Description

The present invention relates to a cultivation method using a cultivation bag that is transported and stored in a state filled with cultivation soil and can be used as a cultivation container as it is.

In recent years, various techniques for bag cultivation in which a bag filled with cultivated soil is used as it is as a cultivation container and vegetables such as tomato and cucumber are cultivated have been proposed. This bag cultivation has advantages such as saving the trouble of replanting the cultivated soil in a planter made of plastic, reducing garbage, easily moving with the opening of the bag, and avoiding continuous cropping obstacles. is there.

As an example of such bag cultivation, in Patent Document 1, an incision capable of planting a vegetable seedling is provided on a part of the peripheral surface of a cultivation bag filled with culture soil, and the incision is directed upward. It has been proposed to use it as a single planter in a state where the cultivation bag is set on its side so that the peripheral surface of the plant is the bottom surface.

Moreover, in patent document 2, the height direction one end part of the cultivation bag filled with culture soil is opened, the said opening part is turned upwards, and the cultivation bag is made so that the other end part in the height direction becomes the bottom surface. It has been proposed to be used as a single planter in a standing state.
JP-A-10-23834 JP 2001-157517 A

However, in Patent Document 1 described above, since the cultivation bag is installed on its side, it can be stably installed as compared with the case where the cultivation bag is installed upright, but there is a problem that a large installation space is required. There was a problem that there was a limit to the types of vegetables that could be cultivated because the soil depth was too shallow.

On the other hand, in Patent Document 2 described above, since the cultivation bag is set up and installed, compared with the case where the cultivation bag is installed on its side, a large installation space is not necessary, but it is difficult to support stably. There was a problem that it was not suitable for cultivating vegetables that were too deep and the roots were not so deep.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and can be installed stably without taking up space, and a cultivation bag capable of ensuring the necessary depth of cultivation soil according to the type of vegetable to be cultivated. It is an object to provide a cultivation method using potato.

In order to solve such a problem, the cultivation method according to the present invention is provided with at least one or more score lines extending in at least one direction of the height direction and the width direction, and both ends in the height direction or the width direction. Cut in the cut line of the cultivation bag provided with drainage holes or drainage hole forming marks in the vicinity of both end parts, with the openings formed by the cuts facing upward, both ends in the height direction or the width After forming the two cultivation containers which make a direction both ends the bottom face, it was set as the structure which plants and plants a plant on the culture medium in the said cultivation container from the said opening part.

That is, when a cut line extending in the height direction of the cultivation bag is provided and the cut line is cut, two cultivation containers having both bottom portions in the width direction of the cultivation bag are formed, When a cut line extending in the width direction of the cultivation bag is provided and the cut line is cut, two cultivation containers having bottom surfaces at both ends in the height direction of the cultivation bag are formed.

In addition, when a user forms a cultivation container, the cutting line may be provided by printing so that the cutting can be made with a knife such as scissors or a cutter, or the user can easily make a cutting by hand. May be provided by perforations or the like.

According to this structure, it forms two cultivation containers which make the bottom of the height direction both ends or the width direction both ends of a cultivation bag by cutting into one cultivation bag, and uses this cultivation container. By cultivating, it is possible to stably cultivate without taking up space as compared to the conventional technique of cultivating using one cultivation container formed from one cultivation bag. , It is possible to avoid chain failures efficiently.

Moreover, according to this structure, since the depth of the cultivation container formed can be adjusted by changing the extending | stretching direction of the cut line provided in the bag for cultivation, cultivation medium required according to the kind of vegetable to grow The depth of can be secured.

Furthermore, according to this structure, the kind of vegetable which a user cultivates by providing both the line extended in the height direction of the bag for cultivation, and the line extended in the width direction with the cut line provided in the bag for cultivation. Depending on the case, it is possible to make a cut by appropriately selecting a cut line. Thereby, since the depth of the cultivation container formed can be adjusted, depending on the kind of soil filled in the cultivation bag and the kind of vegetable suitable for cultivation in the culture medium, in the necessary stretching direction By selecting the cultivation bag provided with the cut line, it is possible to ensure the necessary depth of cultivation according to the type of vegetable to be cultivated.

