Description
【0001】
【0022】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a tubular knitted fabric using a double raschel warp knitting machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For innerwear such as foundations and garments such as sports clothing, elastic warp knitted fabrics in which elastic yarns are combined with non-elastic yarns are often used. A certain product is manufactured. As a manufacturing method thereof, usually, an elastic warp knitted fabric is knitted using the full width of a tricot knitting machine and a Russell warp knitting machine, a plurality of desired elastic warp knitted fabric pieces are cut, and these are sewn. The method is common. At this time, the stitched portion of the inner product is processed so as not to cause knitting of the knitted fabric by being over-turned by various methods such as overlock sewing or bending and sewing.
[0003]
However, the stitched portion of such a knitted fabric has a width of several millimeters at the minimum, so that the knitted fabric can be worn around when worn, and in some cases, skin damage can occur due to pressure.
In addition, only the elastic yarn in the knitted fabric comes out from the stitched portion and enters the inside of the knitted fabric, so-called slip-in is likely to occur, and there are considerable contrivances in the method of cleaning the stitched portion. It was.
[0004]
Further, in a foundation such as a girdle, it is generally performed that the entire knitted fabric does not have the same stretch force, but has a complementary property by increasing the stretch force of a portion to be pressed down such as the abdomen. Also in this case, since the two or more kinds of knitted fabrics having different stretching forces are combined, the stitching of the stitched portion is further increased. In addition, the difference between the part with increased stretch and the part with no stretch is important for wearing comfort, but this is not well verified, and two or more knitted fabrics with different stretch forces are combined appropriately. In many cases, it is an uncomfortable inner when worn for a long time.
[0005]
In this way, it is currently stretchable in the vertical and horizontal directions, has few stitches, satisfies the fit and complementary performance of the product, and is comfortable for long-time wear. The present knitted fabric is not seen.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to solve such problems, and in particular to improve fitability with a human body, complementability, and wearing comfort, and to provide an optimum knitted fabric even when wearing thin clothes.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of studying the structure of the knitted fabric and the yarn used, the inventors of the present invention achieved the object of the present invention by using a specific warp knitting machine and simultaneously knitting a specific yarn and a knitted fabric pattern having different stretching forces. It has been found that this has been achieved, and has led to the present invention.
That is, the present invention is a tubular knitted fabric that is knitted into a tubular shape by using a double raschel warp knitting machine and supplying elastic yarns to the respective needle beds. Further, the present invention has two or more types of knitted fabric pattern portions having different stretch forces, and the difference in stretch force between these two or more types of knitted fabric pattern portions is 1.1 times or more. It is a tubular knitted fabric.
[0008]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail.
The elastic yarn used in the present invention is an elastic yarn such as polyurethane-based, polyester-based, polyether ester-based, etc., and ordinary polyurethane-based elastic yarns, for example, those obtained by dry spinning or melt spinning can be used. The spinning method is not particularly limited. As for dtex of the fiber to be used, 15-110 are preferable, Most preferably, it is 15-80. The elongation at break is preferably 400% to 1000%, particularly preferably excellent in stretchability, and does not impair stretchability around the normal processing temperature of 180 ° C. in the presetting process during dyeing.
[0009]
In the present invention, elastic yarn is supplied to each needle bed of a double raschel warp knitting machine to form a knitted fabric. The double raschel warp knitting machine used here is preferably a model that can be knitted by a computer-controlled warp knitting machine in addition to a normal warp knitting machine. The elastic yarn can be an elastic yarn alone, a so-called bare yarn, or a coated elastic yarn. As the coated elastic yarn, a known fiber type or fiber form can be used as the inelastic yarn.
[0010]
For example, natural fibers such as wool and silk, cellulosic fibers such as cupra and rayon, various fibers such as synthetic fibers such as acetate, polyester and nylon, short fibers and long fibers, round and irregular cross sections, raw yarn Stretched yarn (including POY), high-speed spun yarn (for example, spin take-up and spin draw take-up), crimped yarn such as thick yarn, design yarn, false twisted yarn, etc. can be used. A composite yarn in which one or more forms are combined (using known composite means such as mixed spinning, entanglement, twisting, composite false twisting, fluid jet processing, etc.) may be selected as desired.
