(d)前記チャネル推定結果と誤り検出結果の少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記送信アンテナから送信される信号の数を一定周期で調節するステップと
を含む。

Claims (11)
- 2本以上の送信アンテナを用いて送信された複数の信号を受信する1以上のアンテナと、
前記複数の信号の各々について、チャネルの推定を行うチャネル推定器と、
前記複数の信号の各々について、各信号に付加された信頼度情報に基づいて誤り検出を行う誤り検出部と、
前記複数の信号の各々についてのチャネル推定結果と、誤り検出結果に基づいて、前記複数の信号の送信レートを決定する送信レート設定部と、
前記誤り検出結果に基づいて、各送信信号のSINRマージンを計算し、一定周期ごとに、該SINRマージンから全送信信号のSINRマージンの平均値を求め、該平均値と、該平均値の許容値に基づいて、前記2本以上の送信アンテナから送信すべき信号の数を調節する送信信号数調節部と
を備え、
前記送信信号数調節部は、前記平均値が所定の第1の許容値より大きい場合には送信信号数を減少させ、前記平均値が所定の第2の許容値より小さい場合には送信信号数を増加させ、前記平均値が所定の第2の許容値以上且つ所定の第1の許容値以下である場合には送信信号数を維持する送受信機。 - 前記送信アンテナは、複数の情報信号をそれぞれ独立して送信する請求項1に記載の送受信機。
- 前記送信レート設定部は、前記誤り検出結果に基づいて、各送信信号のSINRマージンを計算し、該SINRマージンと、前記チャネル推定結果とに基づいて、各送信信号の送信レートを決定する請求項1に記載の送受信機。
- 前記送信レート設定部は、前記SINRマージンと、前記チャネル推定結果とに基づいて、所定のルックアップテーブルから各送信信号の送信レートを決定する請求項3に記載の送受信機。
- 前記送信信号数調節部は、前記2本以上の送信アンテナから送信すべき送信信号の数として、送信に使用すべき送信アンテナの数または前記送信アンテナによって形成すべき指向性ビームの数を一定周期で決定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の送受信機。
- 前記送信信号数調節部は、前記2本以上の送信アンテナから送信すべき送信信号の数として、送信に使用すべき送信アンテナのID、及び送信すべきビームのIDのうちのいずれか1つを一定周期で調節する請求項1に記載の送受信機。
- 前記送信レート設定部により設定されるべき送信レート情報と、前記送信信号数調節部により調節されるべき信号の数を送信側にフィードバックする送信部
を有する請求項1に記載の送受信機。 - 2本以上の送信アンテナを用いて送信された複数の信号の各々について、チャネルの推定を行うステップと、
前記複数の信号の各々について、各信号にあらかじめ付加された信頼度情報に基づいて誤り検出を行うステップと、
前記複数の信号の各々についてのチャネル推定結果と、誤り検出結果に基づいて、前記複数の信号の送信レートを決定するステップと、
前記誤り検出結果に基づいて、各送信信号のSINRマージンを計算し、一定周期ごとに、該SINRマージンから全送信信号のSINRマージンの平均値を求め、該平均値と、該平均値の許容値に基づいて、前記2本以上の送信アンテナから送信すべき信号の数を調節するステップと
を含み、
前記送信すべき信号の数を調節するステップは、前記平均値が所定の第1の許容値より大きい場合には送信信号数を減少させ、前記平均値が所定の第2の許容値より小さい場合には送信信号数を増加させ、前記平均値が所定の第2の許容値以上且つ所定の第1の許容値以下である場合には送信信号数を維持することを特徴とする複数アンテナ方式の送受信方法。 - 前記送信レートを決定するステップは、前記誤り検出結果に基づいて、各送信信号のSINRマージンを計算し、該SINRマージンと、前記チャネル推定結果とに基づいて、各送信信号の送信レートを決定する請求項8に記載の送受信方法。
- 前記送信すべき信号の数を調節するステップは、現在のフレームが所定の周期の整数倍であるか否かを判断し、所定の周期の整数倍であるならば、全送信信号の前記SINRマージンの平均値を求め、該平均値と、該平均値の許容値に基づいて、送信信号数を調節する請求項8に記載の送受信方法。
- 前記送信レートを決定するステップにより決定されるべき送信レート情報と、前記送信すべき信号の数を調節するステップにより調節されるべき信号の数を送信側にフィードバックする送信ステップ
を有する請求項8に記載の送受信方法。