Here, about the cultivation bag used for the cultivation method which concerns on this invention, the said cut line is good also as a structure provided with two or more with predetermined intervals.
According to this structure, the cultivation formed according to the cutting line which a user selects by providing the cutting line extended in at least one of the height direction and the width direction of the bag for cultivation at predetermined intervals. The depth of the container can be adjusted as appropriate. Thereby, the depth of cultivation soil required according to the kind of vegetable to grow can be ensured efficiently.

Moreover, in the cultivation bag used for the cultivation method which concerns on this invention, it has the structure by which the drainage hole or the formation mark for drainage holes was provided in the vicinity of the said height direction both ends or the said width direction both ends. . In addition, it is preferable to make the drain hole previously provided in the cultivation bag smaller than the particle size of the soil filled in the cultivation bag. In addition, the drainage formation mark is provided on the cultivation bag by, for example, printing or perforation so that when the user forms the cultivation container, the drainage hole can be opened with a knife such as scissors or a cutter or by hand. Try to provide it.

According to this configuration, since the drainage hole or the drainage hole forming mark is provided in the vicinity of the bottom portion, excessive water does not accumulate in the cultivation container and is drained outside the cultivation container. It is possible to make it difficult to cause such troubles.

Here, in the cultivation method according to the present invention, the cut may be made so that the two cultivation containers are divided and formed.
According to this structure, since two cultivation containers are divided and formed, each cultivation container can be installed separately, respectively. Therefore, the conveyance efficiency and the degree of freedom of the installation location can be improved.

Moreover, in the cultivation method which concerns on this invention, you may make it make the said notch | incision so that the said two cultivation containers may be formed in the state connected in part.
According to this structure, since the two cultivation containers are formed in a state where they are partially connected, the two cultivation containers are supported in a state of leaning against each other, and therefore can be installed more stably. .

In addition, according to the cultivation method according to the present invention, bag cultivation using a cultivation bag can be stably performed without taking a place, and the cultivation is efficiently performed according to the kind of the vegetable to be cultivated. Is possible.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cultivation method using a cultivation bag according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

<First Embodiment>
FIG. 1: shows an example of the cultivation bag used for the cultivation method which concerns on this invention, (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a perspective view which shows the use condition as a cultivation container.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the cultivation bag 10A is a rectangular bag made of a polyolefin film, and the height direction both ends 11 are melted in a state where a predetermined amount of the soil 20 is filled therein. Closed by wearing.
Moreover, the cut line 1 extending in the width direction is printed over the entire circumference of the cultivation bag 10A at the intermediate position in the height direction on the surface of the cultivation bag 10A. In the vicinity of each corner, a circular drain hole forming mark 3 is printed.

The cultivation bag 10A is sold, transported, stored, etc. in a state where the cultivation soil 20 is filled, and can be used as the cultivation container 10a by cutting the cut line 1 and installing it in a predetermined place. it can.

Next, a cultivation method according to the present invention using such a cultivation bag 10A will be described.
First, the cultivation bag 10A is placed in a laid state, and the cut line 1 provided on the surface of the cultivation bag 10A is cut using a knife such as scissors or a cutter for the half circumference located on the upper surface side. Put in.
That is, the cut line 1 of the part located in the bottom face of the cultivation bag 10A placed sideways among the cut lines 1 is not cut. Similarly, a drain hole 3H is formed by cutting a drain hole forming mark 3 provided in the vicinity of each corner of the cultivation bag 10A using a knife such as scissors or a cutter.

Next, the cultivating bag 10A is folded in half so as to be mountain-folded along the cut line 1 without being cut, and the opening by the cut is directed upward, and both ends in the height direction of the cultivating bag 10A. It installs so that 11 may become a bottom face, respectively. Thereby, one cultivation bag 10A is equally divided into two in the height direction, and two cultivation containers 10a having substantially the same depth H and volume are formed.
And as shown in FIG.1 (b), a seedling is planted to the cultivation soil 20 from each opening part of the obtained two cultivation containers 10a, and the vegetable (plant) 30 is grown.

According to the cultivation method using cultivation bag 10A in this embodiment, one cultivation container is formed from one cultivation bag by forming two cultivation containers 10a of substantially the same volume from one cultivation bag 10A. Compared with the prior art that forms the structure, it can be installed stably without taking up space, and a chain fault can be avoided efficiently.

