Description

【0001】

By the way, in the conventional prize-winning device, as the above-mentioned movable member, there are those that continue to operate, and those that continue to operate during a period from when a specific operation condition is satisfied until a specific stop condition is satisfied. .
[0006]
However, since these movable members continue to operate for a relatively long period of time, wear of the sliding portion accompanying the operation is likely to occur, which has been one of the factors that shorten the life of the winning device.
In addition, since the movable member normally repeats the same operation at a constant cycle, in some cases, a timing that is relatively easy to enter the specific entrance and a timing that is relatively difficult to enter may be generated periodically. There was sex. Therefore, when a so-called stop-off or aiming shot is fired intermittently aiming only at the timing at which it is easy to enter the specific entrance, the award ball is paid out with a probability higher than assumed, There was a risk that the sound management of the amusement hall could not be realized.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide a pachinko machine that is less likely to be worn by the sliding portion of the movable member than the conventional product, and that is less likely to cause damage due to stopping or aiming. It is to provide a winning device for the machine.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
The winning device for a pachinko machine according to claim 1, which is made to achieve the above-described object,
In a winning device for a pachinko machine in which an internal space is formed and a game ball that has entered the internal space from the outside enters one of a plurality of entrances formed in the internal space. ,
A sensor capable of detecting that a game ball has entered the internal space;
A movable member that is operably disposed at a position where it can come into contact with the game ball in the internal space, and is driven when the sensor detects that the game ball has entered the internal space .
At least one of the plurality of entrances may be a specific entrance configured to allow a game ball entering the entrance to pass through a specific area where game conditions are more advantageous than usual. It is
The movable member urges the game ball to enter the specific entrance by moving in a direction orthogonal to the traveling direction of the game ball at a timing when the game ball passes through the movable member. It is characterized by that.
[0009]
In the winning device of this pachinko machine, the sensor may be anything as long as it can detect that the game ball has entered the internal space. For example, a contact type that can detect that the game ball has touched A sensor, a proximity sensor that can detect that a game ball, which is a metal body, has approached, or an optical sensor that can detect that a game ball has blocked the optical path may be used.
[0010]
Also, the sensor can be placed anywhere as long as it can detect that the game ball has entered the internal space. Specifically, the sensor is placed at a position where the game ball actually in the internal space can be detected in real time. You may arrange | position and you may comprise so that the game ball which passes through the inside of the channel | path to internal space may be detected. When detecting a game ball that passes through the passage to the internal space, the time difference between the timing at which the game ball is detected and the timing at which the game ball enters the internal space, or the game ball stays in the internal space. If the average time is specified in advance based on actual measurement or the like, the period during which the game ball is in the internal space can be estimated. Therefore, the drive period of the movable member can be set based on the estimated time.
[0011]
According to the winning device of the pachinko machine configured as described above, when the sensor detects that the game ball has entered the internal space, it is operatively disposed at a position where it can contact the game ball in the internal space. When the movable member thus driven is driven and the movable ball comes into contact with the game ball, the movement of the game ball in the internal space becomes rich in change.
[0012]
Moreover, since this movable member operates only when the sensor detects that the game ball has entered the internal space, the movable member operates constantly, or a movable member that operates over a certain period regardless of the presence or absence of the game ball. As compared with the case, the operation period can be shortened. Therefore, the wear of the sliding portion accompanying the operation of the movable member does not occur as much as the conventional product, and the life of the winning device becomes longer than that of the conventional product.
[0013]
In addition, since the movable member does not repeat the same operation at a constant cycle unlike conventional products, there is no timing that makes it easy to enter a specific entrance, and intermittently aiming at such timing only Thus, it is possible to prevent so-called stop hits and aim hits.
Further, in the winning device for a pachinko machine according to claim 1, at least one of the plurality of entrances has a game condition that is more advantageous than usual for a game ball that enters the entrance. It is a specific entrance that is configured to pass through a specific area, and the movable member performs an operation of prompting entry into the specific entrance.
