Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a warm air fan with a humidifying function capable of performing warm air, humidified warm air, and humidifying operation by switching a damper.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, it has become necessary to humidify the use of a warm air blower in order to prevent the indoor humidity from decreasing and the environment from deteriorating by heating with a warm air blower or the like. ing.
[0003]
Conventionally, as this type of humidifier with a humidifying function, one described in JP-A-2-150992 is known. Hereinafter, the humidifier-equipped warm air machine will be described with reference to FIG.
[0004]
As shown in the figure, when the fan 101 is operated, the fan 101 is rotated, and the indoor air is sucked from the intake port 102 and guided from the discharge side of the spiral casing 103 to the heater duct 104, and this air is heated by passing through the heating element 105. The A ventilation path is formed on the upper side or the lower side by the path switching operation of the damper 106. Here, when the damper 106 is operated so as to pass through the lower ventilation path, the heated air comes into contact with the surface of the accumulated water 108 such as the water receiver 107 provided in the heater duct 104, and further, a water absorption filter attached to the damper 106. By passing through 109, it is blown out into the room from the hot air outlet 110 as humidified hot air. Further, when the damper 106 is operated so as to pass through the upper ventilation path, the warm air is blown into the room from the hot air outlet 110 as it is.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional humidifier with a humidifying function, when the warm air heated by the heating element 105 is caused to flow through the lower ventilation path by switching the damper 106, the humidifier is humidified via the water absorption filter 109, and the humidified warm air is When warm air is passed through the upper ventilation path by switching the damper 106, only warm air is blown. In each case, the same amount of warm air is blown so that the water absorption filter 109 resists during humidified warm air. There is a problem that a certain amount of warm air stops flowing and the warm air effect is reduced, and there is a problem that no consideration is given to operation only with humidification, ensuring a hot air flow rate during warm air humidification, It is required to reduce the capacity of the heater and to reduce the power consumption in the operation of only humidification while preventing the decrease.
[0006]
This invention solves the said subject, and aims at providing the warm air fan with a humidification function which can improve the warm air effect at the time of humidification hot air, and can reduce the power consumption at the time of humidification operation. Yes.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the warm air fan with a humidifying function of the present invention has a hot air channel having one end communicating with the blower, a heater in the channel, and the other end communicating with the outlet, and the hot air channel. A main body provided with a humidification flow path that is bypassed and provided via a humidification section, and opens and closes the humidification flow path, and when opened, a part of the hot air flow path is opened and the rest is closed. A damper and a timing motor for switching the damper to open or close; the damper is in a closed position when blowing hot air, an open position when humidifying hot air is blown, and an open position when humidifying air is blown. The capacity is reduced.
[0008]
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the warm air effect at the time of humidification warm air can be improved, and the warm air fan with a humidification function which can reduce the power consumption at the time of humidification operation is obtained.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention includes a warm air channel having one end communicating with the blower, a heater in the channel, and the other end communicating with the outlet, and a humidification channel bypassed by the warm air channel and provided via the humidification unit, A damper provided to open and close the humidification flow path, open a part of the hot air flow path and close the rest when opened, and a timing motor for switching the damper to open or closed And the damper is in the closed position when the hot air is blown, in the open position when the humidified hot air is blown, and in the open position when the humidified air is blown, and the heater capacity is reduced. Sometimes, the warm air heated by the heater passes through the humidification channel and is humidified by the humidification section and blown as humidified warm air from the outlet, and part of the warm air heated by the heater is caused by an open damper. Open part that is not closed Ri warm air passage will be blown from the air outlet flows, hot air effect during humidification warm air further hot air is applied to the humidifier warm air is increased. Moreover, the humidification which can reduce power consumption is realizable by controlling so that the capacity | capacitance of a heater may fall at the time of humidification.
[0010]

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the main body 7 is provided with a hot air flow path 4 having one end communicating with the blower 1, the heater 2 in the flow path, and the other end communicating with the outlet 3. 4 and a humidification flow path 6 that is bypassed by 4 and provided via the humidification section 5 is provided.
[0012]
A water tank 9 for supplying water to a water tank 8 provided with a humidifying section 5 is provided above the air outlet 3 provided on the front surface side of the main body 7 to open and close the humidifying channel 6 and when it is opened, a warm air channel is provided. The damper 11 is provided so that the opening 10 may be provided in a part of 4 and the remainder may be closed. A timing motor 12 for switching the damper 11 to open or close is provided, and a cam 13 and a crank 14 are combined with the timing motor 12 so as to switch the damper 11 to open or closed.
