Description
(1)患部に治療用超音波トランスデューサを接触させ、このトランスデューサの発した超音波が患部を伝搬した際に、その超音波を反射できる位置に配置されうる音響反射板を有する超音波治療装置。
(2)トランスデューサは、患部に接触する面にシリコンゴムか樹脂性のレンズ層を有する。
(3)トランスデューサは、音響反射板の平行度保持機構を有する。
(4)トランスデューサおよび音響反射板内の中に冷却媒体が灌流する。
(5)流体を内部に満たすことができるよう構成されたカテーテルおよび少なくとも一つの超音波反射係数の高い物質を含む流体を該カテーテルに満たす手段を持つ流体供給装置を含む超音波治療装置。
(6)流体を内部に満たすことができるよう構成されたカテーテルおよび少なくとも一つのキャビテーションを誘導する物質を含む流体を該カテーテルに満たす手段を持つ流体供給装置を含む超音波治療装置。
(7)上記(5)もしくは(6)における流体供給装置は流体を加圧あるいは減圧することが可能な圧力調整機構を持つ。
(8)複数の容器に入った流体を交互にカテーテルに充填する機構を有する超音波治療装置。
(9)流体注入後の挿入腔に、ゼラチン、寒天、コラーゲン、フィブリンのうち少なくとも1種類を含む流体逆流防止物質を留置する機能を備えた流体供給装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1項記載の治療装置。
(10)ガスと液体の混合流体において、微小化されたガス気泡を安定化させ、気泡の球径を保ち、気泡の存在寿命を保持するべく構成され、かつキャビテーションを促進するべく構成された、気泡の安定化物質を含むことを特徴とする体内に投与可能な微小気泡製剤。
(11)上記(10)における微小気泡安定化物質として、ポルフィリン誘導体およびキサンテン誘導体含む。
(12)上記(10)におけ微小気泡は、炭酸ガス(CO2)を主たるガスの成分とする。
(13)上記(10)におけ微小気泡は、酸素分子(O2)を含む混合気体を含む。
(14)上記(10)における微小気泡の製剤として炭酸水素ナトリウムを含む。
(15)上記(10)における微小気泡の製剤として、ケシ油あるいは脂肪酸を含む。
Claims (4)
- 治療対象領域に治療用超音波を照射する治療用超音波照射部と、
撮像用超音波を前記治療対象領域に送受信し、前記治療対象領域の断層像を得るための超音波撮像部と、
前記治療用超音波照射部による治療用超音波の照射と前記超音波撮像部によって断層像を得るための制御を行う制御部と、
前記治療用超音波照射部に治療用超音波の照射を開始する設定を行う入力部と、
を備えた超音波治療装置であって、
流体供給孔が設けられ前記治療対象領域に挿入するカテーテルと、前記カテーテルに設けられ膨縮自在なバルーンと、前記カテーテルに接続され前記治療超音波を反射させる物質を含有する流体を前記カテーテルへ供給又は前記カテーテルから排出する液体供給部とを、前記超音波治療装置に配設され、
前記制御部は、前記流体供給部によって前記カテーテルの流体供給孔より前記流体を前記治療対象領域に供給させ、前記流体供給部によって前記バルーンを膨らませることにより前記治療対象領域からの前記流体の逆流を防止させ、前記治療対象領域に前記入力部の設定により治療用超音波を照射させることを特徴とする超音波治療装置。 - 前記入力部は、前記超音波撮像部を用いて前記治療対象領域の周辺の観察を行った後に、前記治療用超音波照射部に治療用超音波の照射開始の設定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波治療装置。
- 前記治療対象領域の断層像を表示する表示部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記流体の分布を前記治療超音波の第二高調波成分を前記超音波撮像部に検出させ、前記第二高調波を前記表示部に表示させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波治療装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記液体供給部により前記治療超音波を散乱させる物質を含有する流体を前記治療対象領域に注入させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波治療装置。
