Claims (2)
- 縦型のガス化炉内に廃棄物とともに不燃性ペレットを投入して充填層を形成し、該充填層の下方から酸化剤ガスと水蒸気とを供給して部分燃焼によりガス化反応に必要となる燃焼熱を発生させる燃焼帯とチャーなどをガス化する還元帯と熱分解帯とを炉高方向に順次形成し、炉底部から燃焼残渣と前記不燃性ペレットとを排出する廃棄物ガス化方法において、
前記燃焼帯及び前記還元帯は600℃〜800℃の温度範囲に制御され、前記不燃性ペレットには、該温度範囲で改質ガス化反応を促進するニッケル系触媒が担持されていることを特徴とする廃棄物ガス化方法。 - 前記不燃性ペレットは、前記廃棄物の投入量に対して10〜20vol%含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物ガス化方法。