[0013]
The damper 11 is provided at a position to close the humidification flow path 6 when the hot air is blown, and the damper 11 is switched to the open position when the humidified hot air is blown. It is provided to reduce. The humidifying part 5 is provided in communication with the lower part of the hot air flow path 4 in the vicinity of the air outlet 3, and during the hot air humidifying and humidifying operation, the damper 11 is maintained in a neutral state where the opening 10 is formed, and is directed to the air outlet 3. It forms and comprises so that the humidified airflow which flows through the humidification part 5 by the airflow of the flowing warm air flow path 4 may be induced.
[0014]
In the above configuration, during the hot air blowing operation, the damper 11 is switched to the closed position via the timing motor 12, the air sent from the blower 1 is heated by the heater 2, and the heated hot air is sent through the hot air passage 4. It blows out from the blower outlet 3, and will be heated.
[0015]
When the humidified hot air is blown, the damper 11 is switched to the open position via the timing motor 12, the opening 10 is formed in a part of the hot air flow path 4, and the damper 11 is in a neutral state so as to close the rest. , The air sent from the blower 1 is heated by the heater 2, the heated warm air is sent to the humidification channel 6, is humidified by the humidification unit 5 provided in the humidification channel 6, and is humidified from the outlet 3. The humidified warm air stream flowing through the path 6 is prevented from flowing back to the heater 2 side through the warm air channel 4.
[0017]
Next, at the time of humidifying air blowing operation, with the capacity of the heater 2 reduced, the damper 11 is switched to the open position via the timing motor 12, the opening 10 is formed in a part of the hot air flow path 4, and the rest is closed. The damper 11 is switched to the neutral state so that the air sent by the blower 1 is heated to a low temperature by the low-capacity heater 2, and the low-temperature warm air is sent to the humidifying channel 6. Humidified air is blown out from the blower outlet 3 after being humidified by the part 5.
[0018]
Further, a part of the low temperature air heated by the heater 2 has the damper 11 in a neutral state and an opening 10 is formed in a part of the hot air flow path 4, so that the low temperature air passes through the opening 10 and the hot air flow. It blows out from the blower outlet 3 through the path 4. At this time, since the humidifying part 5 is provided in the lower part near the blower outlet 3, the humid air flow is attracted from the humidifying channel 6 side by the low-temperature air flowing through the warm air channel 4, and the humidifying channel 6 is blown. The humidified airflow flowing through the airflow does not flow back to the heater 2 side through the hot air flow path 4.
[0019]
As described above, according to the warm air fan with the humidifying function of the first embodiment of the present invention, the hot air flow path 4 having one end communicating with the blower 1, the heater 2 in the flow path, and the other end communicating with the air outlet 3; The main body 7 provided with the humidification flow path 6 bypassed by the hot air flow path 4 and provided through the humidification section 5 is opened and closed, and the humidification flow path 6 is opened and closed, and a part of the hot air flow path 4 is opened. Provided with an opening 10 and a damper 11 provided so as to close the rest, and a timing motor 12 for switching the damper 11 to open or closed. When the hot air is blown, the damper 11 is in a closed position and is supplied with humidified hot air. Since the configuration is such that the capacity of the heater 2 is reduced when the humidified air is blown, the warm air heated by the heater 2 passes through the humidifying channel 6 during the humidified warm air. Humidified at 5 and blown from the outlet 3 as humidified hot air At the same time, part of the warm air heated by the heater 2 passes through the opening 10 portion that is not closed by the damper 11 in the open state, flows through the warm air flow path 4 and is blown from the blower outlet 3, and becomes humidified warm air. Furthermore, warm air can be added to enhance the warm air effect during humidified warm air, and during humidification, the capacity of the heater 2 can be reduced to reduce power consumption and humidify.
[0020]
Moreover, since the humidification part 5 was provided in communication with the lower part of the warm air flow path 4 in the vicinity of the blower outlet 3, some moisture is attracted from the humidification part 5 by the flow of the warm air flowing through the warm air flow path 4 when the hot air is blown. Therefore, it is possible to perform hot air blowing that can alleviate the degree of air drying compared to only hot air blowing.
