Description

The present invention relates to a woven fabric take-up device for a loom, and more particularly to a woven fabric take-up device for a loom provided with anti-winding means for preventing creases in the wound fabric when the woven fabric is wound around a cross roller. .

Generally, a loom is provided with a woven fabric winding device for winding a woven fabric.
Specifically, there is a woven fabric winding device that winds a woven fabric after weaving onto a cross roller through a surface roller, a press roller, or the like, and forms the wound fabric on the cross roller.
In winding a woven fabric by this type of woven fabric winding device, a predetermined tension necessary for winding is present in the woven fabric before winding, but uneven tension in the woven fabric is caused by winding in the cross roller. It causes caulking in the woven fabric immediately after removal.
Therefore, the woven fabric winding device of a conventional loom often includes a curl prevention means for preventing curling in the woven fabric immediately after winding.

As a first prior art, for example, FIG. 5 shows a main part of a woven fabric winding device provided with a curl prevention means 51.
The curl prevention means 51 in this woven fabric winding device extends in parallel to the cross roller 53 and is a round bar presser roller disposed between the wound fabric R and the woven fabric W before winding. 52 is mainly composed.
The presser roller 52 guides the woven fabric W from the press roller or the like to the cross roller 53, and presses the peripheral surface of the winding fabric R by the pressing force to the cross roller 53 side generated by the guidance of the woven fabric W (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
In FIG. 5 , a state in which the presser roller 52 is bent in the winding direction is indicated by a solid line, and a state in which the curl S is generated on the winding cloth R due to this bending is shown.
Incidentally, the presser roller 52 which is not curved is indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG.

Further, as a second prior art, for example, a woven fabric winding device provided with a curl prevention means 55 shown in FIG. 6 is known.
The curl prevention means 55 is a rod-shaped pressing member 56 mainly composed of a circumferential surface of a cross-section arc 58 and a flat surface 57, and the pressing member 56 has a substantially scalloped cross-sectional shape.
The presser member 56 extends in parallel to the cross roller 53, the flat surface 57 of the presser member 56 abuts on the peripheral surface of the winding cloth R on the cross roller 53 side, and the peripheral surface 58 of the circular arc in section is before winding. The woven fabric W is guided.
In addition, on the peripheral surface 58 that guides the woven fabric W, a large number of inclined grooves 59 that expand outward as it goes in the winding direction of the woven fabric W are formed symmetrically in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 56.
These inclined grooves 59 are coupled with the tension generated in the woven fabric W to expand the woven fabric W to both ends of the presser member 56 and expand the woven fabric W in the width direction to prevent winding. Yes.
A guide angle that varies depending on the diameter of the winding cloth R between the woven cloth W from the press roller (not shown) to the pressing member 56 and the woven cloth W from the pressing member 56 to the cross roller 53. X is formed.

Further, as a third prior art, there is a woven fabric winding device including a plurality of rollers that abut against the winding fabric of the cross roller and a guide member that guides the woven fabric before winding to the cross roller (for example, , See Patent Document 2).
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-77283 Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-33185

In the first prior art, a round bar is used as the presser roller, and the presser roller is supported by both ends, so that the tension of the woven fabric necessary for winding is curved in the winding direction with respect to the presser roller. Giving power.
When the presser roller is curved, there is a problem that the occurrence of curling is promoted.
In particular, when the woven fabric is wide, the ratio of the shaft length to the diameter of the presser roller increases, and in this case, the presser roller that receives the tension of the woven fabric is more easily curved.

In the second prior art, while the peripheral surface of the presser member guides the woven fabric before winding, the flat surface of the presser member presses the wound fabric, so that the surface contact of the presser member with the wound fabric prevents curling. Advantages are recognized in that it can be achieved.
However, since the presser member has a substantially cross-sectional shape, for example, when the presser member is manufactured from a round bar, it is used for cutting a flat surface, chamfering near the boundary between the flat surface and the peripheral surface, and processing. Accordingly, there is a problem that it is necessary to remove distortion and the like, and the pressing member cannot be easily manufactured.
In addition, there is a problem that the guide angle formed by the woven cloth from the press roller to the pressing member and the woven cloth from the pressing member to the cross roller is determined by the diameter of the cross-sectional arc of the pressing member.
For example, by reducing the guide angle, an effect of increasing the pressing force of the presser member against the webbing can be expected. In this case, in order to reduce the guide angle, the area of the flat surface is reduced or the presser member There is no choice but to set the arc diameter larger.
Narrowing the flat surface reduces the effect of curling prevention, and setting the diameter of the arc large causes problems such as an increase in size and weight of the pressing member.

