【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、スロットマシン、パチンコ機などのゲーム機の前扉(前枠)を筐体(本体枠)に対し開閉自在に取り付ける着脱式のゲーム機用蝶番に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ機などのゲーム機の前枠を本体枠に対し開閉自在に取り付ける蝶番として、上部に取り付けられる上部蝶番と下部に取り付けられる下部蝶番からなる構造の蝶番が、通常使用されている。この蝶番は、上部蝶番、下部蝶番共に固定部と可動部とに分かれて形成され、ピンと軸受部の嵌合により可動部側が固定部側に対し回動可能に支持される。つまり、上部蝶番の固定部は本体枠の上角部に固定され、上部蝶番の可動部は前枠の上角部に固定され、下部蝶番の固定部は本体枠の下角部に固定され、下部蝶番の可動部は前枠の下角部に固定される。そして、前枠を本体枠に対し取り付ける場合、前枠を持ってその下部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部にピンと軸受の嵌合により嵌め込み、同時に、その上部蝶番の可動部を本体枠側の固定部にピンと軸受の嵌合により嵌め込む。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従って、上記のように、前枠を本体枠に対し装着する際には、上角部と下角部に設けた両蝶番のピンと軸受を上下同時に嵌め合わせて行なう必要があり、加えて、ゲーム機の前枠には、各種の機械機器、電気機器が数多く取り付けられているから、前枠の重量は非常に重い。また、これらの前枠は、作業者の手作業により本体枠側に装着されるため、このような前枠の取り付け作業は、かなり難しく、労力を必要とし、ピンと軸受の嵌合が良好にできない場合には、蝶番や他の部材を傷つけてしまう問題があった。

上記目的を達成するために、本発明のゲーム機用蝶番は、ゲーム機の筐体側に固定され、上部に下向きの上ピンを設け、下部に上向きの下ピンを設けた固定部材と、
該固定部材の上部の該上ピンに嵌合する軸受部材を上部に設け、下部の該下ピンに嵌合する軸受孔を下部に設けて、該固定部材に対し回動可能に支持され該ゲーム機の前扉側に取り付けられる可動部材と、
を備えたゲーム機用蝶番において、
該固定部材は縦長の固定取付板の上部に上突出支持部を略水平に設け該固定取付板の下部に下突出支持部を略水平に設けて形成され、
前記上ピン及び下ピンが該固定取付板の位置より左側前方に位置するように、該上突出支持部の先端部に上ピンが下向きに突設されると共に、該固定部材の下部に設けた下突出支持部に下ピンが上向きに突設され、

このような構成のゲーム機用蝶番は、ゲーム機の筐体の内側に蝶番の固定部材が固定され、前扉の内側に蝶番の可動部材が固定される。

前扉を筐体に対し開閉可能に装着する場合、先ず、前扉を持って可動部材の下突出板部の軸受孔を、筐体側の固定部材の下突出支持部の下ピンに嵌め込む。

このように、可動部材の下軸受孔を固定部材側の下ピンに嵌め、次に下ピンを支点にして前扉を少し水平方向に傾けながら、上突出板部上の軸受部材を、固定部材の上ピンに近づけ、上ピンによって回動部材を回動させながら、軸受部材の軸受孔を開口させ、そこに上ピンを滑り込ませるように嵌合させるため、従来のように、上部蝶番と下部蝶番のピンと軸受部の嵌合を、前枠を持ちながら同時に行なう必要がなく、重量のある前扉を非常に簡単に、筐体に対し蝶番を介して取り付けることができる。さらに、上突出支持部は、平面を略コ字状とした形状に形成され且つ前方に突出して設けられ、その上突出支持部の先端部に上ピンが下向きに突設されるから、上突出支持部の上ピン及びそれに対応した下ピンつまり蝶番の軸ピンの位置を、固定部材の取付面より左側前方に離して位置させることができ、これにより、スロットマシンのように筐体と前扉の内側に蝶番が取り付けられ且つ厚さの厚い前扉を設けた場合でも、筐体側の前面の蝶番装着部分を凹状に切り欠く必要がなく、閉鎖時の筐体と前扉の隙間を最小にすることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1、図2はスロットマシンなどのゲーム機の筐体側に固定される蝶番の固定部材1を示している。この固定部材1は、板状の縦長の固定取付板4の上端に上突出支持部2が略水平に形成され、固定取付板4の下端に下突出支持部6が略水平に形成され、上突出支持部2の先端の下面に上ピン3が下向きに突設され、下突出支持部6の先端の上面に下ピン7が上向きに突設されて構成される。

図2の平面図に示すように、上突出支持部2と下突出支持部6は、鋼板を略コ字状に裁断して形成され、その先端に上ピン3と下ピン7を固定することにより、上ピン3と下ピン7つまり蝶番の軸心位置を、できるだけ筐体の左側面寄りに設定している。勿論、上ピン3と下ピン7の軸心位置は、縦長の固定取付板4の平面に沿った1本の軸線上に一致する。また、上突出支持部2においては、後述の可動部材10側の上突出板部12のストッパ12aが回動可能な空間を作っている。また、下突出支持部6には、可動部材10が開動作をしたとき、その回動端で可動部材10の下突出板部16に当接するストッパ6aが上向きに突設されている。このストッパ6aは、可動部材10の最大開放角度を設定し、ここでは略90度としている。