[0021]
In addition, during humidification warm air and humidification operation, the damper is held in a neutral state, and the humid air flow that flows through the humidification part is attracted by the air flow in the warm air flow path that flows toward the outlet, so that it is attracted. The humidified air flow flows to the outlet 3 side and can prevent the humidified air flow from flowing back to the heater 2 side, so that the heater 2 is not damaged by the contact with the humidified air, and the humidifying effect is further enhanced by the attracting action. It becomes.
[0022]
In addition, when reducing the capacity of the heater 2 during the humidification operation, the energization of about half the length of the heater 2 is cut off, the remaining half is energized to form a low capacity, and the low capacity side is connected to the humidifying flow path 6 side. It goes without saying that the capacity of the heater 2 may be reduced so as to correspond to the above.
[0023]
(Example 2)

[0024]
In the above configuration, when the humidifying tray 15 provided with the humidifying filter 16 and the water tank 9 are attached to the main body 7A and the humidifying hot air operation is performed, the damper 11 is opened and the opening 10 is provided in the hot air flow path 4, and the rest is closed. In this state, the air sent by the blower 1 is heated by the heater 2 and sent to the humidification flow path 6 so as to hold the zigzag humidification filter 16 at a predetermined position. It is sent to the top and blown toward the peak of the zigzag humidification filter 16. The warm air passes through the surface of the humidifying filter 16 that sucks up water in the water tank 8 and is sent to the air passage 18 on the leeward side. The warm air blown toward the mountain portion is applied to the zigzag surface of the humidifying filter 16. The humidified warm air, which has been humidified while rising along the air passage 18 and has come out of the air passage 18, passes through the surface of the humidifying filter 16 and is mixed with the humidified warm air, which is then blown from the outlet 3.
[0025]
A part of the warm air heated by the heater 2 passes through the opening 10 formed in the warm air flow path 4 and is blown out from the outlet 3.
[0026]
When the water tank 8 is cleaned and the humidifying filter 16 is replaced, the humidifying filter 16 can be removed by removing the humidifying tray 15 provided with the humidifying filter 16 and the water tank 8 from the main body 7A and removing the filter holder 17. The water tank 8 can be cleaned and the humidification filter 16 can be replaced.
[0027]
Thus, according to the warm air fan with the humidifying function of Embodiment 2 of the present invention, the humidifying filter 5A is provided so as to suck up the water in the humidifying tray 15 having the water tank 8 and the water tank 8 of the humidifying tray 15. 16 and the humidifying part 5A is detachably provided on the main body 7A. When the humidified filter 16 is brought into contact with warm air to vaporize the water in the water tank 8, the humidified filter 16 is gradually attached with a scale. Since the dirt and humidification amount are reduced, it is necessary to clean the humidification filter 16 occasionally (washing with water). By removing the humidification tray 15 from the main body 7A, the water tank 8 and the humidification filter 16 are taken out, and the water tank 8 and the humidification filter are removed. [0028]
Further, it is provided with a humidifying filter 16 which is formed in a zigzag shape and is disposed so that the peak portion faces the windward side, and the air flowing in from the windward side passes through the surface of the humidifying filter 16 or flows along the surface. Since the humidification is performed, the degree of contact between the humidification filter 16 and the inflowing air is increased, and the humidification conversion efficiency is increased.
[0029]
Further, a filter press 17 that holds the humidification filter 16 attached to the humidification tray 15 so as to form an air passage 18 on the leeward side of the humidification filter 16, and a bottom portion of the humidification flow path 6 on the windward side of the filter press 17. Since the heat shield plate 19 having heat resistance in the covering shape is provided, the humidifying filter 16 attached to the humidifying tray 15 by the filter holder 17 is set at a predetermined position, and the air flow accurately contacts the humidifying filter 16. Thus, the humidification efficiency is increased. Further, on the upper side of the humidification filter 16 provided in the humidification flow path 6 through which the warm air heated by the heater 2 flows, the temperature rises due to the heat of the warm air, but by the heat shield plate 19 provided in the filter holder 17. When the temperature rise on the floor surface side of the main body 7A provided with the humidifying flow path 6 is mitigated, there is no risk of burning the floor surface or causing a fire, and the main body 7A forming the humidifying flow path 6 is formed with heat resistance. In comparison, the cost is also reduced.
[0030]