[0011]
Moreover, a well-known thing can be utilized about the covering thread | yarn of the elastic thread | yarn by a partner thread. For example, it is a so-called covering yarn in which an elongated elastic yarn such as nylon or polyester is wound around a long yarn. At that time, there are a single covering yarn in which the counterpart yarn is wound around the elastic yarn in a single layer, and a double covering yarn in which the counterpart yarn is wound in a double manner.
[0012]
Also, in the method using short fibers such as cotton yarn and acrylic yarn, a so-called core spun yarn is produced by spinning the spun yarn with a fine spinning machine, supplying it to the front roller of the fine spinning machine while stretching the elastic yarn, twisting and winding it. Can also be used. Furthermore, it is possible to use a twisted yarn obtained by twisting the stretched elastic yarn and the counterpart yarn with a twisting machine, a method of manufacturing a coated elastic yarn by air entanglement or false twisting between the counterpart yarn and the stretched elastic yarn. is there.
[0013]
The tubular knitted fabric of the present invention can be knitted by a double raschel warp knitting machine having two rows of needle beds, and the object of the present invention can be achieved by using a 16-30 gauge raschel warp knitting machine.
The structure of the warp knitting machine according to the present invention is not particularly limited, and an arbitrary pattern can be produced with an arbitrary structure. A high-quality knitted fabric can be obtained by a method of knitting a ground structure with ordinary processed yarns and then forming elastic yarns and inelastic yarns or covering elastic yarns in the ground structure. Moreover, you may share inelastic yarns other than elastic yarn including ground texture.
[0014]
In this case, the non-elastic yarn may be the same or completely different from the yarn selected as the counterpart yarn of the coated elastic yarn, and the yarn form is also the original yarn, processed yarn, two or more types of yarn, twisted yarn, air entanglement, etc. The combined yarns can be used, and one or more yarns may be knit according to the purpose. Using these yarns, a warp knitting machine working width corresponding to the size of a product to be manufactured may be set and knitted.
[0015]
As for the knitting method of the tubular knitted fabric according to the present invention, for example, when manufacturing a girdle, when starting knitting from the waist part of the abdomen of the girdle, the front needle bed and the back needle bed have the same number of needles at the same position. Based on the set size, the number of needles of the front needle bed and the back needle bed is set and threading is performed, and the front needle bed and the back needle bed are knitted separately.
Here, only the left and right ends of the girdle, that is, the left and right ends of the setting needle are supplied with the knitting yarn to the front and back needle beds so that the front and back knitted fabrics are connected at the left and right ends. Organize. After knitting to the crotch in this way, the crotch shifts to the knitting of the leg, but in this case, the front and back knitted fabric connecting parts are only the left and right ends of the hooking needle in the abdomen, but shift to the leg. In this case, two knitted fabric connecting and connecting portions are set around the center of the hooking needle in addition to the left and right ends of the hooking needle. Thereby, two cylindrical knitted fabrics connected to one abdominal tubular knitted fabric can be knitted, and these two tubular knitted fabrics function as legs in the product.
[0016]
At this time, in an actual product, a crotch is provided in the crotch portion so that it is easy to wear, and the two leg portions are sewn so as not to be connected. In order to make the product easy to wear in this way, the crotch is provided with a connecting part on the front and back so as to form a tubular knitted fabric having a width of about 5 to 50 mm, and from the end to the left (or right) leg tubular knitted fabric, the crotch A product is manufactured by knitting such that the (crotch portion) tubular knitted fabric, the right (or left) leg tubular knitted fabric and the three tubular knitted fabrics are continuous. Thereby, it is excellent in a feeling of wear, and since there is no sewing part in the part, there is no overlap of cloth and a knitted fabric almost without unevenness is obtained.
[0017]
In addition, after knitting the left and right legs and crotch, knitting the front and back knitted fabric joints at both ends of the device width, the abdomen can be knitted while connected to the left and right legs and crotch. If you repeat, it becomes a long fabric with many girdles connected. The tubular knitted fabric of the present invention has two or more types of knitted fabric pattern portions having different elongation forces, and the knitted fabric pattern portion here refers to various forms such as a plain pattern, a stripe pattern, a jacquard pattern, It is the knitted fabric part of the pattern. Further, when the stripe pattern and the jacquard pattern have patterns that are clearly different from the patterns of other portions, each is handled as one pattern.
