水栓に接続可能な流路切換ユニットと、洗浄液を吐出する洗浄ユニットと、両ユニットを接続する接続ホースとを備え、流路切換ユニットには、外部側に通じる流路と接続ホース側に通じる流路が形成されるとともに、水栓内の吐水流路が前記外部側に通じる流路または前記接続ホース側に通じる流路のいずれかに連通するよう切換える切換手段が設けられ、洗浄ユニットには、接続ホースを通り内部に至る水と洗浄液とを混合させ、所定濃度の洗浄液を先端のノズルから吐出させるよう構成された洗浄液吐出器が設けられており、
