【従来技術とその問題点】
細隙を隔てて対設される環状濾過プレートと環状可動プレートとで一組の濾過素子となし、該濾過素子の多数組を互に細隙を隔てて積層状に配列させることにより上記各細隙を分離水流出溝とする筒状の濾過体に形成し、該濾過体の始端開口部を汚泥原水の送り込み口とし終端開口部を脱水ケーキの送り出し口として、スクリュー外径が環状可動プレートの内径よりも大きく形成されたスクリューコンベアを上記濾過体の中心孔に嵌装させ該スクリューコンベアの駆動時にスクリューの前縁が環状可動プレートの内周部へ斜交状に摺接することで該環状可動プレートを偏心状に搖振させるよう構成したスクリュー式濾過脱水装置は公知である。

しかし上記従来のスクリュー式濾過脱水装置では、スクリューと環状可動プレートとが噛み合うような状態となるため摺接面に作用する側圧によって摩擦抵抗が大きく、スクリューコンベアおよび環状可動プレートの磨耗を早めると共に原動機への負荷も増大することになる。

【発明の目的】
本発明の目的は、スクリューコンベアおよび環状可動プレートに生じる摩擦の増大を抑止して磨耗が生じ難く、且つ、原動機への負荷増大を来たすことのないスクリュー式濾過脱水装置に係る環状可動プレートを提供することにある。

【発明の構成】
本発明に係るスクリュー式濾過脱水装置においては、細隙を隔てて対設される環状濾過プレートと環状可動プレートとで一組の濾過素子となし、該濾過素子の多数組を互に細隙を隔てて積層状に配列させることにより上記各細隙を分離水流出溝とする筒状の濾過体に形成し、該濾過体の始端開口部を汚泥原水の送り込み口とし終端開口部を脱水ケーキの送り出し口として、外径が環状濾過プレートおよび環状可動プレートの内径よりも若干小径に形成されたスクリューコンベアを上記濾過体の中心孔に嵌装し、濾過体の外側には上記スクリューコンベアと連動して環状可動プレートの外周と摺接し該環状可動プレートを搖振させる偏心回転軸を設けた、本発明の環状可動プレートは、プラスチック材をベースとし、鋼管を輪切り状に切断してなる補強輪体をプレートベースの外周に嵌着して構成する。

1は環状濾過プレート2と環状可動プレート3を細隙を隔てて対設させてなる一組の濾過素子であり、該濾過素子1の多数組をスペーサ4・・・・4により互に細隙を隔てて積層状に配列させ、ボルト5により連結させて上記各細隙を分離水流出溝6・・・・6とする筒状の濾過体7に形成する。該濾過体7の始端開口部は汚泥原水の送り込み口8となり終端開口部は脱水ケーキの送り出し口9となり、中心孔10にはスクリューコンベア11を嵌装する。該スクリューコンベア11はスクリュー11Rの外径が環状濾過プレート2および環状可動プレート3の内径よりも若干小径に形成されており、原動機12により駆動されて懸濁微粒子を移送させ、これと連動して濾過体7の外側に配設された偏心回転軸13・・・・13が駆動し、環状可動プレート3・・・・3の外周と摺接して該環状可動プレート 3・・・・3を揺振させることにより分離液流出溝6・・・・6の目詰りを防止する。環状可動プレート3はプラスチック材をベースとし、市販の鋼管を輪切り状に切断してなる補強輪体3Hをプレートベースの外周に嵌着させ、該補強輪体3Hを偏心回転軸13と摺接させるよう構成することが望ましい。また、環状可動プレート3の内周には懸濁微粒子の移送性を高めるための凹窩3S・・・・3Sを設けることもある。14は送り出し口9に付設された吐出圧調整弁である。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、環状可動プレートがスクリューコンベアと非接触に構成されるため、スクリューコンベアおよび環状可動プレートに生じる摩擦の増大を抑止して磨耗が生じ難く長期の使用に耐え、且つ、原動機への負荷を増大させることもなく、スクリューコンベアと非接触であることから環状可動プレートの全体を鋼板製とすることを要せず、プレートベースはプラスチック材で十分であり、偏心回転軸と摺接する外周のみに鋼製の補強輪体を嵌着させれば足り、濾過体の軽量化に役立つ。しかもこの補強輪体は、市販の鋼管を輪切り状に切断したものが利用できるので、製造コストの面でも有利となる。