[0018]
In the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention, as a result of intensive studies on clothing having both wearing comfort and complementary properties, which are the object of the invention, two or more types of knitted fabric pattern portions having different stretching forces are included in the product. It has been found that the object can be achieved by making a difference in the elongation force between two or more kinds of knitted fabric patterns and arranging knitted fabrics having different elongation forces in appropriate portions.
That is, the ratio of the respective stretching forces is 1.1 times or more in the knitted fabric weft direction, preferably 1.3 times or more, and more preferably 2 times or more. Here, the ratio of the stretch force in the weft direction expressed by dividing the knitted fabric pattern portion having a high elongation force by the knitted fabric pattern portion having a low elongation force is 1.1 times or more. Then, if it arrange | positions so that it may become a knitted fabric with high extension | expansion power in an abdominal part, the comfortable wearing feeling without the looseness of a sewing part and favorable complementability can be obtained. When the ratio of the elongation force is less than 1.1 times, the product cannot satisfy the complementary performance when the product is used.
[0019]
There is no particular limitation on how to set the ratio of the elongation force. For example, the knitting structure is dense in the high elongation force portion and the knitting structure is coarsened in the low elongation force portion, or the elastic yarn supply amount is changed. Alternatively, it is possible to use a method in which the extension force of the coated elastic yarn is different from each other.
The term “extension force” as used herein refers to the stress when the knitted fabric is stretched 80% at a pulling speed of 300 mm / min in a state where the knitted fabric is 2.5 cm wide and 5 cm long (grip holding interval).
[0020]
When the knitted fabric pattern area is small and it is difficult to measure the normal stretch force, two or more types of knitted fabrics to be measured may be separately created, sampled in the same area, and the stretch force measurement may be performed.
The tubular knitted fabric of the present invention has two or more types of knitted fabric pattern portions in which the difference in stretch force in the knitted fabric weft direction is 1.1 times or more. As an example of the application method in the product, in the case of the girdle, the lower abdomen should be a solid pattern structure with the highest stretch force so that it becomes a high stretch force knitted fabric pattern part, and the leg part is less important for complementation Because it is a part, it becomes a product excellent in complementability and wearing comfort by the method of using a jacquard knitted fabric pattern part having a low elongation force.
[0021]
Any method can be used for the dyeing method of the tubular knitted fabric of the present invention. It is possible to separate products one by one and dye them after sewing, so-called product dyeing, and it is also possible to dye them while the knitted fabric is continuous.
The tubular knitted fabric of the present invention can be used for materials such as supporters as well as foundations such as girdles, bras and body suits, and inners such as lingerie.
[0022]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described based on examples.
[Example 1]
Using a 24 gauge, 6mm double raschel machine equipped with 6 sheets of hooks, we decided to knitting a girdle with reduced labor, and used leuca yarn (registered trademark, polyurethane, manufactured by Asahi Kasei Kogyo Co., Ltd.) as the covering elastic yarn. Elastic fiber) 22 dtex and nylon fiber 44 dtex / 12 filament were used, and while the leuca yarn was stretched 2.5 times, single covering was performed under the condition of a covering number of 800 T / m to produce a covering yarn. Including this covering yarn, the following yarns were threaded through each fold.
[0023]
Here, L1 to L6 are serial numbers. The part where the number is missing indicates that the threading is not performed.
L2 Nylon thread 55 dtex / 36 filament L3 Covering thread L4 Covering thread L5 Nylon thread 55 dtex / 36 filament In addition, the basic knitting structure is set as follows, the number of needles is 450, and the number of knitting courses is 2800 courses. The knitting structure was changed along the shape as shown in Fig. 1, and knitting was performed from the portion corresponding to the abdomen of the girdle. In FIG. 1, the knitted fabric portion of the high stretching force is to organize the organization set in the nylon yarn and covering yarn, knitted fabric portion of the low extension force, to'm that set tummy in nylon thread, by covering yarn Organized as a pattern knitting. Further, at the crotch part, as shown in FIG. 1, the knitted fabrics are connected by passing yarns to the front and back needle beds so as to become the left and right leg cylinder knitted fabrics and the crotch lower cylinder knitted fabric. FIG. 1 shows a state in which three girdle fabrics are continuously knitted.
