Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a face shield for an air supply mask used for an air supply mask having a protective cap.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The air supply mask covers the wearer's face and shields the contaminated outside and secures a field of view, and a space between the eyepiece and the face at the periphery of the eyepiece (simply referred to as a mask internal space). Is maintained at a positive pressure (at the time of air supply), and clean air is supplied from the air supply duct to the space in the mask through the air supply pipe by an electric fan or a compressor. In general, a protective cap for protecting the operator's head is attached. Therefore, the worker wears a protective cap, isolates the environment where harmful substances are present and the face of the worker with an eyepiece, and the worker can always inhale clean air supplied from the air duct, In addition, the face can be protected from flying objects by the eyepiece. The edge of the protective cap is fixed so as to be sandwiched between the rear portion of the air supply duct and a frame that is adjustably attached to the air supply duct.
The frame and the visor are provided with a rotating mechanism for moving the eyepiece up and down, and the shield can be flipped up when working in a safe area where no air supply is required or during breaks. Further, clean air passes through an air supply pipe attached to the rear side, is branched to the left and right by an air supply duct, and is supplied from the outlet. A side seal for the purpose of assisting the face seal is provided in the vicinity of the air pipe outlet, and the side seal can be moved depending on the position of the ear of the operator.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Wearing such a face seal, the operator works in a harmful environment, but the gas sent from the left and right collides with each other in the center and generates turbulent flow. There was a problem of inducing dryness of the eyes.
Accordingly, as a result of various studies to solve this problem, the present invention has been completed, and an object of the present invention is to provide a face shield that reduces the dryness of the eyes of the operator when the face shield is attached. It is.
[0004]
[Requirements for solving the problem]
The gist of the present invention is a face shield for an air supply mask having a protective cap fixed thereto, and air supply passages for supplying air to the inside of the face shield on each side surface of the protective cap of the face shield for the air supply mask. For an air-feeding mask provided with a face shield protective cap for an air-feeding mask in which the air-blowing port is provided asymmetrically so that one of the air-blowing ports faces upward and the other of the air-blowing ports faces downward A face shield for the air-feeding mask.
That is, in the present invention, by making the outlet at the tip of the air supply duct asymmetrical, turbulent flow due to gas collision at the center in the conventional air mask face seal can be avoided, and as a result, , Can dry the eyes of the operator.
