Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments, and can be appropriately modified within the scope of the gist of the present invention.
[0008]
Fig.1 (a) is a side view of the flexible duct 1 which illustrates embodiment of this invention, FIG.1 (b) is the BB sectional drawing of Fig.1 (a).
The flexible duct 1 includes a heat insulating material 2 formed in a tube shape, an interior skin 3 and an exterior skin 5 provided on the inner periphery and the outer periphery thereof, and a reinforcing member 7 that holds the tube shape, respectively. The heat insulating material 2 is comprised using nonflammable materials, such as glass wool, rock wool, and ceramic wool. The interior skin 3 is composed of a sheet such as a nonwoven fabric or glass cloth. The exterior skin 5 is composed of a single layer sheet or a composite sheet using a synthetic resin. As the synthetic resin, thermoplastic resins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and vinyl chloride are preferably used. The reinforcing member 7 holding the tube shape is usually made of a steel wire wound in a spiral shape, and is disposed between the heat insulating material 2 and the interior skin 3. The heat insulating material 2, the inner skin 3 and the outer skin 5 are not usually bonded to each other. Both end portions 1a and 1a of the flexible duct 1 are compressed to have a smaller diameter than the intermediate portion, and form a connecting portion with other ducts, boxes and the like.
[0009]
A part of the outer skin 5 projects in the radial direction of the duct, and forms a suspended portion 10 that extends with a predetermined width in the longitudinal direction of the duct. The reinforcing tape 20 is bonded to one side or both sides of the hanging part 10. The illustrated one shows an example in which the reinforcing tape 20 is bonded to one side of the hanging part 10. The reinforcing tape 20 is configured by a single layer sheet or a composite sheet using a synthetic resin. Either the same material as the outer skin 5 or a different material may be used. The reinforcing tape 20 is formed to have a width substantially the same as the width of the hanging portion 10, and is bonded and integrated with the hanging portion 10 along the length direction of the hanging portion 10. The hanging part 10 and the reinforcing tape 20 are cut in the vicinity of the boundary between both end parts 1a, 1a and the intermediate part of the flexible duct 1 to form the hanging part end parts 10a, 10a. The standing of the lowering part 10 is secured.
[0010]
The reinforcing tape 20 may be bonded to the hanging part 10 using an adhesive, but is applied by thermal bonding to one or both surfaces of the hanging part 10 and the inner surfaces of the exterior skin 5 are bonded to each other. It is preferable to form the suspending part 10. As a result, the two outer skins 5 and the reinforcing tape 20 can be integrated to form the strong suspended portion 10. When the reinforcing tape 20 is applied to one side or both sides of the hanging part 10 from the outside and thermally bonded, at the same time, the inner surface of the exterior skin 5 can be thermally bonded to each other to form the hanging part. easy. After the reinforcing tape 20 is thermally bonded to the hanging part 10, the edge of the hanging part 10 may be cut and trimmed.
[0011]
The hanging part 10 is preferably formed by thermally bonding the inner surfaces of the surplus peripheral part 5a of the outer skin 5 manufactured in a tube body having a diameter larger than that of the heat insulating material 2. If it demonstrates using FIG. 2, the exterior | packing skin 5 will be manufactured by the tube body larger diameter than the heat insulating material 2, and will have the excess surrounding part 5a. The suspended portion 10 can be formed by thermally bonding the inner surfaces of the surplus peripheral portion 5a. Although it is possible to form the suspended portion 10 by overlapping both side edges (end edges) of the non-tubular sheet material, in that case, it is necessary to match the side edges, When the inner surfaces of the surplus peripheral portions 5a are thermally bonded to each other, the surplus peripheral portions 5a of the outer skin 5 can be picked up as shown by the arrows in FIG. 2, and it is not necessary to align the side edges. Can be formed.
[0012]
The reinforcing tape 20 can be colored corresponding to the diameter of the flexible duct 1. For example, the flexible duct 1 having a diameter of 100 mm is colored blue, and the flexible duct 1 having a diameter of 150 mm is colored yellow, so that the diameter of the flexible duct to be used can be easily determined. Product transactions and preparations, and construction work on site can be performed quickly and reliably.
[0013]
The flexible duct 1 is preferably configured so that the hanging portion forming tool 30 is attached to the desired position of the hanging portion 10 at the time of construction and is hung by the hanging portion forming tool 30. Although it is possible to previously form a hole for suspending at a predetermined interval in the suspending portion 10, in the construction work on site, this hole for suspending, a wire positioned above the hole, etc. The fixed position of the hanging member is not always the same. If this does not coincide, the suspension member such as a wire cannot be suspended vertically.
However, if the hanging part forming tool 30 is attached to the desired position of the hanging part 10 at the time of construction and is hung by the hanging part forming tool 30, it is hung at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the hanging part 10. The suspension can be performed properly, the suspension member such as a wire can be properly suspended, and can be suspended in a stable state.
