Description

The present invention relates to a storage structure in a vehicle cargo compartment for storing various items to be stored in the vehicle cargo compartment.

In a storage structure in a vehicle cargo compartment, a structure including a partition mechanism is known to partition the cargo compartment as necessary (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In such a partition mechanism, a plurality of deck boards are opened to partition the cargo compartment.

In this conventional storage structure in the vehicle luggage compartment, the luggage compartment is simply partitioned, and in order to secure a storage space for the luggage to be loaded later, the previously loaded luggage must be individually moved to another compartment. Such a work is complicated.
JP 2004-58721 A

In view of the above facts, an object of the present invention is to provide a storage structure in a vehicle luggage compartment in which it is easy to secure a storage space for luggage to be loaded later.

A storage structure for a vehicle luggage compartment according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a first storage portion and a second storage portion that are provided in the luggage compartment of the vehicle and open upward from each other. A floor portion provided with a storage recess that allows the second storage portion to communicate in the horizontal direction to allow movement of the object, a first lid that can open and close the open portion of the first storage portion, and the second a second lid member capable of opening and closing the opening portion of the housing part, configured to be housed in the first housing portion, a lifting vessel capable of accommodating luggage, in the open state of the first lid, said first housing portion the lifting vessel is accommodated in the state of being upwardly moved, the holding means for holding said elevating vessel above said first housing portion, is interlocked from the closed state of the first lid to the transition to the open state to have a moving means for moving to a position held by the holding means said lift containers from the first housing portion Te And features.

ここで、「昇降容器を第1収納部の上方で保持する」とは、昇降容器の少なくとも一部が第1収納部の上方に配置された状態で保持することをいう(請求項2においても同様)Here, "the lifting vessel held above the first housing portion" and at least a portion of the lifting container means to hold in a state of being disposed above the first housing portion (also in claim 2 The same) .

According to the vehicle luggage compartment of the storage structure of the present invention according to claim 1, when the first lid Ru opened, moving means, in conjunction from the closed state of the first lid member to shift to the open state The elevating container stored in the first storage unit is moved from the first storage unit to a position held by the holding means. Lifting vessel brought moved is held above the first housing portion by the holding means. As a result, only by opening the first lid, the elevating container moves to form an empty space in the first storage part . Further, even when a plurality of luggages are stored in the first storage part via the lifting container, an empty space is formed in the first storage part by one operation. Thus, since the empty space is formed in the first storage part, when there is another object to be stored in the second storage part, the other object to be stored can be moved horizontally to the first storage part. . As a result, an empty space (new storage space) is formed in the second storage unit, so that a load placed later can be stored in the second storage unit in a state where the second lid is opened.

A storage structure for a vehicle luggage compartment according to a second aspect of the present invention includes a first storage portion and a second storage portion which are provided in the luggage compartment of the vehicle and open upward from each other, the first storage portion, A floor portion provided with a storage recess that allows the second storage portion to communicate in the horizontal direction to allow movement of the object, a first lid that can open and close the open portion of the first storage portion, and the second A second lid that can open and close an opening of the storage; a lifting container that can be stored in the first storage; and that can store luggage; and the first storage in the open state of the first lid In the state where the elevating container accommodated in the upper part is moved upward, a holding means for holding the elevating container above the first accommodating part and the accommodating recess are provided, and the elevating container is provided in the first accommodating part. Stored in the second storage portion, and in the state where the lifting container is held by the holding means. And moving the container which is movable in serial first housing portion, and having a.

According to the storage structure in the vehicle cargo compartment of the present invention described in claim 2, when the first lid is opened and the elevating container stored in the first storage portion is moved upward, it is moved up and down by the holding means. The container is held above the first storage unit. As a result, even if a plurality of luggages are stored in the first storage part via the lifting container, an empty space is formed in the first storage part by one operation. When an empty space is formed in the first storage unit, the moving container can be moved from the second storage unit to the first storage unit by horizontal movement. In addition, by moving the moving container to the first storage unit, even when a plurality of packages are stored in the second storage unit via the moving container, an empty space (new Storage space) is formed, and in the state where the second lid is opened, a load to be loaded later can be stored in the second storage portion.

As described above, according to the storage structure in the vehicle cargo compartment of the present invention, there is an excellent effect that it is easy to secure a storage space for luggage to be loaded later.