In the winning device of this pachinko machine, as an operation for prompting the player to enter the specific entrance, for example, a game ball passing through a position difficult to enter the specific entrance as described in claim 3 is used. An operation of pushing out to a position where it is easy to enter the mouth, or an operation of sandwiching the game ball in the holding portion and subsequently releasing the sandwiched game ball at a position where it is easy to enter the specific entrance as described in claim 4 And so on. In addition to this, any operation that increases the probability of entering the specific entrance compared to the case where the movable member is not operated, such as the operation of pushing the game ball toward the specific entrance, Also good. In addition, it does not ask | require especially whether a game ball actually enters into a specific entrance as a result of performing the operation | movement which encourages the entrance to a specific entrance with the said movable member.
According to the winning device for a pachinko machine configured as described above, the movable member performs an operation for prompting the player to enter the specific entrance, so that the player can have a sense of expectation for winning.
[0014]
Next, a winning device for a pachinko machine according to claim 2 is:
The sensor detects a game ball in the internal space;
The movable member moves in a direction in contact with a game ball detected by the sensor.
[0015]
According to this pachinko machine winning device, the same effect as the winning device of the pachinko machine according to claim 1 is provided, and the sensor detects a game ball in the inner space. Compared to the method of detecting the game ball before entering the game and predicting the timing when the game ball enters the internal space, the period during which the game ball exists in the internal space can be detected more accurately, and the drive period of the movable member Can be optimized.
[0016]
In addition, since the movable member moves in a direction in which the movable member is in contact with the game ball detected by the sensor, for example, the movable member is more likely to contact the game ball than in the case where the movable member is moved randomly. Thus, the movement of the game ball can be made more complicated .
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with an example.
A winning device 1 shown in FIG. 1 is a winning device classified as a second-type special electric accessory, and is arranged approximately at the center of a game board of a pachinko machine.
[0020]
The winning device 1 includes a main body 3 fixed to a game board, a pair of wing members 5 arranged symmetrically on the upper part of the main body 3, and a pair of movable members arranged symmetrically in the internal space of the main body 3. 7 etc.
Among these, the main body 3 forms an internal space, and when the blade member 5 is opened, a game ball enters the internal space.
[0021]
A first stage 11, a second stage 12, and a gate 13 are provided in the internal space of the main body 3. The first stage 11 is a member that divides the internal space of the main body 3 into two upper and lower stages, and the upper surface side of the first stage 11 is an inclined surface that gently falls toward the back surface side. The second stage 12 forms the floor surface of the lower space, and the upper surface side of the second stage 12 is an inclined surface that gently falls toward the front side. The gate 13 is erected at a position that forms a gap through which the game ball can pass between the gate wall 19 and an opening 13a through which the game ball passes is formed on the lower end side.
[0022]
Three entrances 16, 17, 18 are formed on the front side of the second stage 12 in the internal space of the main body 3. The entrances 16 to 18 are holes through which game balls fall, and the game balls that fall into the entrance 17 in the center pass through a specific area called a V zone. These entrances 16 to 18 communicate with the outside of the winning device via the exit / exit path, and when the game ball passes through the exit path, the game ball is detected by a passage sensor (not shown).
[0023]
In addition to the above, the main body 3 has a number display 21 for displaying the number of continuous operations of the winning device 1 and one each time a game ball enters the entrances 16 to 18 during continuous operation of the winning device 1. A ten-count lamp 23 that is lit is also provided.
The blade member 5 is disposed so as to be symmetrically rotatable about the lower end side as an axis, and is driven to open and close by being driven by a solenoid (not shown). The blade member 5 is normally in a closed state, and opens and closes when entering a second type starting port (not shown) disposed at another position on the game board.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the movable member 7 is disposed on the second stage 12 so as to be capable of reciprocating symmetrically, and is driven by the solenoid 31 to reciprocate. In the vicinity of the movable member 7, a sensor including a pair of light projectors 33 and light receivers 35 is arranged. When a game ball rolling on the front side of the second stage 12 blocks an optical path from the light projectors 33 to the light receivers 35. The output signal of the light receiver 35 changes, so that the passage of the game ball can be detected.
