Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a band front plate used when a kimono is attached.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese accessories used for wearing kimono include a front plate for a belt, a belt pillow, a waist strap, a dressing belt, various fasteners, and a wick. In many cases, these Japanese accessories are sold as a set in a single packaging box. At that time, since only the front plate for the belt is long in the left-right direction, the length of the packaging box is accordingly increased, and this is a factor that becomes bulky during transportation and storage. The same problem occurs when the front plate for a belt is sold separately, and it is inconvenient for the user to store the front plate for the belt in a kimono bag when carrying a kimono.
[0003]
In order to solve such a problem, it is possible to fold the left and right horizontally long band front plates so as to shorten the left and right lengths during storage and storage, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open Publication Nos. Sho 54-16617 and 45-1378. It is known in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-90615.
[0004]
For example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 54-16617, as shown in FIG. 10, wing pieces 11 and 11 are foldably provided on the left and right sides of the back side of the front plate body 10, and both wing pieces 11 and 11 are expanded laterally outward. It is possible to switch between the use state of the wire and the storage and storage state in which both wing pieces 11 and 11 are folded inward.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional technique requires two wing pieces 11 and 11 in addition to the front plate body 10, and requires processing work such as sewing them to the front plate body 10. Is expensive. At the time of use, two wing pieces 11 are overlapped at the left and right end portions of the front plate body 10 and the front and rear thicknesses are large, and it is also stepped. Therefore, it is difficult to insert between the bands, and the usability is poor. For example, it is possible to divide the front plate body into two or three parts and wrap the outside with a surface material so that it can be bent along the dividing line. Therefore, the original function cannot be exhibited effectively.
[0006]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a belt front plate which can be folded so as not to be bulky during storage and storage, and to obtain this at a low cost. In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide a band front plate that can be easily inserted between tightened bands and can effectively exhibit its original function.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The belt front plate according to the present invention is a belt front plate having a predetermined vertical width and long in the left-right direction as shown in FIGS. 1 and the outer surface 2 that overlaps the front outer side. The core plate 1 is composed of divided pieces 1a and 1b arranged in a butted state on the left and right, and extends from one divided piece 1b to the other divided piece 1a side across both divided pieces 1a and 1b. A backup piece 7 is provided. And the whole can be folded up on the surface 2 side between the adjacent division | segmentation piece 1a * 1b, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
[0008]
The belt front plate of the present invention is a belt front plate having a predetermined vertical width and long in the left-right direction, and a synthetic resin core plate 1 having elasticity, and a surface material 2 that overlaps the front outer side of the core plate 1. The outer surface 2 is made of a synthetic resin mesh, and the core plate 1 is divided into left and right parts at the center in the left and right direction, and is composed of divided pieces 1a and 1b arranged in abutting manner. The outer peripheral edge of the outer material 2 is joined to the outer peripheral edges of the two split pieces 1a and 1b via the bias tape 9. At the butt of the two separated pieces 1a and 1b, a recess 5 is formed in the opposite edge 3 of one divided piece 1a, and the opposite edge 6 of the other divided piece 1b A backup piece 7 fitted in the recess 5 is continuously extended. And the whole can be folded in two at the surface 2 side at the butt of the two split pieces 1a and 1b.
[0009]
[Effects of the invention]
According to the band front plate A of the present invention according to claim 1, it is possible to bend and fold it between the divided pieces 1a and 1b constituting the core plate 1 on the surface 2 side, thereby shortening the overall left and right length. Therefore, it does not become bulky during transportation and storage, and has an advantage that it can be made compact especially when selling Japanese-style accessories as a set. Moreover, these division | segmentation pieces 1a * 1b are shape | molded with the synthetic resin material which has elasticity. This means that the backup piece 7 can also be elastically deformed. Therefore, in the use state of FIG. 1 in which the split pieces 1a and 1b are expanded to the left and right, the backup piece 7 backs up the butting of the split pieces 1a and 1b from the back side. When it is curved as shown in FIG. 5, the space between the divided pieces 1a and 1b is not bent in a square shape, and the entire rounded curved state is maintained.
