従来の段差ポップは、例えば実開平6−10964号のねじれポップで示す様に、側折線3に出し折線5と入り折線6とを形成し、側折線3を介して外側に延設された背側板4を背方に折り曲げる事で表示面1どうし間にねじれた位置関係の段差を生じさせた物であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
折癖の付いていない状態で側折線3を折曲げようとすると、背側板4に於いて出し折線5によって突出する領域の根元に負担が掛かって、不要な箇所が折れ曲る恐れがあった。本発明では、前記従来技術を解決する為、折癖の付いていない側折線を楽に折り曲げる事ができ、又、側折線の折曲げ時に、不要な箇所が折れ曲らずに段差の形成できるポップの提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
従来技術の側折線に折癖を付け難いのは、側折線が一直線上に直列していないからである。側折線を一直線上に直列して側板を折曲げ、前板を横断する分離溝によって分離された分離面の側方に折線を介して段差片を延設し、前記段差片の折曲げ又は伸直(折線箇所を伸ばして真っ直ぐにする事)する事で分離面どうし間に段差を生じさせる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明物は、厚紙或いは段ボール紙を素材に用いて製造し、正面背面(前後)上下(天地)左右などの位置関係は組立完了状態で正面からを基準にして表示し、山折谷折で記述する折曲げ方向は外側からを基準にして表示し、本発明物は二種類の型があり、前板の外側に段差片を形成した物を外段差片型とし、前板の内側に段差片の形成した物を内段差片型とする。

外段差片型展開正面図の図1に於いて、前板1の両側に山折線である側折線2を介して側板3を延設し、前板1を横断する分離溝4(分離溝4は水平である事が望ましいのであるが、水平でなくても良い)によって前板1は天地方向に分離され、前記分離された各々の面を分離面5とし、外段差片型での分離面5の両側は側折線2と接しており、分離面5の側方に側折線2を介して段差片6を延設し、段差片6は分離面5の両側に延設しても良いのであるが左右どちらか片方に延設する事が望ましく、片方に段差片6を延設する場合は、上下に隣合う分離面5どうしでは段差片6の延設箇所を左右逆にする事が望ましく、段差片6の外側縁は段差折線10を介して側板3と延設しており、分離溝4は前記段差折線10の位置まで達しており、側折線を折曲げて組み立てられる全体形状は四角筒形状であっても良いが、三角筒形状である事が望ましく、望ましい形状である三角筒にする場合、一方の側板3の外側縁に山折線を介して差込片7を延設し、他方の外側縁に連結片8を延設するのに介した背山折線を分離して差込溝9を切り込み、前記差込溝9は差込片7と同じ高さに位置付け、側折線2を山折りした後、差込溝9に差込片7を差し込む事で三角筒形状に組み立てられる。

側折線を同一直線上に直列に並べた事で難無く折癖を付ける事ができ、折癖を付ける時に無理が無い事から不要な箇所が折れ曲る事は無く、側折線を折曲げて筒形状にした後、段差片を折曲げたり伸直させたりする事で分離面どうしに段差を形成する事ができる。
