【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、薬用育毛剤等の高価で一回の使用量を一定化することが望ましい液体の、自動的に定量化する注出塗布容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
この種の定量注出塗布容器に用いられる注出塗布栓として、本出願人は先に実開平6−35153号公報に係る考案を提案した。

この従来技術は、壜体に密にかつ不動に組付き、シール外鍔およびシール頂面を有する栓体を設けた組付き体に対して、計量室を形成すると共に、注出口に開閉弁体を組付け、上昇限で、シール外鍔との密接により計量室側と壜体側とを遮断する切替え体と操作体との組合せ物を、密にかつ昇降変位可能に組付けて構成し、使用可能状態である塗布状態では、適正量に計量された内容液だけを注出可能とし、内容液の無駄な注出を防止したものである。

そして、上記切替え体は、その螺合筒を組付き筒に螺合組付けすることによって、組付き体に対して昇降変位自在に組付くと共に、その上昇限において、突き当たり条が組付き体の停止条に下方から突き当たることにより、組付き体に対して離脱不能に組付く。

また、切替え体の下降限においては、弁体の弁座片の下面が栓体のシール頂面に当接することにより、容器の内容液注出が不能な非使用状態である計量状態において、栓体により弁体の下降変位が阻止された状態となるため、注出口から突出した弁片上端部に不正な押し込み力が作用しても、弁体は弁開状態とならず、壜体の密閉状態を維持するように構成されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来技術においては、壜体に対する塗布栓の周方向に沿った組付き位置を一定に規制することをしていないので、取扱いが便利となるように、例え塗布栓に開閉位置の表示を施したとしても、この表示を壜体に対して適正な向きに位置させることが殆どできず、このため予め施した開閉位置の表示を有効に機能させることができない、と云う問題があった。

すなわち、壜体の一方側面に商品名を、また反対側面に用法等を表示して、壜体の向きに前後関係を付与した場合、塗布栓に施した開閉位置表示、動作位置表示等の表示の壜体に対する周方向に沿った位置を、取扱い上および表示機能上、壜体の前後関係に適合させる必要があるが、壜体と塗布栓との周方向に沿った位置関係を一定に規制することができない限り、塗布栓に施した表示を壜体の前後関係に適合させることは不可能である。

そこで、本発明は、上記した従来技術における問題点を解消すべく創案されたもので、壜体に対する塗布栓の周方向に沿った組付き位置を、一つの定位置に規制することを技術的課題とし、もって塗布栓に施した表示を有効に機能させると共に、容器の適正で良好な取扱いを得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記技術的課題を解決する本発明の内、請求項1記載の発明の手段は、上端に口筒を有する壜体を有すること、この壜体の口筒に密にかつ不動に組付き、開放した中央部上端に、外鍔状のシール外鍔を有する栓体を設けた組付き体と、この組付き体に密にかつ相対回動により一定ストロークで昇降変位すべく外装結合し、上昇限において、組付き体のシール外鍔を上端開口部に密嵌入させる内筒片を中央に立設した切替え体と、この切替え体に密にかつ不動に外嵌して、切替え体との間に一定容積の計量室を形成し、上端に注出口を開設した有頂筒形状の操作体と、この操作体の注出口内に、上端部を突出可能に嵌入する弁片の下端に、操作体の注出口の下端開口部に密接する弁座片を周設し、この弁座片と弁片との一体物に上方への弾力を付勢する弁体と、から成る塗布栓を有すること、この塗布栓を覆って壜体の胴部上端に着脱自在に取り付けられるキャップ体を有すること、壜体の口筒の外周面に、係止縦条と、この係止縦条に一端を連設させた周条とにより、係止縦条と周条の他端との間に、周方向の定位置に欠部を形成し、組付き体の主体部分である組付き筒の内周面上部に、この組付き筒を壜体の口筒に外嵌させると、壜体の係止縦条に周方向からまた周条に上方から突き当たるが、欠部にはほぼ隙間なく挿入嵌合する規制縦条を突設すること、切替え体の下端に、内側を突き当たり凸部に形成した複数の抜け止め片と、内側を乗り越え凸部に形成した一つの音出し片とを、それぞれ肉薄部を介して屈曲自在かつ下部が外側に突出した状態に連設すると共に、中心軸に関して音出し片と軸対称に位置する抜け止め片の突き当たり凸部の内側端面にクリック突片を突設し、切替え体に対する操作体の組付けにより切替え体の抜け止め片および音出し片を内方へ屈曲変位させ、切替え体の上昇限において突き当たり凸部が組付き体の外周面に突周設した停止条に下方から乗り越え不能に突き当たるように構成し、また切替え体の上昇限直前および下降限直前において、切替え体の乗り越え凸部およびクリック突片が組付き体の外周面に突設した縦条を乗り越えてクリック音およびクリック感を発生するように構成したこと、にある。

壜体の口筒に組付き体の組付き筒を上方から外嵌させてゆくと、規制縦条の周条への突き当たりにより外嵌組付きが途中で停止するが、この状態で壜体に対して組付き体を一定方向に回動させて規制縦条を係止縦条に突き当てると、規制縦条の周条への突き当たりが解除されると共に、規制縦条が欠部に対向してそのまま嵌入するので、この規制縦条が欠部に対向した回動位置で、口筒に対する組付き筒の外嵌組付きが再開され、壜体に対する組付き体の組付けが達成される。

このように、壜体の口筒に対する組付き体の外嵌組付きは、組付き体の規制縦条が口筒の欠部に嵌入することにより達成されるので、壜体に対する組付き体の周方向に沿った組付き位置は、規制縦条が欠部に嵌入する一定位置に規制されることになり、このため壜体に対する組付き体の周方向に沿った組付き位置、すなわち壜体に組付いた塗布栓の周方向に沿った姿勢の向きは、必ず一定となる。

非使用状態である計量状態、すなわち切替え体と弁体と操作体との組合せ物が下降限に位置した状態では、操作体の注出口が弁体で閉鎖されていると共に、組付き体の栓体のシール外鍔が切替え体の内筒片の上方に位置して、このシール外鍔と内筒片との間に間隙が形成されているので、切替え体と操作体との間に形成される計量室は、壜体内と連通した状態にある。

この計量状態から、定量の内容液を注出塗布するには、まず、壜体を逆立させて、壜体内の内容液を計量室に流入させてから、壜体を正立姿勢に戻して、計量室に定量の内容液を収納させる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例を、図面を参照しながら説明する。図1は、塗布栓1を壜体8の口筒80に組付けた状態での全体縦断面図を示すもので、図1における右半分は、定量注出塗布容器の非使用状態および計量状態を、左半分は、定量注出塗布容器の使用状態すなわち塗布状態を示している。

塗布栓1が組付けられる壜体8の口筒80(図3参照)は、その外周面中央に係止周条81を突周設すると共に、口筒80の外周面上部に一つの係止縦条82を突設し、この係止縦条82に一端を接続させて周条86を、その他端と係止縦条82との間に欠部87を形成して係止周条81と平行に周設し、さらに外周面下部に突周設した外鍔83の上面の軸対称位置には、一対の突起84が形成されており、そして断面略楕円形状の胴部の上端部両側面には、一対の係合凹部85が形成されている。

本発明は、上記した構成となっているので、以下に示す効果を奏する。壜体に対する組付き体の周方向に沿った組付き位置を一箇所に特定したので、予め付与設定した壜体の前後関係と、同様に組付け体に予め付与設定した前後関係とを、確実にかつ自動的に一致させることができ、もって良好で適正な取扱いおよび表示を得ることができる。