Although the third prior art discloses that a plurality of rollers abut against the wound cloth, both rollers are independent of each other, so that the roller is pressed against only one of the rollers. There is a high possibility of staying, and it may be insufficient to prevent curling.
Further, since the rollers are supported independently of each other, there still remains a problem that at least the roller that guides the woven fabric is bent in the winding direction under tension.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to reliably prevent the occurrence of curling that tends to occur during winding of a woven fabric, and to provide a curling prevention means conventionally. The present invention also provides a fabric winding device for a loom that can be manufactured relatively easily.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a first aspect of the present invention is a cross roller that forms a wound fabric by winding a woven fabric, and extends in parallel to the cross roller, and before winding with the wound fabric. A curling prevention means disposed between the woven cloth and the woven cloth. The curling prevention means includes a pressing portion that presses a peripheral surface of the winding cloth, and the woven cloth before winding to the cross roller. A guide portion for guiding, the pressing portion has a flat shape extending in a circumferential direction of the webbing so as to include contact points that contact the circumferential surface of the webbing at a plurality of positions, and the guide unit includes: And the length of the guide portion in the circumferential direction of the winding cloth is set to be narrower than the length of the pressing portion in the circumferential direction of the winding cloth. The curling prevention means includes a pressing member including the pressing portion and a guide member including the guide portion. A, push contact member and the guide member are each other connected through a connecting means, characterized in that said press-contact member is a tubular member.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the woven fabric before being wound is guided by the guide portion of the curl prevention means, is guided to the cross roller while maintaining a certain guide angle, and immediately after winding in the wound state. The woven fabric is pressed by a pressing portion having a flat shape extending in the circumferential direction of the wound fabric.
Since the length of the guide portion in the circumferential direction of the webbing is set to be narrower than the length of the pressing part in the circumferential direction of the webbing, the guide angle is the circumference of the webbing regardless of the setting of the contact point of the pressing part. It is set by the length of the guide in the direction.
Contact points that are included in the pressing portion and come into contact with the circumferential surface of the winding cloth at a plurality of positions receive the tension of the woven cloth and press the winding cloth.
Since the pressing part comes into contact at a plurality of positions on the circumferential surface of the winding cloth, and each contact point presses the winding cloth before and after the winding direction, the pressing cloth and the circumferential surface of the wound cloth after the sliding contact almost never wave. There is very little risk of curling.
In addition, if the length of the pressing part in the circumferential direction of the webbing is set sufficiently, the pressing part becomes difficult to bend in the winding direction due to the tension of the woven fabric, and curling occurs due to the pressing part not bending. Is further prevented.
Note that the pressing portion includes contact points that come into contact with the circumferential surface of the webbing at a plurality of positions means that there are two or more contact points. For example, the contact surface is formed by continuous contact points. Concept is included.
The pressing member including the pressing portion and the guide member including the guiding portion are separate members, and the pressing member and the guiding member of the anti-winding means are connected via the connecting means. The strength of the anti-winding means is improved by connecting the two.
Therefore, even if the tension of the woven fabric to be bent in the winding direction acts on the anti-winding means, the anti-winding means is prevented from bending.
In addition, since the pressing member and the guide member are separate members, the degree of freedom in designing the pressing portion and the guide portion is increased, and the existing member can be easily transferred to the pressing member and the guide member.
Since the pressing member is formed by using a hollow tubular member, the pressing member can be reduced in weight, and thus the curling prevention means can be reduced in weight.
In addition, the pressing member can be realized relatively easily by diverting the existing tubular member.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cross roller that forms a wound fabric by winding the woven fabric, and a parallel roller that extends parallel to the cross roller and between the wound fabric and the woven fabric before winding. The curl prevention means includes a pressing part that presses the peripheral surface of the winding cloth, and a guide part that guides the woven cloth before winding to the cross roller. The pressing portion has a flat shape extending in the circumferential direction of the webbing so as to include contact points that contact the circumferential surface of the webbing at a plurality of positions, and the guide unit extends from the pressing unit. The length of the guide portion in the circumferential direction of the winding cloth is set to be narrower than the length of the pressing portion in the circumferential direction of the winding cloth, and protrudes outward in the radial direction of the winding cloth. A pressing member including the pressing portion, and a guide member including the guide portion, the pressing member and the Inner member are each other connected through a connecting means, said press-contact member comprises a recess spaced apart from the winding fabric between the contact points, the connecting means, characterized in that it is arranged at a position facing the recess And