An embodiment of a storage structure in a vehicle cargo compartment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, arrow UP indicates the upward direction of the vehicle, arrow DN indicates the downward direction of the vehicle, arrow FR indicates the forward direction of the vehicle, and arrow RE indicates the backward direction of the vehicle.
(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a vehicle luggage compartment 10 to which a storage structure 20 in the vehicle luggage compartment is applied. The vehicle luggage compartment 10 is in the rear part of the vehicle, and is located between the last row seat 12 (the seat in the front row of the last row seat 12 when the last row seat is stored) and the back door (not shown). Includes space. For example, a back door is opened to load and unload the vehicle into the vehicle luggage compartment 10.

A floor portion 21 having a storage recess 22 is provided in a lower portion of the vehicle luggage compartment 10. The storage recess 22 in the floor portion 21 includes a front storage portion 24 as a first storage portion and a second storage portion. And a rear storage portion 26. The front storage part 24 and the rear storage part 26 are open at the top, respectively, and communicate with each other in the horizontal direction of the vehicle (arrows FR and RE directions) to allow movement of objects.

A front board 28 serving as a first lid is provided above the front storage portion 24. The front side board 28 can be rotated around the vehicle width direction axis of the mounting base 28F corresponding to the front side of the front storage part 24 on the vehicle front side (arrow FR direction) side, and the horizontal posture 28A shown in FIG. And a vertically standing posture 28B shown in FIG. Thereby, the front board 28 can open and close the opening part 24 </ b> A of the front storage part 24.

In addition, a rear side board 30 as a second lid is provided above the rear storage portion 26 that is on the vehicle rear side (arrow RE direction) side of the front storage portion 24. The rear side board 30 can be rotated around the vehicle width direction axis of the mounting base 30F corresponding to the upper side of the rear storage part 26 on the vehicle front side (in the direction of the arrow FR), and the horizontal posture 30A shown in FIG. And a vertically standing posture 30B shown in FIG. As a result, the rear board 30 can open and close the opening portion 26 </ b> A of the rear storage portion 26.

Both the front side board 28 and the rear side board 30 can be fixed in a horizontal posture 28A, 30A (see FIG. 2) and a standing posture 28B, 30B by known fixing means (not shown). In a state in which the front side board 28 and the rear side board 30 are fixed in the horizontal postures 28A and 30A (see FIG. 2), the upper surfaces of the front side board 28 and the rear side board 30 are the mounting surfaces on which the luggage is placed. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, in a state where the front side board 28 and the rear side board 30 are fixed in the standing postures 28B and 30B, the front side board 28 and the rear side board 30 are partitions that partition the vehicle luggage compartment 10 ( It is used for partitions.

As shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, side boards 31 are arranged on both sides of the rear side board 30 in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction).

2 and 3, when the front side board 28 is in the horizontal posture 28A and the rear side board 30 is also in the horizontal posture 30A, the front storage portion 24 that is below the front side board 28 is provided. The raising / lowering container 32 is accommodated and arranged in the rear, and the moving container 34 is accommodated and arranged in the rear accommodating portion 26 below the rear board 30.

The elevating container 32 and the moving container 34 are both box-like shapes that can store luggage (for example, a triangular display board, a booster cable, a towel, a luggage that is always placed such as a folding umbrella, etc.), The upper part is opened so that the luggage can be put in from above (the illustration of the luggage in the elevating container 32 and the moving container 34 is omitted in each figure). Further, in the present embodiment, the moving container 34 has a slightly lower height (dimension in the vehicle vertical direction (arrows UP and DN directions)) than the elevating container 32.

As shown in FIG. 4, in the elevating container 32, urging mechanisms 36 that constitute moving means are attached to the lower portions of the side surface portions 32 </ b> S on both sides in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction). As shown in FIG. 6, the urging mechanism 36 includes a square tube portion 36A that is fixed to the side surface portion 32S of the elevating container 32. As shown in FIG. It is cylindrical.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a partition plate 36B is fixed to the central portion in the axial direction in the square tube portion 36A. Compression coil springs 36C are arranged on both sides of the partition plate 36B, and these compression coil springs 36C are urged in the vehicle front-rear direction (arrows FR and RE directions). Each compression coil spring 36C is housed in a housing 36D, and these housings 36D have a bottomed rectangular tube shape having an opening on the partition plate 36B side. Accordingly, one end of the compression coil spring 36C is supported by the partition plate 36B, and the other end presses the inner bottom portion that becomes the inner peripheral surface of the housing 36D.

