Description

The present invention relates to a dyeing pot that can perform cheese dyeing in a koji dyeing pot.

Conventionally, there are various dyeing machines as yarn dyeing machines. As a typical example, a rotating frame is rotatably provided above the dyeing tank, and a bundle is suspended from the rotating frame, and the lower part of the bundle is dyed in the dyeing tank. A koji dyeing machine that dyes the whole by evenly rotating the koji bundle by rotating the rotating frame and a cheese dyeing machine that winds the yarn around the dyeing bobbin and dyes it into a cheese shape. (See Non-Patent Document 1).

FIG. 9 shows the former dyeing machine, which has a hollow dyeing spindle 310 fixed horizontally to a partition wall 308 of a horizontal dyeing pot 306 and has a longitudinally upper side surface. A plurality of fine discharge holes are provided, and a pair of support bodies 312 extending radially outward are rotatably supported at both ends of the saddle dedicated spindle 310, and the support body 312 is supported by a swivel turning shaft. Both ends of 314 are supported in parallel with the rod-only spindle 310.

The support 312 is configured to turn around the saddle dedicated spindle 310 via a pair of gears 318 and 320 that are rotationally driven by a drive source such as a motor (not shown).

Therefore, in a state in which the hoop dyed material 316 bundled in a ring shape is inserted and suspended on the wrinkle dedicated spindle 310 or the wrinkle turning shaft 314, the support body 312 is rotationally driven so that the swivel turning shaft 314 is attached to the wrinkle dedicated spindle 310. The staining liquid 322 is swirled around and rotated by the swirl spindle 310 while the swirl dyed object 316 is rotated little by little around the wrinkle spindle 310 and discharged from a plurality of discharge holes of the wrinkle spindle 310. Is permeated from the inner side to the outer side of the sachet dyeing object 316 and is uniformly dyed by a dyeing liquid 322 ejected from a sprinkling pipe (not shown) provided on the upper part.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the latter cheese dyeing machine is a spindle in which a dyeing cheese 305 having a cheese shape obtained by winding a thread around a bobbin (not shown) is erected on a carrier 301 in a vertical dyeing pot 300 of the dyeing machine. 302, the dyeing solution 304 is filled in the dyeing pot 300, and the cheese 305 is immersed therein. And the dyeing | staining liquid is passed to the cheese outer layer side from the inside of a spindle, or the cheese inner side is passed from the cheese outer layer side, and the dyeing | staining of cheese is performed.

By the way, in the above-mentioned cheese dyeing machine, it is customary to dye with a vertical dyeing machine as described above. The current situation is that the machines are individually installed.

For this reason, since different types of dyeing are performed using dyeing machines with different vertical and horizontal dyeing kettles installed in the factory, only the installation floor space for two dyeing machines is required. In addition, there has been a demand for a dyeing machine that has problems that the cost of equipment for the machine is increased and the dyeing efficiency is lowered, and that the above problems can be improved.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to replace cheese spindles used in horizontal dyeing pots exclusively for baskets with a structure in which a spindle dedicated to cheese can be replaced so that cheese dyeing can be performed even in baskets dyeing pots. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a dyeing pot that can efficiently dye, by reducing the floor space and reducing the equipment cost.

Specifically, the cheese dedicated spindle SP2 is provided with discharge holes 18 having a diameter of 3 mm in the range of a length of 1380 mm between the male screw T3 and the flange F1 on the outer periphery of the hollow tube 14 having a diameter of 5.08 cm at intervals of 13 mm. What has been used.

As another example of the cheese dedicated spindle SP2, the discharge hole 18 having a diameter of 2.5 mm is pitched on the outer periphery of the hollow tube body 14 having the same tube diameter of 5.08 cm from the male screw T3 side of the tip to a length of 873 mm. It is possible to use one having a discharge hole 18 having a diameter of 3 mm drilled at a pitch of 13 mm in a range of a length 436 from a length of 873 mm to a flange F1 with a pitch of 13 mm.

Further, in the cheese dedicated spindle SP2 described above, all the discharge holes 18 drilled along the entire circumference in the longitudinal direction are formed with the same diameter of 3 mm, but the plurality of discharge holes 18 are directed toward the tip of the spindle SP2. Thus, the reduction in discharge pressure due to the pressure loss of the dyeing liquid can be suppressed by sequentially forming small diameters.

