Description

The present invention relates to a wall panel mounting structure for mounting a wall panel on a surface constituted by a plurality of studs that are spanned with an interval between upper and lower beams of a building.

Conventionally, a rectangular wall-shaped standard wall panel has a fixed mounting position, and it may be efficient to integrally mold the mounting plate when molding the wall panel.

However, the position of the mounting plate is different from the position of the mounting plate of the standard wall panel in a specially shaped wall such as a protruding corner or a corner, or a wall having an upper edge or a lower edge along an inclined roof. .
When the mounting plate is mounted at a position different from the standard, the mounting plate is mounted after the wall panel is molded, so that the production efficiency is good, but the mounting plate protrudes from the back surface of the wall panel by its thickness.

As this type of wall panel mounting structure, a structure is known in which a mounting plate is mounted on the back surface of a wall panel made of an inorganic plate such as lightweight cellular concrete with screws or nails, and mounted on a building frame (Patent Document 1). ).

However, it is necessary to apply a sealing material for waterproofing between the wall panel and the mounting bracket, and if the screw is fixed after application, the sealing material may need to protrude and be repaired. Moreover, since the back surface of the wall panel is not flush, it is difficult to stop water between the wall panel and the stud.

特開平11−336220JP 11-336220 A

Therefore, the present invention is not easy to handle in terms of work such as a sealing material, and does not have a poor workability structure that requires repair work such as wiping, and it is simple and reliable with no protrusions on the back of the wall panel. It aims at providing the attachment structure of the wall panel in which a water stop treatment is given.

In order to achieve this object, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of inter-columns are arranged with a space between the upper and lower beams, and a wall is provided so that a peripheral portion faces the upper and lower beams and the adjacent inter-column. In the wall panel mounting structure for mounting a panel, the wall panel is formed with a plurality of recesses into which mounting plates are fitted at appropriate intervals in the peripheral portion facing the studs, and the depth of the recesses is formed on the inner surface of the recess. The mounting plate having a thickness smaller than that is fixed, and between the wall panel and the upper and lower beams and the adjacent studs, is substantially the same height as the height of the wall panel, on the wall panel mounting side of the studs. An elastic water stop plate having a width substantially the same as the width of the flat portion is disposed, and the wall panel is pressed against the inter post with a fixture from the inter post to the mounting plate to press the elastic stop plate. Wall panel characterized by being fixed while It is set to the mounting structure.

For this reason, the mounting plate fits in the recess of the wall panel, the back surface is flush with the surface other than the recess, and the wall is obtained by compressing the elastic water stop plate without considering the water stop between the mounting plate and the wall panel. Facilitates water stoppage between panels and studs.

Further, in Motomeko 1, the wall panels 2 sheets apart joint faces to the studs, faces the elastic waterstop is beyond said joint to both the wall panels, and looking in the joint A gasket that also serves as a waterproof is mounted , and the two wall panels have vertical and horizontal edges of the recesses formed in the peripheral portions of these wall panels from the end of the elastic water stop plate. In order not to protrude, it is fixed to the stud by the fixing tool .

For this reason, water is doubled by the elastic water stop plate and the gasket, and the water stop treatment is perfect.

Further, Oite to Motomeko 1, wherein the fastener is a daisy rivet, said studs and said mounting plate, the through-hole of provided the daisy rivet, said recess, the tip of the daisy rivet escape recess flee is that has been formed.

For this reason, even if the hand does not reach from the stud side to the opposite side of the wall panel, the wall panel is easily attached from one direction and water-stopped.

According to the configuration of the first aspect of the present invention, the mounting plate is accommodated in the recess of the wall panel, the back surface is flush with the surface other than the recess, and without considering water stoppage between the mounting plate and the wall panel, it is elastic. By continuously and uniformly compressing the water stop plate, water stop between the wall panel and the stud can be performed, and a wall panel mounting structure that can easily and reliably perform the water stop treatment can be provided.

Further, according to the configuration of the invention of claim 1, becomes possible to water stopping doubly by gasket, it is possible to more complete water stopping.

Further, it can be according to the configuration of the invention of claim 1, easily mounted even wall panels from one direction unreachable on the opposite side of the wall panel from between the pillar side, the waterproofing process.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 to 3 show an embodiment of the wall panel mounting structure of the present invention, FIG. 1 is a horizontal sectional view showing the wall panel mounting structure of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is the wall panel of FIG. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the mounting structure of Fig. 3, and Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the main part showing the mounting of the mounting plate to the wall panel.

As shown in FIG. 2, the building frame 10 is formed with a plurality of inter-columns 13 spanning and spaced between the upper and lower beams 11 and 12. The upper and lower beams 11 and 12 and the stud 13 are made of an iron channel material having a U-shaped cross section, and each frame is generally fixed by welding or bolts and nuts to form a frame. The peripheral portion of the wall panel 1 faces the upper and lower beams 11 and 12 and the adjacent pillars 13 so that the wall panel 1 is attached so as to close the space.

The wall panel 1 is a flat plate having excellent strength, durability, weather resistance, and appearance, for example, an aluminosilicate inorganic foam molded body. Specific examples thereof are 2800 mm long and 900 mm wide. The thickness is 30 mm. In the wall panel 1, a plurality of recesses 1a for fitting and fixing the mounting plate 2 at appropriate intervals are formed in the peripheral portion facing the studs 13. The recesses 1a are equal to or slightly deeper than the thickness of the mounting plate 2, and 4 to 6 recesses 1a are formed in the left and right side peripheral portions on the back side of the wall panel 1.

