Description
まず、炭酸ガスと反応することで硬化が促進される性質を有する粉末状の無機質結合材を公知の生成装置を用いて生成する。
次に、上記無機質結合材の生成過程で発生する炭酸ガスを吸着させた骨材を無機質結合材に混合する。
次に、公知の成形機を用いて無機質結合材を略真空中で加圧成形することによって成形体を形成するとともに、無機質結合材の生成過程で発生する炭酸ガスを加圧成形直後の成形体に吸着させる。
最後に、密閉した養生室内で炭酸ガスを用いて成形体の後養生を行う。
Ca(OH)2+CO2 → CaCO3+H2O
のように、炭酸ガスを吸収して炭酸カルシウムとなり、これによって、成形体の物理強度を増大させることができる。

Claims (3)
- 炭酸ガスと反応することで硬化が促進される性質を有する粉末状の無機質結合材を生成するための生成装置と、前記無機質結合材と骨材とを混合して混合体を生成する混合機と、前記混合体を加圧成形して成形体とするための成形機と、前記成形体の後養生を行うための密閉状の養生装置とを有する成形体の製造装置において、
前記生成装置と、前記混合機、前記成形機及び前記養生装置とをそれぞれ配管により連通連結することによって、前記生成装置における無機質結合材の生成過程で発生する炭酸ガスを、前記混合機、前記成形機及び前記養生装置に供給可能としたことを特徴とする成形体の製造装置。 - 前記養生装置は、矩形箱型状の本体と、前記本体の内部に形成された前記成形体を載置する養生室と、炭酸ガスを前記養生室に供給するために前記本体上部に連通連結された吸気菅と、前記養生室に供給された炭酸ガスを排気するために前記本体上部に連通連結された排気管と、前記養生室の上部に前記本体の天井壁と平行に取り付けられた多孔板と、前記養生室の低壁に設けられた当該養生室に供給された炭酸ガスを攪拌する攪拌ファンと、を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形体の製造装置。
- 前記養生装置に供給されたガスを炭酸ガスと同炭酸ガスよりも軽量のガスとに比重分離し、分離された炭酸ガスを用いて成形体を強制的に養生することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の成形体の製造装置。
