Description
【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a deodorant for toilets, fragrances with a scent such as kanagi mushrooms have been widely used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the fragrance cannot prevent the bad smell caused by toilet from leaking out of the toilet. Moreover, since the said fragrance | flavor utilizes the masking effect by a strong fragrance, even if the bad smell by a toilet can be cheated to some extent, it does not exhibit the deodorizing effect.
[0004]
This invention is made | formed in view of such a situation, and it aims at provision of the deodorizer for toilets which can deodorize the bad smell by a toilet effectively.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the toilet deodorant of the present invention is mainly composed of a porous powder in which a liquid fragrance is spread,

[0006]
That is, since the deodorant for toilets of the present invention is mainly composed of a porous powder in which a liquid fragrance is spread, for example, in a toilet in which water has accumulated such as a flush toilet, , The porous powder floats on the surface of the water and spreads, and even after filth penetrates into the water, it closes the entrance with surface tension, so it is possible to prevent odors from escaping from the toilet. effective deodorizing effect by by that effect the aroma component generated from the floating porous powder on the surface of the water is obtained. Further, the liquid perfume, a plurality of aroma components is at a level substantially equal put bell multiple malodor main component of each malodorous main component responsible for toilet odor belongs, the existing ratio of the malodorous main component current since those formulated in substantially the same present rate, rather than cheat odors, in the distillation of a liquid mixture consisting of two or more components, the composition of the vapor produced with the composition of the liquid ing the same as By producing an elephant with a combination of a malodorous component and a fragrance component, an effective deodorizing effect is exhibited, so that the malodor can be effectively deodorized. Furthermore, since the porous powder is a pearlite that absorbs only oil and floats on the surface of the water while absorbing almost no moisture, it absorbs only oil without absorbing most of the water. In addition to being worn, it floats on the surface of the water for a long time and exhibits a deodorizing effect. Moreover, even if incinerated without harm to humans, only oil burns and no harmful gases are generated. Moreover, in toilets where water has accumulated such as flush toilets, it is used by putting the powder in the collected water before the toilet as it is, so that the powder floats on the surface of the water and spreads into the water. since also block the penetration hole due to surface tension effects, can be prevented from leaking malodors by toileting from the toilet, the effective deodorant by by that effect the aroma component generated from the porous powder floating on the water surface An effect is obtained.
[0010]
In the deodorizer for toilets of the present invention, when a deodorizing component is further added to the liquid fragrance, a further excellent deodorizing effect is exhibited.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0013]
The toilet deodorant of the present invention is mainly composed of a porous powder on which a liquid fragrance is spread.
[0014]
The porous powder is not particularly limited, and various types are used. Examples include porous materials such as perlite, obsidian perlite, shirasu, shirasu balloon, pumice, vermiculite, porous glass, porous silicon, zeolite, activated carbon, and layered materials such as graphite, boron nitride, kaolin, and mica. it can.
[0015]
Among these, porous ceramics such as pearlite, which are easily available and advantageous in terms of price, and have high whiteness and excellent aesthetics when used, can be suitably used.
[0016]
The pearlite is not particularly limited, and various types can be used. Suitably, what has lipophilicity is preferable, for example, Mitsui Kinzoku Kogyo No. 1 for oil absorption etc. can be used. In such pearlite, since only oil is absorbed without substantially absorbing water, the fragrance is sufficiently spread and floats on the surface of the water for a long time to exert a deodorizing effect. Moreover, even if incinerated without harm to humans, only oil burns and no harmful gases are generated. The pearlite having a specific gravity of about 0.055 kg / liter is preferably used.
[0017]
The particle size of the porous powder is preferably 2.5 mm or less, and more preferably 1.2 mm or less. This is because if the particle size exceeds 2.5 mm, the floating residence time on the water surface is shortened and the deodorizing effect tends to decrease. In addition, when the said particle size becomes too small, for example 0.15 mm or less, it will become easy to disperse and a deodorizing effect will fall rather.
[0018]
The liquid fragrance to be spread on the porous powder is not particularly limited, and various kinds of fragrances can be used. For example, geraniol, linalool, citral, citronellol, neral, neralol, d-limonene, l-limonene, terpinolene, α-pinene, β-pinene, and other isolated fragrances, which are typical isolated fragrance terpene compounds. Synthetic fragrances such as methyl acetate, amyl acetate, phenylethyl alcohol, benzine acetate and the like can be mentioned. In addition, as natural fragrances, plant fragrances such as orange oil, lemon oil, bergamot oil, rose oil, lemongrass oil, jasmine, lily of the valley, and animal fragrances such as musk, dragon moth, kitty cat, and sea bream Can do.
[0019]
Among these, in particular, natural fragrances that have a mild fragrance and rarely give unpleasant feeling and are excellent in biodegradability can be preferably used.
[0020]
The liquid fragrance substantially contains a plurality of fragrance components having a level substantially equal to a level to which the respective malodorous main component belongs when the boiling point of the malodorous component is divided into a plurality of levels, and substantially the presence ratio of the malodorous main component. Are preferably blended in the same abundance ratio . That is, the existing ratio of the malodorous component and an aromatic component if close to each other, because exhibits very Umate effective deodorizing effect.