[0025]
In the winning device 1 configured as described above, when a game ball enters the internal space of the winning device 1 when the blade member 5 is opened and closed, the game ball is first placed on the first stage 11 and moved to the back side. Then, it falls from the first stage 11, falls on the second stage 12, passes through the gate 13, and rolls on the second stage 12 to the front side.
[0026]
At that time, the game ball blocks the optical path from the light projector 33 to the light receiver 35, and the output signal of the light receiver 35 changes. The output from the light receiver 35 is monitored at a cycle of several milliseconds by a control device (not shown) provided in the pachinko machine. When the output signal of the light receiver 35 is changed, the control device A drive signal is given to the solenoid 31 to drive the movable member 7 by one reciprocation. As a result, the movable member 7 moves forward to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 2, and then returns to the position indicated by the solid line again.
[0027]
At this time, if the game ball crosses the optical path within the range of the area A shown in FIG. 2, the game ball is unlikely to contact the movable member 7. Then, the second stage 12 is rolled to the front side as it is. On the other hand, when the game ball crosses the optical path within the range of the region B shown in FIG. 2, the game ball is highly likely to contact the movable member 7. At the same time as rolling on the second stage 12 to the front side, it is pushed out by the movable member 7 and moved toward the center in the left-right direction of the second stage 12. That is, a game ball that is likely to roll toward the entrance 17 is rolled on the second stage 12 as it is, and a game ball that is likely to roll toward the entrance 16 or the entrance 18 is bounced by the movable member 7. As a result, the possibility of entering the entrance 17 is increased.
[0028]
As described above, according to the winning device 1, the movable member 7 is driven when it is detected by the sensor including the projector 33 and the light receiver 35 that the game ball has entered the internal space of the winning device 1. Since the movable member 7 and the game ball come into contact with each other, the movement of the game ball in the internal space is rich in change. In particular, the movable member 7 performs an operation of pushing a game ball passing through a position where it is difficult to enter the entrance 17 to a position where it can easily enter the entrance 17, so that the entrance to the entrance 17 is encouraged. A feeling can be given to the player and the rate of attracting customers can be increased.
[0029]
In addition, the movable member 7 operates only when the sensor detects that the game ball has entered the internal space. Therefore, the movable member 7 is always operated regardless of the presence of the game ball or the movable member provided in the conventional winning device. As compared with a movable member that operates over a certain period, the operation period can be shortened to the minimum necessary. Therefore, the wear of the sliding part accompanying the operation of the movable member 7 does not occur as much as the conventional product, and the life of the winning device 1 becomes longer than that of the conventional product.
[0030]
Furthermore, since the movable member 7 operates according to the passing timing of the game ball and does not repeat the same operation at a constant period unlike the conventional product, the timing at which it is easy to enter the entrance 17 There is also an effect that it is possible to prevent so-called stop and hitting, in which a game ball is intermittently fired aiming at only such timing.
[0031]
The winning device 1 may be partially changed as follows.
For example, in the winning device 1, the movable member 7 is reciprocated symmetrically in the left-right direction. However, by moving one of the movable members 7 with respect to the other movable member 7, The reciprocating operation may be performed while keeping the distance constant, or each movable member may be reciprocated irregularly. Alternatively, it may be a movable member that reciprocates in a direction other than the left-right direction, or may be a movable member that performs an operation other than the reciprocal movement.
[0032]
Further, although only one set of the sensor composed of the projector 33 and the light receiver 35 is provided, a sensor capable of detecting a game ball passing the left side of the second stage 12 and a game ball passing the right side of the second stage 12 are provided. May be configured such that when the game ball is detected by each sensor, the left or right movable member 7 operates independently. By adopting such a configuration, the amount of movement of the movable member 7 can be further reduced as compared with the case where the left and right movable members 7 always operate simultaneously, so that the effect of suppressing the wear of the sliding portion is further enhanced. .