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the pressing member is provided with the concave portion separated from the winding cloth between the contact points, the pressing member can be provided with the contact point separated by a certain distance by the concave portion. By disposing the connecting means at a desired position, it becomes easy to adopt a simple connecting means, and interference between the connecting means and the winding cloth can be avoided. Moreover, when forming the opening part for accommodating a connection means, it is prevented reliably that a wound cloth is damaged by the edge part of the opening part.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the loom winding device for a loom according to any one of the first and second aspects, the guide member is formed by a round bar.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the guide member is formed by using a round bar having a relatively simple shape, the guide member is easily manufactured by a simple processing of the round bar, for example, by guiding the existing member. A member can also be realized.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the woven fabric take-up device for a loom according to any one of the first and second aspects, the guide member draws an arcuate ridge line in the longitudinal direction of the guide member. It has a guide surface.

According to the invention of claim 4, since the guide member has a guide surface that draws an arcuate ridgeline in the longitudinal direction, the woven fabric before winding is guided by the guide member, and the woven fabric is widened by the guide surface. Expanded in the direction.
By expanding the woven fabric in the width direction, uniform tension in the woven fabric is promoted, and the occurrence of curling is prevented in combination with the pressing of the wound fabric by the pressing portion.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the woven fabric take-up device for a loom according to the first aspect , the tubular member has an oval cross section.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, if the cross-section of the tubular member is made into an oval shape and the surface on the long side of the oval faces the winding cloth, the pressing member is reduced in weight and pressed by the tension of the woven cloth. The strength against the bending of the contact member is improved.

According to the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of winding wrinkles that tend to occur during winding of the woven fabric, and the loom winding of the loom capable of relatively easily producing the winding fold preventing means as compared with the prior art. It is possible to provide a take-off device.

The cross roller 14 is a roller that winds the woven cloth W guided from the press roller 13. The cross roller 14 is connected to a cross roller drive source (not shown) and rotates in the direction of winding the woven cloth W. .
In this embodiment, the woven fabric W fed downward from the front side of the press roller 13 passes around the rear side of the cross roller 14 and is wound around the cross roller 14 to form the wound fabric R in the cross roller 14.
The expansion bar 11 and the rollers 12 to 14 have a length larger than the width of the woven fabric W, and the expansion bar 11 and the rollers 12 to 14 are parallel to each other. Both ends of are supported by a side frame (not shown) of the loom.

Next, the outline of the curl prevention means 17 will be described.
As shown in FIG. 1, the curl prevention means 17 according to this embodiment is disposed between the webbing cloth R and the woven cloth W before winding, and a pressing member 18 that comes into contact with the webbing cloth R, and before winding. And a guide member 25 for guiding.
In this embodiment, the pressing member 18 corresponds to the pressing portion of the curl prevention means 17, and the guide member 25 corresponds to the guide part of the curl prevention means 15.
A swing arm 15 that pivotally supports both ends of the guide member 25 is provided, and an upper end of the swing arm 15 is pivotally supported by a fulcrum shaft 16 provided below the surface roller 12.
For this reason, even if the diameter of the webbing R formed on the cross roller 14 is increased, the swing arm 15 is tilted in accordance with the diameter of the webbing R, and an anti-winding means is provided for the swinging arm 15. It is possible to rotate and maintain the pressing of the curl prevention means 17 against the winding cloth R.
The pressing member 18 and the guide member 25 are connected to each other by bolts 23 as connecting means as shown in FIG.

