Description

The present invention relates to a television joint reception device mainly used for television joint reception, and more particularly to a structure for improving the handling of the television joint reception device.

In the conventional TV joint reception system, the signal drawn into the house from the TV antenna or the CATV transmission line is distributed to the required number via a coaxial cable or a distributor, and the distributed signal is further transmitted via a coaxial cable or the like. To the TV terminal. By connecting a coaxial cable for home use to the TV terminal, for example, a television receiver is connected to the end of this coaxial cable, and further, it is connected to a television receiver or video through a distributor or the like. It was the composition.
(For example, see the distributor shown in the figure of Patent Document 1 and the system shown in the figure of Patent Document 2.)

The coaxial cable for home use from the TV terminal to the TV receiver used in such a receiving system is processed and arranged to a predetermined length by the contractor who installed this system based on the arrangement of the TV and the like. In some cases, the user himself / herself prepares the material, but in general, a householder uses a processed cable for the connector connector at a DIY shop or a home appliance mass retailer, etc. according to the arrangement of the television receiver, etc. Often purchased.
(For example, see Patent Document 3)

However, the conventional coaxial cable that connects the TV terminal to the television receiver or the coaxial cable that connects the distributor and video, etc., is cut according to the installation location, and F-type is connected to both ends. When a plug is attached, not only is it troublesome to process it, but it is very difficult for general users who are not used to processing, and the reliability in this case is also compensated. It is not a thing. In recent years, digital broadcasts are often received, and if there is a mistake in selecting a coaxial cable or assembling a plug, an interference signal may enter from there, which may affect the received image. There was a problem that the image could not be seen.

In addition, the coaxial cable is cut to a predetermined length, and products with plugs processed at both ends of the coaxial cable are sold at home appliance stores, etc. If there is no coaxial cable of the optimal dimensions for wiring, you can purchase a longer one and install it on the back of a TV or the like, or bundle the extra length appropriately. It was installed. In this case, there is a problem that the rear surface of the television or the like becomes difficult to organize together with other cables. Furthermore, like LCD TVs, which are rapidly spreading in recent years, new usages such as moving the viewing location of the LCD TV have come to be used, but a coaxial cable is used in accordance with the location of the television. There is a problem that the installation position of the TV is limited in order to make the wiring clean.
In addition, the longer the coaxial cable , the larger the packing material for inserting the coaxial cable , and the need to strengthen the packing material so that it does not deform.

The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and its purpose is to be able to be adjusted to an optimum length for the dimensions to be always provided, and to clean the wiring even on the back of a television receiver or the like. It is to provide a TV joint receiving device that can be used .

Further, the side wall 33 is formed with a pivot wall 33a outwardly so as to surround the connection terminal 31, and the connection terminal 31 fixed to the side wall 33 is formed in a through hole 13a formed in the case body 13. The pivot attachment wall 33a is fitted with a recess 13b formed at the periphery of the through hole 13a of the case lid 13 while assembling so as to penetrate through.
In this way, the shaft body 30 is sandwiched between the case body 11 and the case cover body 12 so as to be rotatable about the axis of the shaft body 30 as a rotation axis, and is attached to the case 10 while being pivotally attached. Will be stored.
Further, if the operation knob 50 having a large peripheral diameter is provided at the tip of the pivot shaft 38, the shaft body can be rotated with a smaller force.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the shaft body 30 further includes a shaft body lid body 34 and a shaft body main body 35, and a housing portion 36 formed in the axial direction is formed inside the shaft body main body 35. The shaft body lid 34 and the shaft body main body 35 are arranged so as to face each other so as to draw a substantially continuous circumferential surface so that a step does not occur with respect to the axis of the shaft body 30. Are inserted into insertion holes 34a, 34a ... formed in 34, and the screws are positioned at positions opposed to the insertion holes, in screw holes formed in the shaft body 35. The shaft body lid 34 and the shaft body main body 35 are fixed to each other by being combined.