Next, a procedure for supporting a cheese assembly composed of a plurality of cheese dyeings on a cheese-dedicated spindle will be described with reference to FIGS.

7 and 8, reference numeral 8 denotes a cheese assembly, and this cheese assembly 8 is composed of a plurality of bobbins BB (5 in the embodiment) obtained by winding up a thread 20 to be dyed into a cheese. These bobbins BB are sequentially inserted and supported sequentially from the tip side to the six cheese dedicated spindles SP2 that are horizontally connected to the tip of the protruding portion 12a of the staining solution supply pipe 12 via the connecting means.

When five bobbins BB obtained by winding the yarn 20 into a cheese shape are inserted and supported on each cheese spindle SP2, a cap CP is screwed onto the tip of the cheese spindle SP2.

As shown in FIG. 7, the bobbin BB has a flange BF having a predetermined thickness on the rear end side, and the outer diameter of the hollow tube is larger than the hole diameter of the discharge hole 18 formed in the cheese dedicated spindle SP2. A dye liquid permeation hole 22 having a diameter is formed.

Further, the cap CP closes the tip opening of the cheese dedicated spindle SP2, and a flange F1 is formed on the rear end side outer periphery as a ridge having a diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the thread 20 wound around the bobbin BB in a cheese shape. A female screw (not shown) that is screwed into the male screw T3 at the tip of the cheese-dedicated spindle SP2 is screwed into the rear end side opening of the cap CP, and a locking shaft 25 is provided on the tip side wall surface. Projected.

When six sets of cheese assemblies 8 are assembled by the procedure shown in FIG. 7, the locking shaft 25 at the tip of the cap CP crosses between the inner walls of the koji dyeing kettle body 2 so as to cross the axis of the koji dyeing kettle 1. It is supported on a long support rod 28 that is installed horizontally.

Therefore, when performing cheese dyeing, a hollow cheese-dedicated spindle SP2 is connected to the staining solution supply pipe 12 via a connecting means in place of the dedicated spindle SP1, and the cheese-dyed dye is connected to the hollow cheese-dedicated spindle SP2. A plurality of bobbins BB rolled up in a cheese-like form 20 are inserted and supported to assemble the cheese assembly 8, and in this state, the high temperature discharged from the plurality of discharge holes 18 of the hollow cheese dedicated spindle SP2, A high-pressure dyeing solution is permeated from the inside to the outside of the yarn 20 through the dyeing solution perforation hole 22, and the yarn is discharged by a dyeing solution ejected from a plurality of sprinkling tubes 10 provided on the upper side corresponding to the spindle SP2 dedicated to the wrinkles. 20 is evenly dyed without spots.

Next, it will be described in detail with reference to a dyeing example in which cheese dyeing is performed using a horizontal wrinkle dyeing pot.

In the first dyeing example, a polyester sewing thread of 234 dtex (78 dtex / 1 × 3) is used as the yarn-like 20 to be dyed on the bobbin BB in a cheese shape, and the polyester sewing thread is used for the bobbin BB. 1020 g was wound at a thread twill angle of 30 °, and 48 pieces were dyed at 130 ° C. for 20 minutes in the horizontal wrinkle dyeing pot 1 of the present invention.

As a result, as compared with the conventional vertical high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine for cheese, good dyeing was achieved without dyeing spots.

In the second dyeing example, a polyester sewing thread of 168 dtex (56 dtex / 1 × 3) is used as the yarn-like material 20 to be dyed on the bobbin BB in a cheese shape, and the polyester sewing machine is used for the bobbin BB. The yarn was wound at 1060 g at a thread twill angle of 30 °, and 48 yarns were dyed at 130 ° C. for 20 minutes in the horizontal wrinkle dyeing pot 1 of the present invention.

As a result, as compared with the conventional vertical high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine for cheese, good dyeing was achieved without dyeing spots.

That is, as described in the above-described embodiment, the cheese dedicated spindle SP2 can be replaced in place of the spindle dedicated spindle SP1 used for the horizontal basket dyeing pot 1, so that the cheese dyeing pot 1 can also perform cheese dyeing. In addition, the floor space can be saved and the facility cost can be reduced, so that the dyeing can be efficiently performed.