[0010]
According to the band front plate A of the present invention according to claim 2, the core plate 1 is divided into right and left at the central portion in the left-right direction, and both divided pieces 1a and 1b are arranged in abutted state. Therefore, the entire band front plate A can be folded in a folded state between the two split pieces 1a and 1b. In particular, in the state of use of FIG. 1 in which the two divided pieces 1a and 1b are developed to the left and right, the backup piece 7 extended from the other divided piece 1b is fitted into the recess 5 of the one divided piece 1a. Therefore, the back surface side of the core plate 1 is flush with no irregularities, and the band front plate A can be inserted without being caught between the bands. Further, the backup piece 7 fitted in the recess 5 elastically receives the outer material 2 from the back side. Since the outer surface 2 is made of synthetic resin mesh and is tough, even when the entire belt front plate A is curved as shown in FIG. 5, the space between the two divided pieces 1a and 1b is bent in a square shape. In addition, the state in which the core plate 1 is rounded and curved in the same manner as in the case of a single piece, coupled with the elastic deformation of the backup piece 7, can be neatly corrected with the original function. Since the backup piece 7 is integrally formed continuously on the divided piece 1b, the number of members can be reduced as compared with the case where the backup piece 7 is a separate member, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
[0011]
According to the band front plate A of the present invention according to claim 3, in addition to the function and effect of claim 2 above, the outer surface 2 is made of a synthetic resin mesh having self-lubricating properties, so it is tightened firmly. It has the advantage that it can be easily slid between the bands.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(First embodiment)
1 to 5 show a first embodiment of a band front plate according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, the belt front plate A is formed in a laterally long shape having a vertical width of about 13 cm and a horizontal length of 44 cm, and comprises a core plate 1 on the back side and a surface material 2 covering the front outer side thereof.
[0013]
The core plate 1 is made of a synthetic resin plate having elasticity, specifically, polypropylene, and is made up of left and right divided pieces 1a and 1b separated at the center in the left-right direction. At the butt of the two divided pieces 1a and 1b, the opposed edge 3 of one divided piece 1a has a substantially semicircular recess 5 formed in the upper and lower central portions, and the opposed edge of the other divided piece 1b. 6, a substantially semi-circular backup piece 7 that fits into the recess 5 is protruded from the upper and lower central portions. That is, the single core plate 1 is formed by punching left and right divided pieces 1a and 1b one by one into the above-mentioned shape from a synthetic resin original plate.
[0014]
The outer material 2 is made of a relatively thick, tough but flexible synthetic resin (specifically, nylon resin) mesh having self-lubricating properties.
[0015]
Thus, the left and right divided pieces 1a and 1b constituting the core plate 1 are placed in abutted state, and the outer peripheral edge of the outer material 2 is sewn via the bias tape 9 to the outer peripheral edges of the separated pieces 1a and 1b. is there.
[0016]
At the time of storing and storing the band front plate A, as shown in FIG. 4, the whole is folded in two on the surface 2 side at the abutment of the two split pieces 1a and 1b, and the left and right lengths are halved. At this time, the backup piece 7 extending from the divided piece 1b is in a state protruding from the folded butt joint.
[0017]
In use, when the two split pieces 1a and 1b of the core plate 1 are in the unfolded state as shown in FIG. 1, the backup piece 7 is fitted into the recess 5, and the back surface of both split pieces 1a and 1b is as shown in FIG. It is straight without any steps. And the backup piece 7 backs up the center part of the outer fabric 2 elastically from the back surface side. Therefore, even if the belt front plate A is inserted between the belts and the entire belt front plate A is bent so that the left and right central portions protrude to the front side as shown in FIG. Due to the elastic contact action, the butt joints of the two split pieces 1a and 1b are not bent, and are in a rounded state as a whole, and the original function is effectively exhibited.
[0018]
(Second embodiment)
FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the recesses 5 are provided above and below one of the divided pieces 1a, and the backup pieces 7 are provided above and below the other divided piece 1b. 7 can be fitted in each recess 5. Others are the same as the first embodiment. As can be seen from the second embodiment, the shape and arrangement position of the recess 5 and the backup piece 7 of the present invention can be arbitrarily selected, and both the shapes 5 and 7 are not limited to the same shape formed by punching at the same time.
[0019]
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 7 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. In this case, one of the divided pieces 1a is not provided with the recess 5, and the backup piece 7 extending integrally from the other divided piece 1b is replaced with the two divided pieces 1a. -It overlaps with the back surface of one division | segmentation piece 1a across the butt | matching joint of 1b. That is, the extended end portion of the backup piece 7 is directly elastically contacted with the back surface of the one divided piece 1a. The surface material 2 in this case may be a normal fabric.
[0020]
(Fourth embodiment)
FIGS. 8 and 9 show a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this case, the backup piece 7 of the third embodiment is formed of a member different from the other divided piece 1b, and the backup piece 7 is formed on the divided piece 1b. 7 is fixed by sewing or heat welding. In this case, both the split pieces 1a and 1b may be connected to each other via a thin hinge.
[0021]
In addition, the split pieces 1 a and 1 b of the core plate 1 and the surface material 2 may be heat-welded via the bias tape 9. Polyacetal or the like can be used when self-lubricating properties are imparted by using the surface material 2 as a mesh surface made of synthetic resin. The band front plate A may be folded in three.