In the housing 36D, a part on the partition plate 36B side is arranged in the square tube part 36A, and a part opposite to the part on the partition plate 36B side protrudes outside the square tube part 36A so as to contact the inclined surface part 42 of the storage recess 22. It has become. Here, the inclined surface portions 42 are formed in a state in which the side portions 40 (side trims) on both sides in the vehicle width direction (the direction perpendicular to the paper surface in FIG. 6, the arrow W direction in FIG. 7) in the storage recess 22 are notched. It is set as an opposing surface part, and the space | interval of the inclined surface parts 42 is widened toward the vehicle upper direction (arrow UP direction).

The protruding tip portion 136D of the housing 36D has a shape surface that can come into surface contact with the inclined surface portion 42 in the arrangement state. For this reason, in a state where the compression coil spring 36C of the urging mechanism 36 urges the housing 36D and the housing 36D presses the inclined surface portion 42, the elevating container 32 to which the urging mechanism 36 is attached rises. ing.

A stepped portion 44 as a holding means rounded in an R shape is formed in an upper portion continuous with the inclined surface portion 42, and the stepped portion 44 has a protruding tip portion 136D of the housing 36D in the raised biasing mechanism 36. The support portion is supported from below. That is, in this embodiment, the biasing mechanism 36 and the stepped portion 44 constitute a holding means, as shown in FIG. 6, these are elevated in the open state of the front side board 28 Ru stored before storage section 24 In the state where the descending container 32 (object to be stored) is moved upward, the elevating container 32 is held above the front storage unit 24. Thereby, the raising / lowering container 32 is arrange | positioned above the front accommodating part 24, and is in the state which does not fall below. Note that the lower portion of the protruding tip portion 136D of the housing 36D supported by the stepped portion 44 is rounded in an R shape.

In the present embodiment, the urging mechanism 36 and the inclined surface portion 42 constitute moving means, and the urging mechanism 36 and the inclined surface portion 42 are in the closed state of the front side board 28 (the state shown in FIG. 3). ) To the open state (the state shown in FIG. 4), the lifting container 32 is moved from the front storage portion 24 to the holding means (the biasing mechanism 36 and the step portion 44) as shown in FIG. It is made to move to the position where it is held, and is an upward movement mechanism that moves the elevating container 32 upward.

As shown in FIG. 2, the movable container 34 provided in the storage recess 22 is stored in the rear storage part 26 in a state where the elevating container 32 is stored in the front storage part 24, and as shown in FIG. 5, In the state where the elevating container 32 is held by the holding means (the urging mechanism 36 and the stepped portion 44), it can be moved to the front storage portion 24.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the front board 28 is in a closed state (in a horizontal posture 28 </ b> A state), a force that moves upward by the inclined surface portion 42 and the urging mechanism 36 acts on the elevating container 32. When the upper portion of the elevating container 32 hits the back surface portion 28U (see FIG. 2) of the front side board 28, the upward movement of the elevating container 32 is prevented.

When the front side board 28 is brought into the open state shown in FIG. 6 (the standing posture 28B in this embodiment) from this state, the movement prevention mechanism of the front side board 28 with respect to the elevating container 32 is released. Thereby, the elevating container 32 moves upward by the inclined surface portion 42 and the urging mechanism 36. That is, when the compression coil spring 36C of the urging mechanism 36 urges the housing 36D, the protruding tip portion 136D of the housing 36D presses the inclined surface portion 42, and the urging mechanism 36 and the urging mechanism 36 are attached by the component force. The raised / lowered container 32 is moved upward.

Here, when the protruding tip portion 136D of the housing 36D reaches the stepped portion 44, the housing 36D of the urging mechanism 36 does not protrude any more, and the protruding tip portion 136D is supported by the stepped portion 44 from below. Thereby, the elevating container 32 is supported by the step portion 44 via the biasing mechanism 36, and the arrangement position above the front storage portion 24 is maintained.

