【0001】

[0020]
In the footboard chain tensioning device of the passenger conveyor configured as described above, the footboard chain 6 in which the footboard 7 is connected endlessly is wound around the drive chain gear 2 and the tensioning wheel 4. When the driving device 8 is energized, the tread plate 7 circulates in the main frame 1 via the tread plate chain 6 and conveys passengers on the tread plate 7.
[0021]
Although not shown, a rubber soundproof piece is provided on the teeth of the drive chain gear 2 to reduce the engagement sound of the tread plate chain 6 with the roller 13. Further, the tension wheel 4 is provided with a buffer piece 15 made of rubber or the like that supports the roller 13 of the tread plate chain 6 and reduces the engagement sound between the tension wheel 4 and the roller 13. Such a structure makes the operation of the passenger conveyor quiet.
[0022]
And when replacing the deteriorated buffer piece 15 of the tension wheel 4, the work shown in FIG. 5 is performed. And the buffer piece 15 of all the numbers is removed by repeating the operation | work similar to this operation.
[0025]
Then, in step 105, new buffer pieces 15 are sequentially fitted into the fitting grooves 10 of the tension wheel 4 by the procedure completely opposite to the above-described steps 102 to 104, and the tension wheel 4 is fitted by the fastener 16. Fastened to the groove 10 and attached. Then, all the buffer pieces 15 are mounted by repeating such operations. Subsequently, the step board 7, the boarding board 17 and the comb board 18 removed in step 106 are returned to the previous state, and the work of replacing the deteriorated buffer piece 15 is completed.
[0026]
Such a replacement work of the buffer piece 15 does not require a complicated operation such as loosening the tread plate chain 6, removing one side of the tension wheel 4 shaft and lifting it up and inserting the buffer material 11. For this reason, the buffer piece 15 of the tension wheel 4 around which the endless tread board chain 6 is wound can be easily replaced, the working time can be reduced, and the cost of replacing the buffer piece 15 can be reduced.
[0027]
In addition, the embodiment of FIGS. 1-5 provides the buffer piece 15 which divides | segments a circumference by three and forms the ring, and provides the buffer piece length along the longitudinal direction of the fitting groove 10 of the tension wheel 4, This is set to be shorter than the length of the portion where the treadle chain 6 of the tension vehicle 4 is not wound. However, even if the buffer piece having such a length is configured as a buffer piece that forms an annulus by dividing the circumference by other appropriate plural pieces, in the embodiment of FIGS. The effect can be obtained.
[0028]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
FIG. 6 is a view showing an example of another embodiment of the present invention, which is an enlarged view of a tensioned vehicle portion in an escalator, and is a view corresponding to the main part of FIG. Except for FIG. 6, a passenger conveyor is configured in the same manner as in FIGS. 12 and 13 described above. In the figure, the same reference numerals as in FIGS. 1 to 5 show a corresponding part, 19 is a buffer piece, made of a viscoelastic material such as rubber, the ends are arranged adjacent to each other, and a plurality of divided circumferences, That is, an annular ring is formed by four pieces, fitted into the fitting groove 10, and the upper surface is provided so as to protrude from the outer diameter of the tension wheel 4.
[0029]
Reference numeral 20 denotes an opposing end portion of the buffer pieces 19, that is, a joint. Further, θ shown in FIG. 6 is the pitch angle of each buffer piece 19 at the rotation center of the tension wheel 4, and φ shown in FIG. 6 is the pitch angle of the rollers 13 of the tread chain 6 at the rotation center of the tension wheel 4. is there.
[0030]
In the footboard chain tensioning device of the passenger conveyor configured as described above, the passenger conveyor is operated in the same manner as in the above-described embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 5, and the buffering piece 19 is provided on the tensioning vehicle 4. Therefore, although the detailed description is omitted, the same operation as the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 5 can be obtained also in the embodiment of FIG.
[0031]
In general, a footboard chain 6 having a constant pitch of the rollers 13 is used in the passenger conveyor. Further, the pitch angle φ of the roller 13 changes due to the thickness of the buffer piece 19 or the like. For such a situation, there is a relationship in which the total outer peripheral length of the buffer pieces 19 formed on the outer periphery of the tension wheel 4 does not become 360 ° by multiplying the pitch angle φ of the roller 13 of the tread chain 6 by any integer. Set to hold. (For example, φ = 7 °)
[0032]
Thereby, it is possible to prevent the roller 13 of the tread plate chain 6 from hitting the same position in the longitudinal direction of the buffer piece 19 by the circular movement of the tread plate chain 6. For this reason, the roller 13 always hits the same position in the longitudinal direction of the buffer piece 19, so that it is possible to prevent a problem in which wear proceeds.