Here, attachment and fixation of the movable coaxial cable 20 will be described.
The F-type plug seat 31 is disposed on one end side of the shaft body 30 so that the center conductor 31a is collinear with the axis of the shaft body 30, and the center conductor 31a is inward of the housing portion 36. Protruding. At the same time, a projecting piece 31 b formed by projecting a part of the outer conductor of the connection terminal 31 is also disposed so as to project into the storage portion 36.
First, the center conductor and the outer conductor processed on the free end side of the movable coaxial cable 20 are fixed to the center conductor 31a and the protruding piece 31b by a known method.
In order to introduce the coaxial cable 21 from the storage portion 36 to the outside of the shaft body 30 at an arbitrary position on the contact surface between the shaft body lid body 34 and the shaft body body 35. A lid-side introduction groove 38 and a body-side introduction groove 39 are formed. The coaxial cable 21 is disposed along both of the grooves, and the lid body 34 and the body 35 are assembled to each other. It is comprised so that the cable 21 may be clamped. Further, a predetermined number of locking claws 38a and 39a are projected on the inner side of the introduction grooves 38 and 39 so as to be at arbitrary positions that do not face each other in the inner direction, and the coaxial cable is pulled out or pushed in. The coaxial cable 21 is firmly clamped against the drag force, and the connection point with the connection terminal 31 is applied with a force so as not to be damaged .
Further, when the shaft body is formed of a synthetic resin material, a shield case formed of a metal material accommodated in the accommodating portion 36 is accommodated, and the central conductor of the coaxial cable 21 is accommodated in the shield case. And the central conductor 31a of the connection terminal may be connected to reduce interference caused by external radio waves.

The coaxial cable 20 thus attached to the shaft body 30 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the shaft body 30 by rotating the shaft body 30.
As a next assembling procedure, the pivot shaft 40 of the shaft body 20 is passed through the through hole 12a of the case body 12, and the coaxial cable 21 is inserted into the notch 8 formed in the case body 12. Next, from the direction of the connection terminal 31, the case lid 13 is attached to the connection terminal 31 so that the through hole 13 a of the case lid 13 penetrates, and the case lid 13 and the case body 12 are assembled. Thus, the winding coaxial cable 1 of the present invention is formed.
It should be noted that the peripheral diameter of the shaft body is at least equal to or slightly larger than the minimum bending diameter of the coaxial cable, and the dimensions of the both side walls from the shaft body peripheral surface are the coaxial cable formed to a predetermined dimension. It is formed so as to be equal to or slightly larger than the dimension when the is wound.

In the embodiment of the present invention, since the connection terminal 31 is fixed to the shaft body 30, the connection terminal 31 rotates simultaneously with the operation of pulling out or winding the movable coaxial cable 20. End up. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the movable coaxial cable 20 is set to an optimum length, a separate coaxial cable is connected between the connection terminal and an object such as a television receiver. do it. FIG. 1B shows an example in which the connection terminal 31 does not rotate together with the shaft body 30, and will be described in detail below with reference to FIG.
In the following description, the same components as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description is omitted unless otherwise specified.

In this embodiment, for example, the connection terminal 31 is provided with an adapter 41 having one F-type plug 41c and the other an F-type plug seat 41b.
A flange 41 a is formed at the center of the adapter 41. The flange 41a is formed in a shape such as an oval shape or a hexagon, and is engaged with a recess 13b formed in the case lid 13 corresponding to the outer diameter shape of the flange 41a. Therefore, the adapter 41 is restricted from rotating in the circumferential direction and moving in the axial direction with respect to the case lid.
On the other hand, the F-type plug 41c portion of the adapter 41 is not shown in detail, but a sliding member made of a spring material is provided on the inner peripheral surface thereof. As a result, the F-type plug portion 41c of the adapter 41 is slidably fixed to the connection terminal 31 fixed to the shaft body 30 so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction, and is rotated by the sliding member. In this case, the high frequency characteristics are maintained.
In this way, even if the shaft body 30 rotates, the adapter 41 does not rotate, so a separately prepared coaxial cable is connected between the connection terminal 31 and a connection object such as a television receiver. After that, the movable coaxial cable 20 may be set to an optimum length, and a more handleable one can be provided.