In this way, in conjunction with the transition of the front side board 28 from the closed state to the open state, in other words, the lifting container 32 is moved from the front storage portion 24 by the holding means (biasing force) only by opening the front side board 28. Since it moves to the position held by the mechanism 36 and the stepped portion 44), an empty space is formed in the front storage portion 24.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, since the moving container 34 is accommodated in the rear accommodating portion 26, after the rear side board 30 is opened as shown in FIG. 5A. As shown in FIG. 5B, the moving container 34 can be horizontally moved to the front storage portion 24. Thereby, the raising / lowering container 32 and the moving container 34 are arrange | positioned in the position which overlaps with an up-down direction.

As a result, an empty space (new storage space) is formed in the rear storage section 26, and as shown in FIG. 1, a rear load (for example, a luggage 60 such as a tall trunk) is rearward. It can be stored in the storage unit 26 (in the case of a tall luggage 60, in the rear storage unit 26 and its upper part).

In addition, since various kinds of luggage are moved by the elevating container 32 and the moving container 34, it is possible to secure a storage space for the luggage to be loaded later with a small movement operation.

On the other hand, in order to return to the arrangement state shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the constituent members are moved in the reverse order.

As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle luggage compartment 10 is partitioned by the front board 28 and the rear board 30, and the luggage (for example, shoes, clothes, etc.) that the user does not want to get dirty by the elevating container 32 and the moving container 34. , Supermarket shopping bags with food items, secret boxes, etc.) can be sorted.
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment of the storage structure in the vehicle cargo compartment will be described with reference to FIGS. The configuration of the storage structure in the vehicle luggage compartment according to the second embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment except for the mechanism for moving the lifting container 32 upward and holding it. About a structure, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and description is abbreviate | omitted. Moreover, in FIGS. 8-10, the accommodation recessed part 22 is shown in the notched state.

As shown in FIG. 8, a pin 32 </ b> P protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction) at a lower portion of the side surface portion 32 </ b> S of the elevating container 32 near the front of the vehicle (arrow FR direction). The pin 32 </ b> P is movably disposed in the guide groove 29 </ b> A of the arm 29 in the front side board 28.

The arms 29 are on both sides of the front side board 28 in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction) and extend in an arc shape from the vicinity of the mounting base 28F, and the left and right arms 29 are substantially parallel. The guide groove 29 </ b> A is formed to penetrate in the same direction as the extending direction of the arm 29.

A slide portion 32Q protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction) at the lower portion of the side surface portion 32S of the elevating container 32 closer to the rear of the vehicle (arrow RE direction). The slide portion 32Q is slidable along the guide groove 46 of the storage recess 22. Here, the guide groove 46 is an arc-shaped slit formed in the side portion 40 of the storage recess 22 so that the slide portion 32Q of the elevating container 32 can be taken in and out from above the side portion 40 in the storage recess 22. Yes.

On the upper surface portion of the side portion 40 in the housing recess 22, a locking recess 48 is formed on the vehicle front side (in the direction of the arrow FR) with respect to the guide groove 46. As shown in FIG. 10, the slide recesses 32 </ b> Q of the elevating container 32 can be locked in these locking recesses 48, and in the state where the slide portions 32 </ b> Q are locked in the locking recesses 48, The stop recessed part 48 supports the slide part 32Q of the raising / lowering container 32 from the downward direction.

One end portion of the rope 50 is attached to a portion of the front side board 28 closer to the front end portion 28R (opposite portion of the attachment base portion 28F) closer to both sides in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction). The other ends of these ropes 50 are attached in the vicinity of the corner portion 32 </ b> C on the vehicle rear side (arrow RE direction) side in the upper opening of the elevating vessel 32. Thereby, the rope 50 pulls the raising / lowering container 32 according to the movement of the front side board 28.

In the present embodiment, the arm 29, the pin 32P, the locking recess 48, and the slide portion 32Q constitute the holding means, and these are located above the elevating container 32 stored in the front storage portion 24 when the front side board 28 is open. In the moved state, the elevating container 32 is held above the front storage portion 24. Thereby, the raising / lowering container 32 is arrange | positioned above the front accommodating part 24, and is in the state which does not fall below.

In this embodiment, the guide groove 29A, the pin 32P, the guide groove 46, the slide portion 32Q, and the rope 50 constitute a moving unit, and these are interlocked with the transition of the front side board 28 from the closed state to the open state. The elevator container 32 is moved from the front storage part 24 to a position held by the holding means (arm 29, pin 32P, locking recess 48, slide part 32Q), and the elevator container 32 is moved upward. It is a moving mechanism.

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described.

