Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a heating method for pressed leaves and the like used for drying a flower for making pressed leaves, or heating to inactivate enzymes and pigments of the pressed leaves and performing heat denaturation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when making pressed leaves, a drying mat coated with a desiccant is used to dry the flowers for making the pressed leaves.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional method of drying flowers for making pressed leaves using a dry mat has the disadvantage that it takes time and cannot be sufficiently dried.
[0004]
In view of the conventional drawbacks as described above, the present invention can be used to dry or inactivate a flower or a pressed leaf without changing the color by applying almost uniform heat in a short time. The object is to provide a heating method.
[0005]
The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will become more fully apparent when the following description is read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
However, the drawings are for explanation only and do not limit the technical scope of the present invention.
[0006]
[Means for solving the problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a preparatory step in which a flower to be pressed leaves is placed on a mat capable of absorbing and discharging steam, and a cover plate of glass, heat-resistant glass or heat-resistant transparent resin plate is placed thereon. The heating step is to iron the cover plate after this preparatory step , or to enter the heating furnace or heating chamber to dry the flowers at the bottom of the pressing plate, and to inactivate the enzymes and pigments of the flowers and heat denaturation. It constitutes a heating method such as pressed leaves.

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.
[0009]
In the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 is placed on a mat 3 capable of absorbing and discharging steam as shown in FIG. In the preparatory step of placing a transparent cover plate 4 such as glass, heat-resistant glass or heat-resistant transparent resin plate, the mat 3 used in this preparatory step 1 was formed using corrugated cardboard, non-woven fabric, pulp fiber and chemical fiber, A sheet material having flexibility, which is coated or impregnated with a desiccant such as calcium chloride or lithium chloride is used.
[0010]
5 is a heating step in which the iron 6 is applied to the cover plate 4 after the preparation step 1 and the flower 2 under the cover plate 4 is dried as shown in FIG. 3. In this heating step 5, the heat from the iron 6 is Heat is transferred to the cover plate 4, but the heat transferred to the cover plate 4 is transmitted to the entire cover plate 4, and is transmitted to the flower 2 located under the pressure of the lower portion of the cover plate 4 to evaporate and evaporate moisture. The water thus absorbed is absorbed by the mat 3, the flower 2 is pressed and dried in a short time, and the enzymes and pigments of the flower are inactivated and heat denaturation is performed.
[0011]
The flower 2 dried by the above method becomes the pressed leaf 2A, but the heat applied to the flower 2 by the iron 6 is dried by the cover plate 4 so that the whole flower is uniformly heated. As a result, the steam always comes out from the whole of the flower 2 and the air is less oxidized and dried in a clean finish.
[0012]
Different Embodiments of the Invention
Next, different embodiments of the present invention shown in FIGS. 4 to 14 will be described. In the description of the different embodiments of the present invention, the same components as those in the first embodiment of the present invention are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
[0013]
The second embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is mainly different from the first embodiment of the present invention in that a certain amount of weight can press the flower 2 to be pressed leaves. After the preparatory process 1 using the transparent or opaque cover plate 4A having a heat sink, it is put into a heating furnace or heating chamber 15 so that the flower 2 is not disturbed by the weight of the cover plate 4A or the heat being transferred to the cover plate 4A in a short time. In this way, the same effect as that of the first embodiment of the present invention can be obtained in that the heating step 5C is performed by pressing and drying with a weight or the like arranged in the above.
[0014]
In the third embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the main difference from the first embodiment of the present invention is that the preparatory process 1A and the heating process 5A are performed using the pressed leaves 2A. The press leaf 2A is completely heated and dried, and can be stored and stored in the moisture-proof storage bag 9 containing the oxygen scavenger 7 and the desiccant 8 as shown in FIG. By heating and drying the pressed leaves 2A, the enzymes and pigments of the pressed leaves 2A can be inactivated by heat denaturation, and can be stored without being discolored for a long time.
[0015]
The fourth embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 is mainly different from the first embodiment of the present invention in that the top surface of the moisture-proof sheet 10 is made of aluminum foil or the like as shown in FIG. A mount 11, a preservative 12 such as an oxygen scavenger 7 and a desiccant 8 are arranged, and a press leaf 2 A is positioned on the mount 11, and a cover plate 4 such as glass, heat-resistant glass or heat-resistant transparent resin plate is placed thereon. In the point that the preparatory step 1B for sealing the outer peripheral portion of the cover plate 4 and the moisture-proof sheet 10 with the adhesive 13 or the adhesive tape 14 is performed, and the heating step 5B is performed as shown in FIG. Heat denaturation that inactivates the enzymes and pigments of the pressed leaves can be performed by heating the pressed leaves by such a method.
[0016]
The fifth embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 is mainly different from the fourth embodiment of the present invention in that a heating furnace or a heating chamber is used as shown in FIG. 14 after the preparation step 1B. Even if the pressed leaves are heated by such a method, heat denaturation that inactivates the enzymes and pigments of the pressed leaves can be performed.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
[0018]
(1) A preparatory process in which a flower to be pressed leaves is placed on a mat capable of absorbing and discharging steam, and a cover plate of glass, heat-resistant glass or heat-resistant transparent resin plate is placed on the mat, and after this preparatory step on the cover plate It consists of a heating process that irons or dries the flowers at the bottom of the pressing plate in a heating furnace or heating chamber, and inactivates the enzymes and pigments of the flowers and heat-denaturates them. Heat from the furnace and heating chamber can be transferred to the flowers to be pressed through the cover plate.
Therefore, since the heat of the iron and the heat of the heating furnace and the heating chamber are transmitted to the flowers after being transmitted to the entire cover plate, there is no uniform and local heat transfer method, so that steam always comes out from the entire flowers. Therefore, oxidation by air is reduced, and the film can be dried uniformly without being discolored.
[0019]
(2) According to the above (1), since the flower is pressed and dried by ironing the flower through the cover plate, it can be ironed while watching the state of the flower.
Therefore, optimal drying can be performed.
[0020]
(3) According to the above (1), the pressure is dried by the heat of the iron, the heating furnace or the heating chamber through the cover plate, so that the flowers are pressed in a flat state and can be dried in a clean shape.
[0021]
(4) According to the above (1), since the heat of the iron, the heating furnace, and the heating chamber are applied through the cover plate, anyone can easily carry out.
[0022]
(5) In the second aspect, the same effects as in the above (1) to (4) can be obtained.