Moreover, according to the cultivation method using 10 A of cultivation bags in this embodiment, the depth of the cultivation container 10a obtained by providing the cut line 1 extended in the width direction in the height direction intermediate position. The depth H is set to a depth intermediate between the depth of the cultivation container obtained from the cultivation bag described in Patent Document 1 described above and the depth of the cultivation container obtained from the cultivation bag described in Patent Document 2 described above. be able to.
Therefore, the depth of the cultivation soil filled in the cultivation container 10a is deeper than the case where the cultivation bag described in Patent Document 1 is used, and the cultivation bag described in Patent Document 2 is used. Vegetables that need to be made shallower can be suitably grown.

Furthermore, according to the cultivation method using the cultivation bag 10A in the present embodiment, the cut line 1 is provided at the intermediate position in the height direction, and the two cultivation containers 10a are opened by inserting the cut for a half circumference. Since the two cultivation containers 10a are supported in a state of leaning against each other by being formed in a state where they are connected by a part of the two, they can be installed more stably.

Furthermore, according to the cultivation method using the cultivation bag 10A in the present embodiment, the drain hole forming mark 3 is provided in the vicinity of each corner of the cultivation bag 10A serving as the bottom surface of the cultivation container 10a, which is used by the user. Since the drainage hole 3H can be formed and used with a blade such as scissors or a cutter sometimes, excessive water does not accumulate in the cultivation container 10a and is drained outside the cultivation container 10, so that root rot, etc. It is possible to make it difficult to cause problems.

<Second Embodiment>
FIG. 2: shows an example of the cultivation bag used for the cultivation method which concerns on this invention, (a) is a perspective view, (b) is a perspective view which shows the use condition as a cultivation container.

In the present embodiment, only the formation position of the score line 1 is changed in the cultivation bag 10A shown in the first embodiment. That is, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the cultivation bag 10B has a cut line 2 over the entire circumference of the cultivation bag 10B so as to extend in the height direction at an intermediate position in the width direction on the surface. It is printed.

In the cultivation method according to the present invention using this cultivation bag 10B, first, in the same procedure as in the first embodiment described above, the cut line 2 is cut so that the opening by the cut is directed upward and the cultivation is performed. It installs so that the width direction both ends 12 of the bag 10B may become a bottom face, respectively. Thereby, one cultivation bag 10B is equally divided in the width direction, and two cultivation containers 10b having substantially the same depth H and volume are formed.
Then, seedlings are planted on the cultivation soil 20 from the openings of the two obtained cultivation containers 10b, and the vegetables (plants) 30 are cultivated.

According to the cultivation method using cultivation bag 10B in this embodiment, although depth H differs from cultivation container 10a shown in the 1st embodiment mentioned above, the same effect as a 1st embodiment mentioned above is acquired. It is done. That is, in the implementation of the cultivation method when the cultivation container 10b having a depth H smaller than the cultivation container 10a shown in the first embodiment described above is required, this embodiment may be used.

This embodiment is a cut line 1 extending in the width direction provided in the cultivation bag 10A shown in the first embodiment, and a cut extending in the height direction provided in the cultivation bag 10B shown in the second embodiment. Both the line 2 and the line 2 are provided. Each of the score lines 1 and 2 is provided in plural (two in this embodiment) with a predetermined interval.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the cultivation bag 10C has a cut line 1 extending over the entire circumference of the cultivation bag 10C in the width direction, as in the first embodiment described above. A cut line 1A at an intermediate position in the height direction and a cut line 1B at an intermediate position between the cut line 1A and one end in the height direction are printed.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3A, the cultivation bag 10 </ b> C is similar to the above-described second embodiment as a cut line 2 extending in the height direction over the entire circumference of the cultivation bag 10 </ b> C. The cut line 2A at the intermediate position in the width direction and the cut line 2B at the intermediate position between the cut line 2A and one end in the width direction are printed.