The pressing member 18 will be described. The pressing member 18 is a tubular member that extends in parallel to the cross roller 14, and has a substantially oval cross section.
The length in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 18 is set to be larger than the width of the woven fabric W.
And the recessed part 19 which does not contact | abut the winding cloth R over the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 18 is formed, and the contact point 20 is provided in the both sides of the cross-sectional major axis direction of the recessed part 19, respectively.
In other words, the pressing member 18 is provided with contact points 20 that come into contact with each other at a plurality of positions in the circumferential direction of the webbing R (hereinafter referred to as the webbing circumferential direction).
Since the contact point 20 is formed continuously along the length direction of the pressing member 18, it comes into contact with the peripheral surface of the webbing R across the width direction.
When the recess 19 and the contact point 20 face the peripheral surface of the webbing R, the pressing member 18 having an oval cross section is wound more than the dimension of the webbing R in the radial direction (hereinafter referred to as the webbing radial direction). It has a flat shape with a long dimension in the cloth circumferential direction.
This is effective in preventing the bending of the pressing member 18 due to the tension of the woven fabric W.
Incidentally, the concave portion 19 in the pressing member 18 can be obtained by pressing a tubular member having an oval cross section. Specifically, a comparison is made by locally pressing the vicinity of the center of an oblong flat surface. The concave portion 19 can be formed easily.

In addition, a plurality of openings 21 are formed in the recess 19 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 18, and the area of the openings 21 is such that the head 23 b of the bolt 23 can be passed therethrough. Is set to the area.
Further, in the pressing member 18, a through hole 22 that is coaxial with the opening 21 is formed at a position facing the opening 21 on a flat surface that faces the guide member 25 and is not formed with the recess 19.
The diameter of the through hole 22 is set to be larger than the diameter of the shaft portion 23 a of the bolt 23 and smaller than the diameter of the head portion 23 b of the bolt 23.
As a result, the bolt 23 can be inserted into the pressing member 18 from the opening 21 and protruded from the through hole 22 toward the guide member 25 through the shaft portion 23a of the bolt 23.
In this embodiment, the distance between the opening 21 and the through hole 22 is set to be substantially the same as the axial length of the head 23 b of the bolt 23, and the head 23 b of the bolt 23 is separated from the opening 21. Although it is designed not to protrude, this is to prevent the head 23 b of the bolt 23 from interfering with the webbing R when the pressing member 18 presses the circumferential surface of the webbing R. Further, since the opening portion 21 is formed in the recess portion 19, the edge portion of the opening portion 21 does not contact the peripheral surface of the wound cloth R.

Next, the guide member 25 will be described. The guide member 25 is a round bar extending in parallel to the pressing member 18 on the outer side in the winding cloth radial direction, and the guiding member 25 extends from the pressing member 18 to the winding cloth radius. It is arranged at a position protruding outward in the direction. The length in the longitudinal direction of the guide member 25 is set to be larger than the width of the woven fabric W.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, bolt holes 26 corresponding to the through holes 22 of the pressing member 18 are drilled on the side of the circumferential surface of the guide member 25 facing the flat surface of the pressing member 18. Yes.
The bolt hole 26 is a screw hole including a female screw corresponding to the male screw formed in the shaft portion 23 a of the bolt 23.
In this embodiment, a hexagon cap bolt is used as the bolt 23 as the connecting means, and a hexagon wrench hole 23c is formed in the head 23b of the bolt 23.

Since the guide member 25 is a round bar, a part of the circumferential surface of the guide member 25 constitutes a guide surface 27 that guides the woven fabric W before winding to the cross roller 14.
Further, on the circumferential surface of the guide member 25, a large number of inclined grooves 28 that expand outward as it goes in the winding direction of the woven fabric W are formed symmetrically in the longitudinal direction of the guide member 25.
These inclined grooves 28, combined with the tension generated in the woven fabric W, expands the woven fabric W to both ends of the guide member 25, but by expanding the woven fabric W in the width direction, Uniformity of the tension is promoted, and it is intended to prevent the occurrence of winding wrinkles in combination with the pressing of the winding cloth R by the pressing member 18.

