Description
Claims (5)
- 不活性物質、未使用のセレン含有反応性物質およびセレン化水銀を含む使用済みのセレンフィルタ体の再生方法において、該方法は、
前記体を過酸化水素溶液で処理して該体にある実質的にすべての前記未使用のセレン含有反応性物質のセレン分を浸出して亜セレン酸を生成し、
該得られた亜セレン酸を前記体から分離して単離し、
前記過酸化水素溶液から取り除いた前記体を王水溶液で処理して、前記体にあるセレン化水銀を実質的にすべて溶解し、
前記体から溶解された水銀およびセレンの分を含む前記王水溶液を前記体から分離して単離し、
前記王水溶液に含まれる水銀を沈殿可能な形態で析出し、
該析出した水銀を前記王水溶液から単離することを特徴とする再生方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、前記王水溶液のpH値を調整してセレンを該王水溶液から選択的に分離して得て、新たなフィルタ体の生産に適した元素セレンとして析出した後に単離することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の方法において、前記王水による処理は高温で行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記王水溶液から取り除いた、不活性担体材料のみを含む体を、洗浄および乾燥の後、新たなセレンフィルタ体の生産に送ることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の方法において、前記過酸化水素浸出中に生成された亜セレン酸を、新たなセレンフィルタ体の生産に送ることを特徴とする方法。
