Description
Claims (11)
- 内側シュー部材の縦中心軸に対して、ほぼ凹状の内面と、ほぼ凸状の外面と、凸状の外面から突出する少なくとも1つの巻線ガイドとを備えるほぼ矩形状の内側シュー部材と、
巻線ガイドの周囲に取り付けられるほぼ楕円状の巻線組立体と、
背部材の縦中心軸に対してほぼ凸状の外面と、それぞれ巻線組立体の一部に取り付けられる2つの円弧状の切欠部を有する内面とを備える少なくとも1つの背部材と、
蓋端部の縦中心軸に対してほぼ凸状の外面と、巻線組立体の端部に取り付けられる切欠部を有する内面とをそれぞれ備える2つの蓋端部とを備え、
内側シュー部材の凸状の外面から突出する2つの巻線ガイドにより巻線組立体を支持することを特徴とする電気機器用の固定子組立体。 - 各背部材の内面から突出する内側支持部により円弧状の切欠部の一部を形成した請求項1に記載の固定子組立体。
- 内側シュー部材の形状に成形される鉄系磁性粉粒子より内側シュー部材を構成した請求項1に記載の固定子組立体。
- 背部材の形状に成形される鉄系磁性金属粉粒子により各背部材を構成した請求項1に記載の固定子組立体。
- 各背部材は、蓋端部に隣接しかつ蓋端部の接合面に相補的な形状を有する端面を有する請求項1に記載の固定子組立体。
- 接着剤により蓋端部に隣接して背部材を保持する請求項5に記載の固定子組立体。
- 内側の円弧状の内面と、外側の円弧状の外面と、円弧状の外面から突出する少なくとも1つの巻線ガイドとを備えるほぼ矩形状の内側シュー部材と、
巻線ガイドの周囲に取り付けられる巻線組立体と、
外側の円弧状の外面と、巻線組立体の一部に取り付けられる2つの切欠部を有する内面とを備える少なくとも1つの背部材と、
外側の円弧状の外面と、巻線組立体の端部に取り付けられる切欠部を有する内面とをそれぞれ備える2つの蓋端部とを備え、
内側シュー部材、背部材及び蓋端部の形状に成形される鉄系磁性金属粉粒子により内側シュー部材、背部材及び蓋端部を構成したことを特徴とする固定子組立体。 - 内側シュー部材の円弧状外面から突出する2つの巻線ガイドは、巻線組立体を支持する請求項7に記載の固定子組立体。
- 各背部材は、内面から突出して各切欠部の一部を形成する内側支持部を備える請求項7に記載の固定子組立体。
- 各背部材は、蓋端部に隣接しかつ蓋端部の接合面に相補的な形状を有する端面を有する請求項7に記載の固定子組立体。
- 接着剤を使用して、蓋端部に隣接して背部材を保持する請求項10に記載の固定子組立体。
