消炎筒(2)の内側に遮断弁室(12)を形成し、遮断弁ホルダー(11)の内部でのガス導出ノズル(10)側に逆止弁室(13)を形成し、
遮断弁ホルダー(11)にスプール弁で構成した遮断弁体(4)を進退移動可能に内嵌するとともに、遮断弁室(12)内の遮断弁ホルダー(11)とケース本体(5)の奥端壁(14)との間に形成したガス連通路(15)を遮断弁体(4)で閉塞可能に構成し、