[0014]
An example of the hanging part forming tool 30 is shown in FIG. The hanging part forming tool 30 includes a pair of holding members 31 and 32 that sandwich the hanging part 10 from both sides. The hanging portion forming tool 30 is formed by integrally molding a synthetic resin material, and the sandwiching members 31 and 32 forming a pair are substantially plate-shaped, connected and integrated by a hinge portion 37, and opened and closed with the hinge portion as a fulcrum ( The clamping members 31, 32 can be brought together and moved away).
[0015]
The pair of sandwiching members 31 and 32 are formed with through holes 33 and 34 through which suspension members such as wires are inserted, at positions corresponding to each other. A piercing portion 35 is erected on the inner surface of one clamping member 31 (two in the illustrated example). The piercing portion 35 has a shaft portion 35a and a sharp tip portion 35b. A stepped locking portion 35c is formed at the root of the tip portion 35b. The other holding member 32 is formed with a through hole 36 at a position corresponding to the piercing portion 35 to be inserted and locked with the distal end portion 35 b of the piercing portion 35.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 4, the hanging portion forming tool 30 sandwiches the hanging portion 10 from both sides with the holding members 31 and 32 and penetrates the hanging portion 10 with the piercing portion 35 at the desired position of the hanging portion 10. Then, the distal end portion 35b of the piercing portion 35 is inserted into the through hole 36 for locking of the other holding member 32 and locked by the locking portion 35c, so that the hanging portion 10 is mounted. By providing a plurality of piercing portions 35, the suspended portion forming tool 30 can be reliably fixed to the suspended portion 10 in a stable state.
[0017]
Reference numeral 38 denotes a protective portion erected on the outer surface of the other clamping member 32 and in the vicinity of the through hole 36 (preferably the end on the outer skin 5 side), and the tip of the piercing portion 35 protruding from the through hole 36. It is formed higher than the portion 35b. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the outer skin 5 from being damaged or injured by protruding in a state where the tip portion 35b of the piercing portion 35 is exposed.
[0018]
Usually, as shown by an arrow in FIG. 4, a hole is formed in the suspended portion 10 (and the reinforcing tape 20) through perforations 33 and 34 through which a suspension member such as a wire is inserted, by using perforations or other blades. I can make it. Then, the flexible duct 1 is suspended by inserting a suspension member such as a wire through the hole and the through holes 33 and 34.
In addition, by pinching the suspending part 10 from both sides with the clamping members 31 and 32, a hole is made in the suspending part 10 (and the reinforcing tape 20) similarly to the piercing part 35, and the through holes 33 and 34 are communicated. A piercing piece may be provided on one inner surface of the holding members 31 and 32. If comprised in this way, the operation | work which makes a hole in the hanging part 10 (and reinforcement tape 20) by using perforation or other blades etc. becomes unnecessary.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
[Invention According to Claim 1] A part of the outer skin is extended in the radial direction of the duct, a hanging part extending in a longitudinal direction of the duct is formed with a predetermined width, and a reinforcing tape is bonded to one or both sides of the hanging part Therefore, a flexible duct that is strong and excellent in durability and easy to manufacture is provided.
Since the reinforcing tape is colored according to the diameter of the flexible duct, the diameter of the flexible duct can be identified at a glance, making it easy to determine the diameter of the flexible duct to be used. The construction work on site can be performed quickly and reliably. The color of the exterior skin is not changed, and only the reinforcing tape needs to be changed in accordance with the diameter, so that the cost can be reduced.
[0020]
[Invention according to claim 2] Since the reinforcing tape is thermally bonded to one or both surfaces of the hanging portion and the inner surface of the outer skin is thermally bonded to each other, the hanging portion is formed. And the reinforcing tape can be integrated to form a strong suspended portion. When the reinforcing tape is applied to one side or both sides of the hanging portion from the outside and thermally bonded, at the same time, the inner surface of the outer skin can be thermally bonded to form the hanging portion, which is easy to manufacture.
[0021]
[Invention According to Claim 3] Since the hanging portion is formed by thermally bonding the inner surfaces of the excess peripheral portion of the exterior skin manufactured in the tube body having a diameter larger than that of the heat insulating material, the excess periphery of the exterior skin When the inner surfaces of the parts are heat-bonded, it is only necessary to pinch out the excess peripheral part of the outer skin, it becomes unnecessary to match the side edges of the non-tube-like sheet material, and the hanging part can be easily formed .
[0023]
The desired position of the [invention according to claim 4] hook member, during construction, the suspender formers attached, configured to suspend the suspender formers, the suspender formers, the hook member on both sides The pair of sandwiching members has a through hole through which a suspension member such as a wire is inserted, and the piercing portion formed on one of the sandwiching members is suspended. Since it is attached to the hanging part by passing through the part and being locked to the other clamping member, the length of the hanging part is different from that in which the hole for hanging is previously formed at a predetermined position. The suspension can be performed at any position in the direction, the suspension member such as a wire can be properly suspended, and the flexible duct can be suspended in a stable state. Suspension construction can be performed properly and reliably.
[0024]
[Invention according to claim 5 ] The hanging part forming tool is formed by integrally molding a synthetic resin material, and the pair of holding members are opened and closed by the hinge part, so that the manufacturing of the hanging part forming tool is simple, In addition, it is easy to attach to the hanging part.
