Claims (3)
- 体腔内の所定部位に留置するステントが外周に装着された、該装着状態において前記ステントを前記所定部位に対する挿入軸方向に進退自在に保持するガイドチューブと、
前記ガイドチューブ内に挿通された開口具と、
前記ガイドチューブの前記挿入軸方向の先端側に設けられた、前記ガイドチューブの径方向に縮径可能な縮径先端部と、
前記ガイドチューブにおいて前記縮径先端部よりも前記挿入方向の先端側に設けられた、前記ガイドチューブ内に前記開口具が挿通され前記縮径先端部が他の前記ガイドチューブの外径と略同じ外径まで拡張している状態かつ前記ステントが前記ガイドチューブに保持されている状態において、前記ステントの前記挿入方向の先端の面に係止される爪部と、
前記ガイドチューブの外周であって、前記ステントよりも前記挿入軸方向の後方に前記挿入軸方向に沿って遊嵌された、前記ステントを前記挿入方向前方に押し出し自在なプッシャーチューブと、
を具備し、
前記縮径先端部よりも前記挿入軸方向後方に前記ガイドチューブから前記開口具が引き抜かれると、前記縮径先端部が前記径方向に縮小することにより前記爪部の係止が外れ、前記ステントが、前記プッシャーチューブより前記所定部位へ押し出し可能となることを特徴とするステント留置装置。 - 前記ガイドチューブの前記縮径先端部は、前記ガイドチューブの前記挿入軸方向の前記先端側にスリットが形成されることにより設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のステント留置装置。
- 前記開口具は、前記体腔に対し開口を形成する電極針であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のステント留置装置。