The diameter of the guide member 25 of this embodiment (the length of the guide member in the winding cloth circumferential direction) is set to be narrower than the length of the pressing member 18 in the winding cloth circumferential direction.
The reason is that the guide angle X formed between the woven fabric W from the press roller 13 to the guide member 25 and the woven fabric W from the guide member 25 to the cross roller 14 is set by the shape of the pressing member 18. This is to avoid being done. That is, when the length of the pressing member 18 in the winding cloth circumferential direction is increased in order to prevent the occurrence of winding wrinkles, in the conventional configuration, the diameter of the guide arc surface of the guide portion also increases and the guide angle X increases. However, according to the configuration of this embodiment, an increase in the guide angle X is suppressed by the guide member 25 having a length in the winding cloth circumferential direction narrower than the length of the pressing member 18 in the winding cloth circumferential direction.
Incidentally, the smaller the guide angle X, the greater the force with which the pressing member 18 presses the winding cloth R based on the tension of the woven fabric W, which is advantageous in preventing curling.
Further, the guide angle X is determined by the arc diameter of the guide surface 27, the distance in the radial direction of the winding cloth between the apex of the guiding surface 27 and the peripheral surface of the winding cloth R, and the diameter of the winding cloth R.
In this embodiment, the diameter of the guide member 25 is set narrower than the length of the pressing member 18 in the winding cloth circumferential direction, and the distance between the guiding member 25 and the pressing member 18 in the winding cloth radial direction is secured. The guide angle X is set smaller than in the conventional case.

As described above, the woven fabric winding device 10 according to this embodiment is configured to improve the strength of the pressing member 18 based on the shape of the pressing member 18 and to connect the guide member 25 and the pressing member 18 to each other. Improvement of the strength, a reduction in the guide angle X by using the pressing member 18 and the guide member 25 as separate members, an improvement in the degree of freedom in setting the guide angle X, and the both members 18 and 25 being relatively simple. It is intended to improve manufacturability by making the shape.

Next, the winding operation of the woven fabric W by the woven fabric winding device 10 according to this embodiment will be described.
Although the woven fabric W woven is wound up by the rotation of the cross roller 14, the woven fabric W immediately after weaving is guided by the expansion bar 11, and passes through the front side of the expansion bar 11 toward the lower surface roller 12.
The woven fabric W guided from the rear side of the surface roller 12 is guided by the surface roller 12 by changing its direction upward, and further passes between the surface roller 12 and the press roller 13 and is wound from the front side of the press roller 13. It goes to the guide member 25 of the prevention means 17.

The woven fabric W toward the guide member 25 is slidably contacted with the guide surface 27 of the guide member 25 and guided to the cross roller 14.
The woven fabric W guided from the press roller 13 to the guide member 25 and the woven fabric W guided from the guide member 25 to the cross roller 14 form a guide angle X corresponding to the diameter of the wound fabric R.
The woven fabric W from the guide member 25 toward the cross roller 14 is wound from the lower side of the cross roller 14 toward the front side.
In the wound fabric R formed by winding the woven fabric W, the circumferential surface of the wound fabric R is formed by the woven fabric W immediately after the winding, but the circumferential surface of the wound fabric R is pressed by the pressing member 18.
When the winding of the woven fabric W by the cross roller 14 proceeds and the diameter of the wound fabric R gradually increases, the swing arm 15 moves backward with the fulcrum shaft 16 as a fulcrum in accordance with the expanded diameter of the wound fabric R. Tilt.
When the swing arm 15 is tilted, the curl prevention means 17 rotates with respect to the swing arm 15 using the guide member 25 as a fulcrum shaft, and the contact point 20 of the pressing member 18 is the peripheral surface of the winding cloth R. Maintain the state of contact with

By the way, because of the clamping pressure of the woven fabric W by the surface roller 12 and the press roller 13 and the winding of the woven fabric W by the rotation of the cross roller 14, the woven fabric W between the press roller 13 and the cross roller 14 has a tension. Exists.
The tension of the woven fabric W applies a force according to the guide angle X to the pressing member 18 via the guide member 25, and the pressing member 18 presses the wound fabric R according to the tension of the woven fabric W.
When the pressing member 18 presses the wrapping cloth R, the contact point 20 of the pressing member 18 presses the wrapping cloth R at two points in the circumferential direction of the wrapping cloth and comes into sliding contact with the rotating wrapping cloth R.
When the pressing member 18 presses the winding cloth R at two contact points 20 in the circumferential direction of the winding cloth, the pressing member 18 presses the winding cloth R at the one contact point on the peripheral surface of the winding cloth R. Prevents curling from occurring.
That is, since the plurality of contact points 20 slide through the circumferential surface of the webbing R, the circumferential surface of the webbing R after the sliding contact hardly undulates, and there is very little risk of curling.