[0033]
In addition, the winning device 1 operates the movable member 7 on the condition that the game ball is detected by the sensor including the projector 33 and the light receiver 35. However, the movable member 7 is also operated in addition to the other conditions. 7 operation control may be performed. More specifically, for example, after the opening / closing operation of the blade member 5 accompanying the ball entering the second type starting port, when the game ball is detected by the sensor, the movable member 7 is operated, During the continuous opening / closing operation of the blade member 5 accompanying the entry, control may be performed such that the movable member 7 is not operated even if the game ball is detected by the sensor. Alternatively, in addition to this control, during the continuous opening and closing operation of the blade member 5 accompanying the entrance to the entrance 17, until the number of entrances to the entrances 16 to 18 reaches 7 game balls Although the movable member 7 is not actuated even if it is detected, control may be performed such that, after reaching seven, the movable member 7 is actuated when a game ball is detected by a sensor.
[0034]
Further, the winning device 1 uses a sensor composed of a projector 33 and a light receiver 35. However, any sensor can be used as long as it can detect the presence of a game ball in the internal space of the winning device. It doesn't matter. For example, a game ball may be detected by arranging a proximity sensor capable of detecting metal on a wall surface or a floor surface forming an internal space of the winning device. Alternatively, a game ball may be detected outside the internal space of the winning device, and, for example, a passing sensor may be disposed in a passage leading to the internal space of the winning device. In this case, the timing at which the game ball exists in the internal space is estimated in consideration of the delay time required for the game ball to reach the internal space from the position where the passing sensor is disposed, and the movable member is moved in accordance with the timing. It only has to be activated.
[0035]
Next, still another embodiment will be described. In addition, embodiment described below is the 2nd type special electric accessory similar to the above-mentioned prize-winning apparatus 1, and it replaces with the said movable member 7 and a sensor (light projector 33 and light receiver 35), and another movable member. And it is comprised similarly to the above-mentioned winning apparatus 1 except the point which employ | adopted the sensor. Therefore, in the following description, only the newly adopted movable members and sensors and their control methods will be described in detail, and the reference numerals attached to the respective parts of the winning device 1 will be used for the same configuration as the winning device 1. Thus, detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0036]
As shown in FIG. 3, the winning device includes a movable member 41 and sensors 43 and 44.
The movable member 41 has a structure in which a head portion 41a is attached to the tip of a flexible shaft portion 41b that bends flexibly. The flexible shaft portion 41b is sandwiched between roller pairs 45, and the roller pair 45 is a motor (not shown). ), The movable member 41 is configured to move forward / backward on the second stage 12 as it is rotationally driven in both forward and reverse directions.
[0037]
As shown in FIG. 4, the head portion 41 a of the movable member 41 is provided with a holding portion 47 that can be opened and closed. The holding portion 47 opens and closes as the worm gear 49 rotates. The head portion 41 a is provided with a pair of wheels 51 and 52, and the wheels 51 and 52 rotate with the rotation of the bevel gears 53 and 54. The worm gear 49 and the bevel gears 53, 54 are connected to one end of each of the wires 56, 57, 58 passed through the flexible shaft portion 41b, and the other ends of the wires 56, 57, 58 are shown in FIG. As shown, it is coupled to motors 60, 61, 62. The wires 56, 57, and 58 are respectively passed through the three tubes 64, 65, and 66 that are passed through the flexible shaft portion 41b, and are not in contact with each other inside the flexible shaft portion 41b.
[0038]
The sensors 43 and 44 are proximity sensors built in the upper surface of the second stage 12. When a game ball rolling on the front side of the second stage 12 passes over the sensors 43 and 44, the output signals of the sensors 43 and 44 are output. Changes so that the passing of the game ball can be detected.
[0039]
In the winning device configured as described above, when the game ball enters the internal space of the winning device during the opening / closing operation of the blade member, the game ball reaches the second stage 12 through various paths, and reaches the second stage 12. Roll up to the front.
At that time, the game ball rolling near both sides of the second stage 12 passes over the sensor 43 or the sensor 44, and the output signal of the sensor 43 or the sensor 44 changes. The outputs from the sensors 43 and 44 are monitored at a cycle of several milliseconds by a control device (not shown) provided in the pachinko machine, and when the output signals of the sensors 43 and 44 change, The control device executes operation control of the movable member 41.