In this embodiment, an example in which the shaft body lid 34 is not provided for the storage portion 36 formed in the shaft body 30 is shown. In this case, the coaxial cable may be fixed in the space around the opening of the housing portion 36 formed in the shaft body 35 using, for example, a well-known cable clip, etc. It is possible to reduce the mass of Needless to say, a shield case that can be housed in the housing portion 36 may be used when there is concern about jumping in from the connection portion due to external radio waves.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description, the same reference numerals are assigned to the same components as those of the winding coaxial cable of the first embodiment, and detailed description thereof is omitted.

In the second embodiment, in addition to the movable coaxial cable 20, a fixed coaxial cable 25 is provided.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 5A, the coaxial cable 25 is formed to have a predetermined length, and connection terminals 27 and 28 are attached to both ends of the coaxial cable portion 26. Particularly in the embodiment of the present application, the connection terminal 27 is provided with a flange portion 27 a formed at the center thereof, and is assembled so that the flange portion 27 a is fitted into the recess 13 b formed in the case lid body 13. Yes. Further, although not shown in detail on the inner peripheral surface of the F-type plug portion 27c, a sliding member made of a spring material is provided. As a result, the F-type plug portion 27c is restricted from rotating in the circumferential direction and moving in the axial direction by the case lid 13, so that the connection terminal 31 fixed to the shaft 30 can be rotated in the circumferential direction. It will be slidably fixed. Further, the sliding member maintains high frequency characteristics even during a rotating operation.

Thus, according to the second embodiment of the present invention, even if the shaft body 30 rotates, the fixing coaxial cable 25 does not rotate. When the connection terminal 22 of the movable coaxial cable 20 is connected between, for example, a television terminal and a connection object such as a television receiver or a personal computer, the movable coaxial cable 20 has an optimum length. It is only necessary to set it, and there is no need to purchase a coaxial cable separately.

In addition, as illustrated below, the configuration of each part can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the case does not need to be formed so as to completely cover the shaft body except for an insertion hole formed in the case, and may be formed so as to partially open. In this case, when winding the coaxial cable to the shaft member, uniformly winding take correction can be performed easily coaxial cables to the shaft member.
In addition, for example, if the locking method of the case body and the case lid is screw type, the coaxial cable can be pulled out and wound when the locking is loosened, and when the locking is tightened, the coaxial cable If the configuration of the above embodiment is provided with a lock function so that the drawing and winding are restricted, the handling property is further improved.
In addition, the rotary joint portion shown in FIGS. 1 (b) and 5 (a) showed a method of slidingly fixing the F-type plug to the F-type plug seat attached to the shaft body. Even if the F-type plug and F-type connector seat are not used, the structure is such that the fixing coaxial cable is not twisted with respect to the rotational movement of the shaft body, and can maintain the characteristics of the connection. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), it is not particularly necessary to use the F type.
Further, in the present invention, an example in which the storing operation of the movable coaxial cable is performed by rotating the operation knob 50 is shown. For example, a spring material (corresponding to the strip according to claim 6) is provided on the storing side wall 32. By providing it, you may comprise so that it can wind up automatically with this spring material. If the self-winding type is used, an operation knob is not required. Instead of forming a pivot shaft for mounting the operation knob on the shaft body, a pivot shaft is integrally formed inside the case body. The pivot shaft may be configured to be inserted into a pivot hole provided at the end of the shaft body. In this case, since the protruding portion on the outer wall of the case is reduced, the outer shape can be reduced, and an effect such as a neat design can be obtained.
In addition, it goes without saying that the structure of the present invention may be incorporated in a distributor, a branching device, etc., and that the amplifying means for correcting the loss of the coaxial cable may be housed in the housing portion. It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