Further, the tension of the woven fabric W tries to bend the pressing member 18 in the winding direction of the woven fabric W through the guide member 25, but the length of the pressing member 18 in the circumferential direction of the winding fabric is sufficiently secured. Therefore, the bending of the pressing member 18 is suppressed.
Further, since the guide member 25 is connected to the pressing member 18, the guide member 25 enhances the strength of the pressing member 18, so that the bending of the pressing member 18 due to the tension of the woven fabric W is prevented. .
In addition, the inclined groove 28 formed in the guide surface 27 of the guide member 25 extends the woven fabric W to both ends of the guide member 25 in combination with the tension generated in the woven fabric W, and passes through the guide member 25. The uniform tension in the woven fabric W is promoted.

The woven fabric winding device 10 according to this embodiment has the following effects.
(1) Since the pressing member 18 contacts at a plurality of positions in the winding cloth circumferential direction, and each contact point 20 presses the winding cloth R evenly before and after the winding direction, the possibility of occurrence of curling is extremely small. . Further, by ensuring a sufficient length of the pressing member 18 in the circumferential direction of the winding cloth, the pressing member 18 becomes difficult to be bent in the winding direction due to the tension of the woven cloth W, which is caused by the bending of the pressing member 18. Generation of curling is prevented.
(2) Since the pressing member 18 and the guide member 25 are separate members, and the pressing member 18 and the guide member 25 included in the curl prevention means 17 are connected via the bolt 23, both the members 18, 25 The strength as the curling prevention means 17 is improved by the mutual connection. In particular, the guide member 25 can further prevent the pressing member 18 from bending in the winding direction.
(3) Since a round bar having a relatively simple shape is used as the guide member 25, the guide member 25 is easily manufactured by simple processing of the round bar. For example, the guide member 25 is realized by diverting an existing member. It is also possible.

(4) If a tubular member having an oval cross section is used as the pressing member 18 and the surface on the long side of the ellipse faces the winding cloth R, the weight of the pressing member 18 is reduced, and the woven fabric W The strength against the bending of the pressing member 18 due to the tension is improved.
(5) Since the concave portion 19 is provided between the contact points 20 in the pressing member 18 and separated from the winding cloth R, the contact point 20 separated by a certain distance by the concave portion 19 is provided in the pressing member 18. By providing the bolt 23 at a position where the concave portion 19 is desired, the existing bolt 23 can be easily adopted, and interference between the bolt 23 and the winding cloth R can be avoided. Moreover, damage to the wound fabric R due to the edge of the opening 21 is reliably prevented.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are possible within the scope of the gist of the invention. For example, the following modifications may be made.
In the first embodiment, a round bar having an inclined groove is used as the guide member. Instead of the round bar, for example, as shown in FIG. 4 , an arc-shaped ridge line is drawn in the longitudinal direction. A plate-shaped guide member 41 on which the guide surface 42 is formed may be attached to the pressing member 18. In this case, it is not necessary to provide the guide member 41 with an inclined groove, and the guide member 41 can be manufactured relatively easily.
In the above first embodiment, the guide member and the pressing member are connected using a bolt as a connecting means. For example, an adjustment member is interposed between the guide member and the pressing member, The guide angle may be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the surface and the guide surface. In this case, by adjusting the guide angle, it is possible to adjust the pressing force of the curl prevention means against the wound cloth.
In the above first embodiment, the bolt is used as the connecting means. However, the connecting means may be, for example, welding, as long as it can maintain at least the connection between the guide member and the pressing member.
○ In the first embodiment, the concave portion is formed over the longitudinal direction of the pressing member. For example, the concave portion is partially provided only at a position where the bolt is passed, and an opening is provided in each concave portion. The part formed and excluding the concave part may form a flat pressing surface. In this case, the number of contact points where the wound cloth comes into contact with the pressing member increases, further preventing curling prevention.
In the first embodiment, the guide surface has a circular arc in cross section. However, for example, an arc-shaped guide such as an elliptical arc, a complex arc including a plurality of arcs having different curvatures, and a long arc including a straight line connected to the arc. It may be a surface.
In the first embodiment, the driving source directly rotates the cross roller. For example, as a driven cross roller using a transmission member such as a gear or a belt that transmits the driving force of the driving source. The means for rotating the cross roller is not particularly limited.
