飲食店並びに家庭用台所シンクの下に納められる程度に小型の軽量で、台所シンクの排水ホースの途中に取付けられ、台所シンクから流しだされた排水の油分及び洗剤泡を分離、除去させて一般排水として放流し、分離、除去された油分及び洗剤泡を比重差によって上部本体(1)の最上部に取付けた油溜り(11)に集め、排水を流す事により油溜り(11)の中の油分及び洗剤泡を押し上げ、油排出口(12)を通して自動的に排出し、本体容器を同じ形状のものを上下に組み、上部本体(1)、下部本体(2)として胴部分をクランプ式のバンド(3)で固定し、取外しできる構造とすることで取付け及び分解掃除等が簡易にできる構造を備えた油水分離器において、油水分離器の油溜り(11)への油の集合を助けるため、油水分離器の上部本体(1)にある排水入口管(8)の側面に水量調整絞り穴4〜5mmを7〜15個あけ、先端部に先端閉止ゴムキャップ(24)にて止め、周囲を水量調整二重管(23)にて囲い、ジャマ板(9)を傾斜させて取付け、排水の流れを本体上面及び壁面に向かわせ、かつ流量調節ができる様にし、同じく上部本体から補助仕切り板(14)を取付け水の流れを抑制すると同時に、排水を滞留させる事により排水内の油分の分離を促進させ、また、先端部分をアール状に曲げ、補助仕切り板(14)にそって流れた排水を再度浮き上がらせるようにし、流速に押し流されて補助仕切り板(14)を通過した細かな泡状の部分について、水の流れが止まったとき、油溜り(11)へ回収できるように最上部に小さな切欠きを設け、補助仕切り板(14)において両サイドの油玉の漏れ及び分解時の怪我防止用に両サイド及び先端部分にゴム類のパッキン(22)を取付けた構造にしたことを特徴とする油水分離器。
