Description
胴部の略全高さ範囲における平断面形状を略等中心角度間隔の少なくとも3箇所に頂部を有する非真円形とすること、
胴部の上下方向において、各頂部の中心角度位置を同じ態様で変化させ、この頂部により胴部の上下方向に形成される柱部をS字カーブ状に形成し、略等中心角度間隔に少なくとも3本、並列状に配設すること、
隣接する柱部間に形成されるパネルに平断面でみて陥没状反転変形可能な凸状部を形成すること、
にある。
このRs値が大きいと真円形状に変形した時の断面積の増分割合が大きくその分膨出変形吸収機能を大きくすることが可能となる。
請求項1記載の発明にあっては、パネルに形成された凸状部の陥没状の反転変形により減圧吸収機能を、また胴部の平断面形状を非真円形として膨出変形吸収機能を発揮せしめ、そして壜体の剛性を確保すと共に隣接するパネルの境界としての機能を発揮する柱部をS字カーブ状に並列状に配設することにより、各パネルの特には減圧状態における陥没状の変形をスムーズに発生させることができる。
図1〜図11は本発明の合成樹脂製壜体の一実施例を示すものであり、2軸延伸ブロー成形の内容量500ml用のPET樹脂製壜体である。図1は壜体1の正面図、図2は後述する中心角度位置αが−45°の方向から見た側面図であり(図3参照)、壜体1の形状は全体としては胴部4を4つのパネル7で形成した丸型ボトルであり、肩部3、胴部4そして底面を陥没状に形成した底部5を有する。

Claims (6)
- 胴部(4)の略全高さ範囲における平断面形状を略等中心角度間隔の少なくとも3箇所に頂部(11)を有する非真円形とし、前記胴部(4)の上下方向において、各頂部(11)の中心角度位置(α)を同じ態様で変化させ、該頂部(11)により胴部(4)の上下方向に形成される柱部(12)をS字カーブ状に形成し、略等中心角度間隔に少なくとも3本、並列状に配設し、隣接する前記柱部(12)間に形成されるパネル(7)に平断面でみて陥没状反転変形可能な凸状部(7b)を形成した合成樹脂製壜体。
- 胴部(4)の略全高さ範囲における平断面形状を等中心角度間隔の4箇所に頂部(11)を有する形状とした請求項1記載の合成樹脂製壜体。
- パネル(7)に平断面でみて膨出状反転変形可能な凹状部(7a)と、陥没状反転変形可能な凸状部(7b)を隣接して形成した請求項1または2記載の合成樹脂製壜体。
- 胴部(4)の上端部および下端部の平断面形状を真円形とし、該胴部(4)の平断面形状を、上端部および下端部から略中央高さ位置にかけて緩やかに縮径した形状とした請求項1、2または3記載の合成樹脂製壜体。
- 胴部(4)の上端部および下端部に円周状リブ(6)を形成した請求項1、2、3または4記載の合成樹脂製壜体。
- ポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂製の2軸延伸ブロー成形品とした請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の合成樹脂製壜体。