[0033]
Further, the pitch angle θ of each buffer piece 19 is set so as not to be an integral multiple of the pitch angle φ of the roller 13 of the tread chain 6. For this reason, the roller 13 of the tread plate chain 6 does not simultaneously face each joint 20 between the buffer pieces 19. Therefore, when the rollers 13 of the tread plate chain 6 are fitted into all the joints 20 at the same time, it is possible to prevent occurrence of problems such as vibration in the tread plate chain 6 which is a concern.
[0034]
Embodiment 3 FIG.

The upper surface is provided so as to protrude from the outer diameter of the tension wheel 4. Reference numeral 22 denotes a fastener, which is a countersunk screw and is inserted into the side wall and the buffer piece 21 from the outside of the side wall of the fitting groove 10 of the tension wheel 4 and screwed into the side wall of the other side of the fitting groove 10. They are arranged away from each other along the circumference of the tension wheel 4 edge.
[0036]
In the footboard chain tensioning device of the passenger conveyor configured as described above, the passenger conveyor is operated in the same manner as in the above-described embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 5, and the buffering piece 21 is provided on the tensioning vehicle 4. Therefore, although the detailed description is omitted, the same operation as the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 5 can be obtained also in the embodiment of FIGS.
[0037]
Further, the buffer piece 21 can be attached and detached by operating the fastener 22 from the direction of the arrow D or E shown in FIG. For this reason, the fastener 22 can be easily operated at the time of replacement work of the buffer piece 21 that has deteriorated the tension wheel 4, and work efficiency can be improved. It should be noted that the operation in the embodiment of FIGS. 7 to 9 can be obtained even if an appropriate taper pin, split pin or the like is used instead of the fastener 22.
[0038]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
10 and 11 are also diagrams showing an example of another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a view corresponding to FIG. 4 described above, and FIG. 11 is a side view of the buffer piece portion of FIG. In addition, the passenger conveyor is comprised similarly to above-mentioned FIG.12 and FIG.13 other than FIG.10 and FIG.11. In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS.

[0040]
Reference numeral 25 denotes a fastener, which is made of a countersunk screw and has a head embedded in one side of the L-shape fitted in the recess 23 of the mounting bracket 24, and is inserted into one side of the L-shape and screwed into the tension wheel 4. Yes. Reference numeral 26 denotes a buffer piece, which is made of a viscoelastic material such as rubber, and is adhered to the outer surface of the other side of the L-shape of the mounting bracket 24 with an adhesive so that the upper surface forms the apparent outer diameter of the tension wheel 4. 6 to support the roller 13 and reduce the engagement sound between the tension wheel 4 and the roller 13.
[0041]
In the footboard chain tensioning device of the passenger conveyor configured as described above, the passenger conveyor is operated in the same manner as in the above-described embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 5, and the buffering piece 26 is provided on the tensioning vehicle 4. Therefore, although the detailed description is omitted, the same operation as the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 5 can be obtained also in the embodiment of FIGS.
[0042]
Further, it is not necessary to fit the buffer piece 26 in the fitting groove 10 of the tension wheel 4 when replacing the deteriorated buffer piece 21 of the tension wheel 4, and an insertion hole is provided in the buffer piece 26 to provide a fastener. 23 does not need to be inserted. And the buffer piece 21 can be attached or detached by operating the fastener 22 from the arrow D or arrow E direction shown in FIG. For this reason, it is possible to easily replace the deteriorated buffer piece 21 of the tension wheel 4 and to improve the work efficiency.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, a large number of passenger conveyor treads are connected to form an endless shape, and a tread plate chain that circulates and moves in the main frame of the passenger conveyor, and a fitting groove along the rotational direction is recessed in the rim. A tension wheel provided at the end of the main frame and displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the main frame, the treadle chain being wound around and applying tension to the treadle chain, and the end being disposed adjacent to each other A plurality of circular rings are formed, fitted into fitting grooves, each fastened to a tension wheel by a fastener, and provided with a buffer piece for supporting a treadle chain rollerThe pitch angle of each buffer piece at the rotation center of the tension wheel is set to an angle that is not an integral multiple of the pitch angle of the rollers of the treadle chain at the rotation center of the tension wheel.