When the front side board 28 is shifted from the closed state (see FIG. 8) toward the open state, as shown in FIG. 9, the arm 29 is displaced by the movement of the front side board 28, and the pin 32P of the elevating container 32 is moved. While moving upward along the guide groove 29A, the corner portion 32C is pulled by the rope 50, and the slide portion 32Q moves upward along the guide groove 46.

When the front board 28 is fixed in the standing posture 28B by the fixing means (not shown) in a state where the slide portion 32Q shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 is moved from the guide groove 46 to the locking recess 48, the pin 32P is moved to the arm 29. The slide portion 32Q is supported by the locking recess 48, and the elevating container 32 is held at the position above the front storage portion 24.

As a result, an empty space is formed in the front storage portion 24. Therefore, as in the first embodiment, if the movable container 34 shown in FIG. An empty space (new storage space) can be formed.

In addition, in order to return to the arrangement | positioning state shown by FIG. 8, each structural member will be moved in the reverse order to the above.
(Third embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment of the storage structure in the vehicle cargo compartment will be described with reference to FIGS. The configuration of the storage structure in the vehicle luggage compartment according to the third embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first and second embodiments except that the lifting container 32 is manually moved upward and held. Therefore, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted. Moreover, in FIG.12 and FIG.13, it shows in the state which notched the accommodation recessed part 22. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 12 to 14, pins 32 </ b> A are provided at the lower part of the side surface portion 32 </ b> S of the elevating container 32 at the vehicle front side (arrow FR direction) and the vehicle rear side (arrow RE direction), respectively. Projecting outward (in the direction of arrow W). These pins 32 </ b> A are slidable along the guide grooves 52 of the storage recess 22. Here, the guide groove 52 is a slit formed in the side portion 40 of the storage recess 22 so as to extend linearly in the vertical direction, and the pin 32A of the elevating container 32 can be taken in and out from above the side portion 40 in the storage recess 22. It is like that.

On the upper surface portion of the side portion 40 in the storage recess 22, a locking recess 54 constituting a holding unit is formed on the vehicle front side (in the direction of the arrow FR) with respect to each guide groove 52. The pin 32A of the elevating container 32 can be locked to these locking recesses 54. When the pin 32A is locked to the locking recess 54, the locking recess 54 is pinned to the pin 32A of the lifting container 32. Is supported from below.

In this embodiment, the pin 32 </ b> A and the locking recess 54 constitute a holding unit, and the pin 32 </ b> A and the locking recess 54 are provided for the lifting container 32 stored in the front storage portion 24 in the open state of the front side board 28. In the state of being moved upward, the elevating container 32 is held above the front storage portion 24. Thereby, the raising / lowering container 32 is arrange | positioned above the front accommodating part 24, and is in the state which does not fall below.

According to the above configuration, when the elevating container 32 of the front storage unit 24 is moved upward by the occupant, the elevating container 32 is held above the front storage unit 24 by the pins 32 </ b> A and the locking recesses 54. As a result, an empty space is formed in the front storage portion 24, so that the rear container 30 shown in FIG. 13 can be opened and the moving container 34 can be moved horizontally to the front storage portion 24 as in the first embodiment. In this case, an empty space (new storage space) can be formed in the rear storage unit 26.

On the other hand, in order to return to the original arrangement state, each constituent member is moved in the reverse order.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the 1st accommodating part and the 2nd accommodating part are provided before and behind the vehicle front-back direction (arrow FR, RE direction) as the front accommodating part 24 and the rear accommodating part 26, 1st The storage part and the second storage part are, for example, a first storage part and a second storage part provided at other positions such as a left storage part and a right storage part provided on the left and right in the vehicle width direction (arrow W direction). A storage part may be sufficient. In addition, when the 1st accommodating part and the 2nd accommodating part are provided in another position, the position in which a 1st cover body and a 2nd cover body are provided will also change according to this.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the movable container 34 is accommodated and disposed in the accommodating recess 22. For example, a slide portion is formed at the bottom of the movable container 34, and the slide portion can be slid in the accommodating recess 22. The movable container 34 may be movably attached in the housing recess 22 as a configuration such as forming a simple guide portion (guide rail or the like).

Furthermore, it is good also as a structure which attaches the raising / lowering container 32 to the floor part 21 (for example, side part 40 grade | etc.,) So that a movement is possible, and moves along guide means, such as a rail.
