Claims (4)
- 油圧回路に接続された入口ポート(P)および出口ポート(A、T)を有し、当該油圧回路の圧力レベル(p)を調整するための比例圧力調整弁(1)であって、
ケース(10)の中に配置され、磁心(2)と、接極子(3)と、電流(I)が印加される磁気コイル(4)と、接極子棒(6)とを有する比例電磁石と、
油圧回路の圧力レベル(p)の調整のために油圧回路に対して絞りとして作用する制御要素(13)と、
前記接極子棒(6)と前記制御要素(13)とを接続する押棒(5)と、を備え、
前記磁気コイル(4)および前記磁心(2)がケース(10)に固着され、
前記接極子(3)が、前記磁気コイル(4)が発生する磁力により2つの末端位置の間で軸方向に往復動可能であり、前記接極子(3)の往復動に伴い前記制御要素(13)が操作され、かつ、前記接極子(3)および前記磁心(2)の互いに対向する端面の間に形成される第1の磁気ギャップ(11)が調整されるものにおいて、
前記接極子(3)は、第2のギャップ(8)を介して軸方向に分割された第1の部分(3’)および第2の部分(3”)を有しており、前記第1の部分(3’)は前記接極子棒(6)に固着されて前記接極子棒(6)と一緒に動くようにされ、かつ、前記第2の部分(3”)は前記磁気コイル(4)が発生する磁力に応じて前記接極子棒(6)に対して軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記第1の部分(3’)と前記第2の部分(3”)との間に弾性部材(7)が介設されており、前記第2のギャップ(8)が、前記磁力に応じて前記弾性部材(7)の弾性力に抗して調整されるように構成されていることを特徴とする比例圧力調整弁。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記接極子棒(6)の周りに配置されたばね(7)からなり、前記ばね(7)の一端は前記接極子(3)の第1の部分(3’)に支持され、前記ばね(7)の他端は前記接極子(3)の第2の部分(3”)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の比例圧力調整弁。
- 前記磁気コイル(4)に印可される電流(I)の変化に伴う前記圧力レベル(p)の変化を示す特性曲線の傾斜が、前記電流(I)の上昇に伴い漸進的に増大することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の比例圧力調整弁。
- 前記磁気コイル(4)に印可される電流(I)の変化に伴う前記圧力レベル(p)の変化を示す特性曲線の傾斜が、全電流範囲の前半では0〜4.0bar/Aであり、後半では16bar/Aにまで至ることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の比例圧力調整弁。