The cultivation method according to the present invention using this cultivation bag 10C is the same procedure as in the first embodiment described above, and first, the user appropriately cuts the cut lines 1A, 1B, 2A according to the type of vegetable to be cultivated. , 2B is selected and cut so that the opening by cutting is directed upward, and the both ends 11 in the height direction or both ends 12 in the width direction of the cultivation bag 10C are installed on the bottom. . Thereby, one cultivation bag 10C is divided into two in the height direction or the width direction, and two cultivation containers 10b are formed.
Then, seedlings are planted on the cultivation soil 20 from the openings of the obtained two cultivation containers 10c and 10d, and the vegetables (plants) 30 are cultivated.
Here, when a cut is made in the cut lines 1B and 2B that are different from those in the first embodiment and the second embodiment described above, the depth H is as shown in FIGS. Since two different cultivation containers 10c, 10d are formed, it is necessary to make cuts over the entire circumference of the cut lines 1B, 2B provided on the surface of the cultivation bag 10C.

Specifically, when the cut line 1A at the intermediate position in the height direction on the surface of the cultivation bag 10C is cut, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), two cultivation containers similar to those in the first embodiment are used. When 10a is formed and the cut line 2A at the intermediate position in the width direction on the surface of the cultivation bag 10C is cut, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), two cultivation containers similar to those of the second embodiment 10b is formed.

On the other hand, when the cut line 1B is provided at an intermediate position between the height direction intermediate position of the cultivation bag 10C and the height direction one end, as shown in FIG. One cultivation bag 10C is divided into two in the height direction at a ratio of approximately 1: 3, and two cultivation containers 10c having different depths and volumes are formed.

Moreover, as shown in FIG.3 (c), when it cuts into the cut line 2B provided in the intermediate position of the width direction intermediate position of the cultivation bag 10C, and the width direction one end part, as shown in FIG.3 (c), one cultivation The bag 10C is bisected at a ratio of approximately 1: 3 in the width direction, and two cultivation containers 10d having a depth and a volume different from each other are formed.

According to the cultivation method using cultivation bag 10C in this embodiment, the same effect as a 1st embodiment and a 2nd embodiment mentioned above is acquired.
Moreover, according to the cultivation method using the cultivation bag 10C in the present embodiment, by providing a plurality of cut lines 1 and 2 extending at a predetermined interval in the height direction and the width direction of the cultivation bag 10C. Depending on the cut lines 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B selected by the user, the depth H of the formed cultivation containers 10a to 10d can be adjusted as appropriate. Thereby, the optimal depth of cultivation can be ensured according to the kind of vegetable to grow.

Furthermore, according to the cultivation method using the cultivation bag 10C in the present embodiment, when the cut lines 1B and 2B are selected, the two cultivation containers 10c and 10d having different depths H are divided and formed. Each cultivation container 10c, 10d can be installed separately. Therefore, the conveyance efficiency and the degree of freedom of the installation location can be improved.

In the first to third embodiments, the cut lines 1 and 2 are provided by printing on the surfaces of the cultivation bags 10A to 10C, and the user uses the cutting tools such as scissors and a cutter to attach the cultivation bags 10A to 10C. Although the case where it was made to bisect was demonstrated, the installation method of the cut lines 1 and 2 is not restricted to this, For example, the cut lines 1 and 2 are provided by the perforation etc., and the user holds the cultivation bags 10A to 10C by hand. You may be able to bisect.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the formation mark 3 for drainage holes is provided by printing on the surface of the cultivation bags 10A to 10C, and the drainage hole 3H is provided to the cultivation bags 10A to 10C by a user using a knife such as scissors or a cutter. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the drainage holes 3H may be formed in advance on the surfaces of the cultivation bags 10A to 10C. In this case, the drain hole 3H needs to have a size that does not cause the soil filled in the cultivation bags 10A to 10C to spill.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, when forming two cultivation containers 10a and 10b whose depth H and volume are substantially the same, the two cultivation containers 10a and 10b are formed in a state in which they are connected to each other at a part of the opening. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the two cultivation containers 10a and 10b having substantially the same depth H and volume may be divided and formed.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, although the case where the polyolefin-type film was used was demonstrated as a raw material of the bags 10A-10C for cultivation, it is not restricted to this, For example, paper, the woven fabric of various fibers, a nonwoven fabric, biodegradability Films, plastic films, and composites thereof may be used.