[0044]
As a result, the tensioning wheel is provided with a buffer piece to support the roller of the tread board chain, and the engagement noise between the tensioning wheel and the roller is reduced to quietly operate the passenger conveyor. In addition, when replacing the deteriorated buffer piece of the tension wheel, the buffer piece is sequentially removed from the tension wheel by the work in the non-winding portion where the treadle chain is not wound in the tension vehicle. And the buffer piece updated by the operation | work in the non-winding location of the tread board chain | strand in a tension vehicle is sequentially mounted | worn with a tension vehicle. For this reason, it is possible to easily replace the buffer piece of the tension car around which the endless treadle chain is wound, and there is an effect that the working time is reduced and the cost of replacing the buffer piece is reduced.Further, since the pitch angle of each buffer piece is set at an angle that does not become an integral multiple of the pitch angle of the roller of the tread chain, the rollers of the tread plate chain do not face each other at the joint between the buffer pieces. Therefore, there is an effect of preventing occurrence of problems such as vibration in the tread board chain when the rollers of the tread board chain are fitted into all the joints at the same time.
[0045]
In addition, as described above, the present invention is constructed in an endless manner by connecting a large number of passenger conveyor treads, and is provided at the end of the main frame. A tension wheel that is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction, and a treadle chain is wound around to apply tension to the treadle chain, and an end portion is adjacent to each other by an adhesive bonded to the surface of a mounting bracket made of an arc-shaped piece. A circular ring is formed by a plurality of arranged, arranged on the rim surface of the tension wheel via the back surface of the mounting bracket, and each is fastened to the tension wheel by a fastener and provided with a buffer piece for supporting the treadle chain rollerThe pitch angle of each buffer piece at the rotation center of the tension wheel is set to an angle that is not an integral multiple of the pitch angle of the rollers of the treadle chain at the rotation center of the tension wheel.
[0046]
As a result, the tensioning wheel is provided with a buffer piece to support the roller of the tread board chain, and the engagement noise between the tensioning wheel and the roller is reduced to quietly operate the passenger conveyor. Moreover, when replacing the deteriorated buffer piece of the tensioned vehicle, the buffer pieces attached to the mounting bracket are sequentially removed from the tensioned vehicle by work in a non-winding position where the treadle chain is not wound in the tensioned vehicle. Then, the updated buffer pieces attached to the mounting bracket are sequentially attached to the tensioned vehicle by the work at the unwinding position of the treadle chain in the tensioned vehicle.
[0047]
In addition, as described above, the present invention is provided with a buffer piece that forms an annular ring by at least three.
[0048]
As a result, the tensioning wheel is provided with a buffer piece to support the roller of the tread board chain, and the engagement noise between the tensioning wheel and the roller is reduced to quietly operate the passenger conveyor. In addition, when replacing a deteriorated buffer piece of a tensioned vehicle, at least three buffer pieces that form an annular ring are sequentially arranged from the tensioned vehicle by work in a non-winding position where the treadle chain is not wound in the tensioned vehicle. The buffer pieces that are removed and renewed by the work at the non-winding part are sequentially attached to the tensioned vehicle. For this reason, it is possible to easily replace the buffer piece of the tension car around which the endless treadle chain is wound, and there is an effect that the working time is reduced and the cost of replacing the buffer piece is reduced.
[0049]
In addition, as described above, the present invention is formed on the outer circumference of the tension wheel so that a relationship that does not become 360 ° is obtained by multiplying the pitch angle of the treadle chain roller at the rotation center of the tension wheel by any integer. The total outer peripheral length of the buffer pieces to be set is set.
[0050]
As a result, the tensioning wheel is provided with a buffer piece to support the roller of the tread board chain, and the engagement noise between the tensioning wheel and the roller is reduced to quietly operate the passenger conveyor. In addition, when replacing a deteriorated buffer piece of a tensioned vehicle, the buffer piece is sequentially removed from the tensioned vehicle by work in a non-winding position where the stepboard chain is not wound in the tensioned vehicle, The buffer pieces renewed by the work at the turning points are sequentially attached to the tension vehicle. For this reason, it is possible to easily replace the buffer piece of the tension car around which the endless treadle chain is wound, and there is an effect that the working time is reduced and the cost of replacing the buffer piece is reduced.
Further, since the total length of the buffer pieces is set to a length that satisfies a relationship that does not become 360 ° by multiplying the pitch angle of the roller of the tread board chain by any integer, the length of the buffer piece is determined by the circulation movement of the tread chain. The treadle chain roller does not hit the same position in the direction. For this reason, the roller always hits the same position in the longitudinal direction of the buffer piece, and there is an effect of preventing the problem that the wear progresses.
[0051]
