又本発明に係る自発光安全用品は、太陽電池によって発電した電力で発光体を点灯または点滅させる自発光安全用品であって、前記太陽電池に色素増感型太陽電池が用いられると共に、標示部の少なくとも一部が透明体からなり、該透明体の内面上に色素増感型太陽電池が直接形成され、そしてその色素増感型太陽電池が内面上に直接形成された透明体は、該透明体の内面上に直接導電性薄膜を形成した後、該導電性薄膜上に金属酸化物半導体を設けると共に、該金属酸化物半導体の表面に色素を吸着させて作用電極となし、この作用電極に相対向するように対電極を重ね、前記作用電極と対電極との間に、電解質を含んだ電解質材料を充填させることにより形成されるものであることを特徴とするものである。
又本発明に係る自発光安全用品は、太陽電池によって発電した電力で発光体を点灯または点滅させる自発光安全用品であって、前記太陽電池に色素増感型太陽電池が用いられると共に、上部にカバー状の透明体を有し、該透明体の内面上に色素増感型太陽電池が直接形成されるとともに該透明体の下方に発光体が収納され、太陽光が透明体を透過して色素増感型太陽電池に入射され、発光体の光が透明体を透過して外部に放出されるようになされ、そしてその色素増感型太陽電池が内面上に直接形成された透明体は、該透明体の内面上に直接導電性薄膜を形成した後、該導電性薄膜上に金属酸化物半導体を設けると共に、該金属酸化物半導体の表面に色素を吸着させて作用電極となし、この作用電極に相対向するように対電極を重ね、前記作用電極と対電極との間に、電解質を含んだ電解質材料を充填させることにより形成されるものであることを特徴とするものである。

- 太陽電池によって発電した電力で発光体を点灯または点滅させる自発光安全用品であって、前記太陽電池に色素増感型太陽電池が用いられると共に、前面に標示部を有し、側面、上面、背面の少なくとも一つが内面上に色素増感型太陽電池が直接形成された透明体からなり、そしてその色素増感型太陽電池が内面上に直接形成された透明体は、該透明体の内面上に直接導電性薄膜を形成した後、該導電性薄膜上に金属酸化物半導体を設けると共に、該金属酸化物半導体の表面に色素を吸着させて作用電極となし、この作用電極に相対向するように対電極を重ね、前記作用電極と対電極との間に、電解質を含んだ電解質材料を充填させることにより形成されるものであることを特徴とする自発光安全用品。

- 太陽電池によって発電した電力で発光体を点灯または点滅させる自発光安全用品であって、前記太陽電池に色素増感型太陽電池が用いられると共に、上部にカバー状の透明体を有し、該透明体の内面上に色素増感型太陽電池が直接形成されるとともに該透明体の下方に発光体が収納され、太陽光が透明体を透過して色素増感型太陽電池に入射され、発光体の光が透明体を透過して外部に放出されるようになされ、そしてその色素増感型太陽電池が内面上に直接形成された透明体は、該透明体の内面上に直接導電性薄膜を形成した後、該導電性薄膜上に金属酸化物半導体を設けると共に、該金属酸化物半導体の表面に色素を吸着させて作用電極となし、この作用電極に相対向するように対電極を重ね、前記作用電極と対電極との間に、電解質を含んだ電解質材料を充填させることにより形成されるものであることを特徴とする自発光安全用品。