The recess 1a is shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 3, and is provided from a position about 5 mm from each side of the wall panel 1, and has a length of 100 mm, a width of 50 mm, and a depth of 2 mm, for example. The size and number of the recesses 1a are determined by whether the wall panel 1 can be supported together with the strength of the mounting plate 2 fitted and fixed therein. Further, in this recess, an escape recess 1b for releasing the tip of a daisy rivet or male screw which is the fixture 3 of the wall panel 1 is formed.

This mounting plate 2 is also shown in an enlarged manner in FIG. 3, and is preferably made of stainless steel or iron in terms of rigidity, slightly smaller than the recess 1a, and smaller in thickness than the depth of the recess 1a. For example, the mounting plate 2 has dimensions of 95 mm in length, 45 mm in width, and 1.2 mm in thickness, and the mounting position comes at a half position of the width of the stud 13, so that the fixture 3 is slightly displaced from the center. A through hole 2a is formed, and three screw holes 2b are provided so as to surround the through hole 2a radially. Therefore, the mounting plate 2 is fitted and fixed to the recess 1a of the wall panel 1 with the screw 5 so that the through hole 2a coincides with the escape recess 1b. The back surface of the wall panel 1 is flush with the recess 1a. The position is also in a state where the mounting plate 2 is sunk.

When the fixture 3 is a male screw, a female screw that is screwed to the male screw is directly formed in the through hole 2a of the mounting plate 2, or a weld nut is welded.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an elastic water blocking plate 4 is disposed between the wall panel 1, the upper and lower beams 11, 12 and the adjacent stud 13. Specifically, the elastic water blocking plate 4 is pasted to the inter-column 13 in advance. The wall panel 1 has a mounting structure in which the wall panel 1 is pressed against the column 13 by the fixture 3 from the side column 13 side to the mounting plate 2 and fixed while the elastic water blocking plate 4 is pressed.

The elastic water stop plate 4 has elasticity like a resin foam, increases water stop performance by pressing, has a width of the intermediate pillar 13, and is a length that covers the upper and lower beams 11, 12 and the intermediate pillar 13. have. The width of the elastic water blocking plate 4 is preferably equivalent to the width of the stud 13 beyond the joint 6 which is the gap between the adjacent wall panels 1 and further beyond the lateral width of the recess 1a. If only the water stop is considered, it is sufficient that the wall panel 1 is arranged so that the both sides of the wall panel 1 are continuously covered with the elastic water stop plate 4 on the outer side of the recess 1a at the periphery. Water enters the place 1a and does not enter the fixture 3. Further, in this example, an elastic water blocking plate 4 having a thickness of about 4 mm is used which has a thickness of about 2 mm when fixed by the fixture 3.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the two wall panels 1 face the intermediary pillars 13 with a space between the joints 6 on the interspacers 13, and the elastic water stop plates 4 face the both wall panels 1 beyond the joints 6. Yes. The joint 6 is provided with a gasket 7 that closes the space and serves both as a good appearance and waterproof. This gasket 7 is made of resin by extrusion molding or the like, and is a long one provided with fins that extend larger than the joint 6 width on both sides in cross section.

In addition, the molding of the recess 1a to the wall panel 1 should be provided with a convex portion corresponding to the recess 1a in the mold, and the recess 1a is formed before curing to form a molded body with the recess 1a. Is also possible. In this manner, since the mounting plate 2 is not attached at the time of molding, the molding is greatly facilitated.

Also, a wall panel 1 having a back surface as a flat surface or a shallow recess 1a at which the recess can be formed is prepared, and a recess having a predetermined depth is formed at a required position of the recess 1a by a cutting means such as a router. It is also possible to cut 1a. In this way, when the back is a flat surface, the position of the recess 1a can be arbitrarily determined, and the molding is further facilitated. When the shallow recess 1a is formed, accuracy is obtained by cutting. Therefore, the molding accuracy of the recess 1a is unnecessary, the amount of cutting is reduced, so that the amount of waste is small and the load of the processing means is small.

Furthermore, in the present invention, for the standard panel, the mounting plate 2 is integrally molded at the time of molding, and the wall plate of the special portion is fitted and fixed in the recess 1a of the wall panel. Therefore, the thickness direction of the wall panel 1 can be made common.

Next, attachment of the wall panel 1 to the building housing 10 will be described.

When the wall panel 1 is attached to the building frame 10 assembled so that the back side is flush with the upper and lower beams 11 and 12 and the stud 13 in FIG.

First, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the mounting plate 2 is fitted into several recesses 1 a of the wall panel 1 and fixed with screws 5. On the other hand, the elastic water stop plate 4 is pasted on the stud 13. The two adjacent wall panels 1 to which the mounting panel 2 is attached are arranged in a state where the ends are butted together with the joints 6 being opened within the width of the studs 13 as shown in FIG. Of course, you may arrange | position between the stud 13 and both the wall panels 1 so that the elastic water stop board 4 may straddle both the wall panels 1. FIG.

In this state, the daisy rivet which is the fixture 3 is passed through the hole 13a of the intermediate pillar 13 which has already been opened, the hole 4a of the elastic water blocking plate 4 and the through hole 2a of the mounting plate 2, and the tip is escaped. Project to 1b. Next, as is well known, by pulling out the shaft 3a, the head 3b at the tip of the shaft bulges the outer cylinder 3c in the lateral direction and exerts a large clamping force with the flange 3d. This clamping force presses and fixes the wall panel 1 to the stud 13, that is, the building frame 10. Therefore, the elastic water blocking plate 4 is compressed from 4 mm to 2 mm to enhance the waterproof function. The extra shaft 3a withdrawn is cut as known.

The case where the fixture 3 is a male screw is almost the same as the daisy rivet, and therefore the description thereof is omitted.

Finally, the gasket 7 is pushed into the joint 6 to prevent the first flooding from the joint 6 into the building housing 10.