[0021]
Here, in the distillation of a liquid mixture consisting of two or more components, the composition of the vapor produced with the composition of the liquid is the same, if the combination of the combination of Ingredients are malodorous components and aromatic components of this, a effective Deodorizing effect is demonstrated.
[0022]
As an example, a description will be given of an example in which the boiling level of the scent component (the level to which each main component belongs when the boiling point of the scent component is divided into a plurality of levels) is set to the following four levels.
[0023]
[Table 1]
[0024]
Here, the malodorous component causing the toilet odor is mainly composed of the following composition: ammonia at a boiling point level 1 is 2 by weight, and the first decomposition product at the boiling point 2 is 0.5 by weight. The second decomposition product of level 3 is 1 by weight, and the third decomposition product of boiling point level 4 is 1 by weight.
[0025]
[Table 2]
[0026]
Therefore, the liquid fragrance used in the deodorant for toilets of the present invention has the following composition, citrus having a boiling level 1 of 2 by weight, rose and jasmine having a boiling level 2 of 0.5 by weight, 1 lily of the valley of the boiling level 3 in a weight ratio, 1 musk and ambergris of boiling level 4 in a weight ratio, by using a respectively at least, it is possible to effectively the deodorant.
[0027]
[Table 3]
[0028]
In addition, the fragrance component of each boiling level contained in the liquid fragrance may be at least the above-mentioned weight ratio, and when it contains an fragrance component exceeding the above-mentioned weight ratio, it exhibits not only deodorization but also an aroma effect. Moreover, the fragrance component mentioned above is an illustration to the last, and if it contains the fragrance component of each boiling level in the weight ratio as mentioned above, there exists the same effect.
[0029]
A deodorant component can be blended with the liquid fragrance as necessary. Examples of the deodorant component include naphthalene, p-dichlorobenzene, o-chlorophenol, camphor, camphor oil, lemon oil as masking agents, and cumene hydroperoxide, acetal peroxide, β-ethoxy as chemical deodorizers. Examples include propionaldehyde and glutaraldehyde.
[0030]
The toilet deodorant can be used by putting it in the collected water before the toilet in a toilet in which water is collected such as a flush toilet. By doing this, the powder floats and spreads on the surface of the water, and even after filth enters the water, the entrance is blocked by the surface tension, so it is possible to prevent odors from stool from leaking out of the toilet. more effective deodorizing effect aroma component generated from the floating porous powdered to obtain.
[0031]
The toilet deodorant preferably further includes a ceramic powder to increase the bulk specific gravity. By doing in this way, the powder scattering to the circumference at the time of sprinkling in a toilet bowl decreases, and the workability | operativity at the time of filling to a container etc. improves markedly.
[0032]
The ceramic powder is not particularly limited, and various types can be used. For example, various carbonates such as calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate, various oxides such as alumina, chromium oxide and titanium oxide, various nitrides such as boron nitride and aluminum nitride, various carbides such as silicon carbide and titanium carbide, etc. I can give you.
[0033]
Among these, calcium carbonate and carbonic acid are especially suitable because they are appropriately agglomerated and scattered by moisture in the air, and the filling property to the container is improved, and the whiteness is high and the aesthetics at the time of use is excellent. Magnesium can be preferably used.
[0034]
The particle size of the ceramic powder is preferably 2.5 mm or less, more preferably 1.2 mm or less.
[0035]
The mixing ratio of the porous powder to the ceramic powder is preferably about 40 to 80 by weight, and more preferably 50 to 70. This is because if the blending ratio is less than 40, it becomes too light and difficult to spray an appropriate amount, while if it exceeds 80, the fragrance component settles down and the deodorizing effect decreases.
[0036]
The toilet deodorant can also form a porous powder or a ceramic powder in a granular form, if necessary. By doing in this way, the scattering at the time of sprinkling in a toilet bowl decreases, and the workability | operativity at the time of filling to a container etc. improves markedly. Further, if necessary, a porous powder or a ceramic powder can be tableted. By doing in this way, handling becomes easy and it becomes easy to obtain a stable deodorizing effect with a single use amount being constant. Furthermore, it can also color by adding dye and a pigment as needed.
[0037]
The toilet deodorant can be produced, for example, as follows. That is, first, a porous powder and a liquid fragrance are put into a mixer and mixed for a predetermined time to spread the liquid fragrance on the porous powder. Next, the ceramic deodorizing agent of the present invention is obtained by mixing the ceramic powder at a predetermined mixing ratio.
[0038]
According to the toilet deodorant, when the toilet is filled with water such as a flush toilet, the porous powder floats and spreads on the surface of the water, and filth enters the water. since the later also block the penetration opening by surface tension action that prevents the leaking malodors by toileting from the toilet, a more effective deodorizing effect aroma component generated from the porous powder floating on the water surface can get.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the toilet deodorant of the present invention, since the main component is a porous powder in which a liquid fragrance is spread, for example, in a toilet in which water has accumulated such as a flush toilet, By pouring into the collected water, the porous powder floats on the surface of the water and spreads, and even after filth penetrates into the water, it closes the entrance by surface tension, so the odor from the toilet leaks out of the toilet the can be prevented, effectively deodorizing effect by by that effect the aroma component generated from the porous powder floating on the water surface is obtained.
