この発明は、例えばゴミ袋を内部に収容してゴミ箱として使用される袋止めを備えた容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、上部に開口を有する容器本体をゴミ箱として使用する場合、容器本体内面がゴミで汚れるのを防止したり、容器本体内に収容されたゴミの回収を容易に行ったりするために、容器本体内にはゴミ袋が予め収容されている。また、ゴミ投入時に、ゴミの重みでゴミ袋が容器本体内にずれ落ちてしまったりするのを防止するために、その開口端部が容器本体の開口部に沿って開口した状態で保持されている。

ゴミ袋を容器本体の開口端部に保持する袋止め手段としては、特開平6−219501号公報に開示されるものが知られ、容器本体と、袋止めとしての平面コ字状をなす一対の保持部材とにより構成されている。容器本体は上部に開口を有する細長四角箱状に形成されている。各保持部材の両側片は容器本体の長辺のほぼ半分の長さにそれぞれ形成され、両側片間の中間片は容器本体の短辺の長さとほぼ同じ長さに形成されている。

各保持部材の両側片の先端部の外面には、回動軸がそれぞれ突出形成されている。また、中間片の軸線方向へ延びる一側縁は直線状に形成され、他側縁の中央には、外方へ突出する突出部が形成されている。中間片の外側面には外方へ突出する係合突起が2箇所に形成されている。容器本体の開口部内周面には、その開口部に沿って内方へ水平に突出する支持面が形成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、保持部材の他側縁に突出された突出部は保持部材の係合突起と容器本体の係合孔との係合を解除する際に、押圧して使用される。そのため、2つの保持部材を容器本体に組付けるときは、突出部が上方へ突出するように、その突出部の向きを確認しながら行わなければならなかった。その結果、保持部材の組付け作業が非常に面倒であるという問題があった。

また、支持面は面一に形成され、その支持面上に支持される保持部材の一側縁も直線状に形成されている。そのため、保持部材の一側縁と支持面との間に挟み込まれたゴミ袋が抜けやすいという問題もあった。

この発明は、このような従来技術に存在する問題点に着目してなされたものである。その目的とするところは、容器本体に対する袋止めの組付けを簡単に行うことができるとともに、袋を確実に保持することができる袋止めを備えた容器を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明の袋止めを備えた容器は、上部に開口部を有する有底箱状をなす容器本体と、同容器本体の開口部内周面に沿って段差状に形成された支持面上に下端縁が支持されるように開口部内周面の少なくとも一部に沿う形状をなす袋止めとよりなり、前記袋止めと容器本体の開口部内周面との間に、容器本体内に収容される袋の開口端部を挟み込んで、その袋を開口状態で保持する袋止めを備えた容器であって、前記袋止めの軸線方向に延びる両側縁部に、各側縁部から上方又は下方へ突出する突出部を前記軸線を中心に線対称に形成し、支持面に、下方に位置する突出部が入り込む凹部を形成し、前記袋止めの外面の少なくとも一部には、その軸線方向に沿って前記袋止めの反りを防止する補強凸条が形成されているものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明をゴミ箱に具体化して、図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図1及び図5に示すように、ゴミ箱として使用される容器本体11はポリプロピレンによりほぼ細長四角板状に形成された底壁12と、その底壁12の周縁に沿って立設された相対向する一対の短側壁13と、相対向する一対の長側壁14とから上部に開口部を有する有底細長四角箱状に構成されている。さらに、両短側壁13及び両長側壁14は上部側ほど僅かに拡がるテーパ形状に形成されている。そして、容器本体11内に袋としてのゴミ袋15を収容することができるようになっている。また、各短側壁13及び各長側壁14の高さや底壁12の大きさを変更することにより、容量の異なる容器本体11が複数種類製作され、その容量に対応してゴミ袋15の大きさも調整される。

袋止めを備えた容器28は、製造工場において、容器本体11、一対の保持部材21等がそれぞれ成形され、それらを組立てて製造される。容器本体11の成形において、係合孔19及び軸孔20はそれぞれ下方が開放された状態で形成されているため、容器本体11成形用の型は上下に型閉めすることにより容器本体11を成形することができる。従って、型は上下型だけでよく、係合孔19形成用のスライドコアを必要としない。また、保持部材21の外面には補強凸条27が形成される。そのため、金型を使用して成形し、その型開きをした後、薄板状をなす保持部材21が反るのが防止される。