[0040]
Here, the case where the output signal of the sensor 43 changes is taken as an example, and the following description is continued. When the output signal of the sensor 43 changes, the control device controls the motor 62 to rotationally drive the wheels 52, and also rotationally drives the roller pair 45 to advance the movable member 41. The clamping part 47 is opened by controlling. With these series of controls, the movable member 41 moves forward toward the front side, and at the same time, the head portion 41a bends toward the sensor 43 as the wheel 52 rotates.
[0041]
Then, when the movable member 41 moves forward by a predetermined amount of movement (that is, when the roller pair 45 rotates by a predetermined amount), the motor 60 is controlled to close the clamping unit 47. As a result, the pinching portion 47 is closed at a position where there is a high possibility that a game ball near the sensor 43 is present. At this time, the game ball may be pinched by the pinching portion 47.
[0042]
Thereafter, the roller pair 45 is rotationally driven to retract the movable member 41, and when the head portion 41a returns to the initial position, the motor 60 is controlled to open and close the clamping portion 47. As a result, if the game ball is held by the holding portion 47, the game ball is released at substantially the center in the left-right direction of the second stage 12, and if this game ball rolls straight to the front side, the incoming ball The possibility of entering the mouth 17 is increased.
[0043]
Incidentally, when the output signal of the sensor 44 changes, instead of controlling the motor 62 to rotationally drive the wheel 52, the motor 61 is controlled to rotationally drive the wheel 51, and the head portion 41a bends toward the sensor 44 side. It is done.
Although there are many cases where the movable member 41 cannot hold the game ball even after performing the above-described series of operations, the game ball detected by the sensors 43 and 44 may enter the central entrance 17. Even if it is a low game ball and the movable member 41 collides and the game ball is simply thrown away, there is no particular problem because the expectation for entering the central entrance 17 is increased.
[0044]
As described above, even in the winning device including the movable member 41, when the sensor 43 detects that the game ball has entered the internal space of the winning device, the movable member 41 is driven, and the movable member 41 and the game are played. Since the ball comes into contact, the movement of the game ball in the internal space becomes rich in change. In particular, the movable member 41 temporarily holds a game ball passing through a position where it is difficult to enter the entrance 17 with the holding portion 47, pulls it back to a position where it can easily enter the entrance 17, and then releases it to enter the entrance 17. Since the player is encouraged to enter the game, it is possible to give the player a sense of expectation for winning and to increase the rate of attracting customers.
[0045]
In addition, the movable member 41 operates only when the sensor 43 detects that the game ball has entered the internal space. Regardless of the movable member that operates over a certain period, the operation period can be shortened to the minimum necessary. Therefore, the wear of the sliding part accompanying the operation of the movable member 41 does not occur as much as the conventional product, and the life of the winning device becomes longer than that of the conventional product.
[0046]
Furthermore, since the movable member 41 operates according to the passing timing of the game ball and does not repeat the same operation at a fixed period unlike the conventional product, the timing at which it is easy to enter the entrance 17. There is also an effect that it is possible to prevent so-called stop and hitting, in which a game ball is intermittently fired aiming at only such timing.
[0047]
Note that the winning device including the movable member 41 may be partially changed as follows.
For example, although the sensor 43 is incorporated on the second stage 12, it may be mounted on the movable member 41. Specifically, a sensor whose output value increases as the game ball approaches may be provided at each tip of the holding portion 47 of the movable member 41. In this case, if the holding part 47 is closed when the output value of the sensor becomes a predetermined threshold value or more, there is a possibility that the game ball can be pinched. Further, the magnitude relationship between the output values of the pair of sensors at the respective tips of the sandwiching portion 47 is compared, and the driving force applied to the wheels 51 and 52 is increased or decreased accordingly, whereby the head portion 41a follows the game ball. Can be controlled to turn to the right.
[0048]
In addition, a plurality of sensors composed of a projector and a light receiver are arranged at equal intervals in the front-rear direction, and a plurality of sensors are arranged at equal intervals in the left-right direction so as to form a grid-like optical path and blocked. The front and rear positions and the left and right positions of the game ball may be detected from the combination of the optical paths, and the driving force applied to the wheels 51 and 52 may be controlled to increase or decrease so that the head portion 41a moves forward to the positions.
[0049]
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, this invention can be implemented also with forms other than the above, and is not limited to said specific form.
