 to the tip 61a of the bottom surface portion 61 is the upper frame portion 22. Is set shorter than the width between the long sides 26 on both sides.

A hole 63 is formed in the center of the tip 61a of the pair of butting portions 61 for inserting a finger and pulling up each butting portion 61 upward from the bottom surface portion 23 when folded.

Then, in order to fold the box 13 in the assembled state as shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 9, as shown in FIG. 8 (b), while the one butted portion 61 is pulled up, the locking portion 40 is pulled up. Is removed from the locking hole 34a of the upright portion 34, one of the second side surface portions 38 is bent at the bent portion 39, and the one butted portion 61 and one of the second side surface portions 38 are stretched in a straight line. Fold it up to the inner area of the frame 22 and fold it. Similarly, the other butted portion 61 and the other second side surface portion 38 are folded below the one butted portion 61 and one second side surface portion 38.

Simultaneously with the folding of the first side surface portion 35, the upper frame portion 22 and the bottom surface portion 23 are brought close to each other and the box 13 is folded into a thin shape as shown in FIG. 8 (c).

The second side surface portions 38 and the butted portions 61 are moved downward between the first side surface portions 35, the lower ends of the second side surface portions 38 are brought into contact with the bottom surface portion 23, and the second By inserting and locking the locking portions 40 of the side surface portions 38 into the locking holes 34a of the upright portion 34, the second side surface portions 38 are disposed on the side surfaces of the box 13 on the long side 26 side, respectively. Furthermore, the tips 61a of both butted portions 61 are butted against each other and arranged on the bottom surface portion 23.

In the assembled state of the box body 13, the pair of first side surface portions 35 are disposed on the side surface of the box body 13, and the pair of second side surface portions 38 are disposed between the pair of first side surface portions 35. And the second side surface portion 38 is held at a predetermined position by the abutting portion 61, and the strength in the assembled state is increased. Therefore, even when an external force is applied to the second side surface portion 38, the second side surface portion 38 can be reliably prevented from being folded.

Further, the second side surface portion 38 located on the long side 26 of the box 13 is longer than the first side surface portion 35 located on the short side 25 and tends to be weak in strength. By providing the butt portion 61 in 38, the strength in the assembled state can be reliably ensured.

Further, the bottom plate portion 33 and the butting portion 61 of the bottom surface portion 23 of the box body 13 are overlapped with each other so that the butting portion of the box body 13 is doubled, and the strength in the assembled state can be secured.

When the box 13 is folded, the butted portion 61 and the second side surface portion 38 are folded so as to extend linearly, but the butted portion 61 may be folded so as to overlap the inner surface side of the second side surface portion 38.
