BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container having a low-opening / closing torque and high-sealing cap that is screwed to a spout made of a material having a relatively low rigidity and protruding from a liquid paper container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, for containers used for liquid contents such as food and non-food, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, the torso (21) has a quadrangular prism shape and a gable in consideration of ease of use. A liquid paper container (20) in which a cap (10) made of a cap (100) and a spout is projected at a position where the roof-shaped top inclined plate (22) is poured has been used over a wide range of applications. As the cap (100) of the spigot (10), when the sealing performance is particularly required, for example, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer peripheral surface is provided on the lower surface of the top plate (110) of the cap (100). An inner sealing ring (101) that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tip of the spout tube (220) of the spout (200), and a tip that is in close contact with the top surface of the spout tube of the spout on the outside of the inner sealing ring An outer sealing ring (104) is vertically provided with a contact sealing ring (102), and an inner peripheral surface thereof is in intimate contact with an outer peripheral surface of a tip of a spout tube. An inner periphery of an upper end of a peripheral wall (120) of the cap The one that protrudes inwardly on the surface and seals the three upper ends of the spout pipe is used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the cap of the above-mentioned conventional spigot seals the upper part of the spout tube of the spout (spout port), a strong closing torque is required when screwing the cap onto the spout. Therefore, when the cap is screwed off from the spout, a strong opening torque is required and it may be difficult to use at the time of use. In this cap sealing process, the outer peripheral surface of the inner sealing ring is first brought into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the container outlet, and then the contact sealing ring is connected to the upper surface of the outlet portion of the container. The lower end tip was brought into close contact, and then the inner peripheral surface of the outer sealing ring was brought into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tip end portion of the spout part of the container by deformation of the peripheral wall accompanying screwing of the cap. In addition, when the rigidity of the material of the spout portion of the container is low (bending elastic modulus is 1,000 MPa or less), there may be a problem of sealing performance due to the collapse due to the closing torque of the spout portion.
[0004]
The present invention solves the above-described problems of the conventional cap, and can be screwed to the spout portion of the container with a low closing torque, can be screwed off with a low opening torque when in use, and can be connected to the spout portion of the container. A container having a highly sealed cap with a low opening / closing torque that can be used for a spout portion made of a material having good sealing properties and low rigidity.
[0005]
That is, the first invention of the present invention is a container having a plastic spout part and a cap screwed onto the spout part, and the pouring of the container on the outer surface of the top plate of the cap. An inner sealing ring having an upwardly open slope with an angle of up to 10 ° with respect to a vertical line in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the tip of the outlet, and a lower end of the inner sealing ring adjacent to the outer peripheral upper end of the inner sealing ring. A contact sealing ring having a cross-section inverted triangular shape with a height of 0.3 to 1.0 mm, in close contact with the upper surface of the spout portion, and a lower end tip angle of 30 to 90 °, and an inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the cap An outer abutment ring is provided at the upper end of the container, and the outer abutment ring is arranged in a state where the container spout portion does not fall outward when the cap is screwed onto the spout portion of the container. It has a gap with the outer periphery of the upper end of the spout, In such a state that the spout portion does not fall outward, there is a gap between the outer periphery of the upper end portion of the spout portion of the container, and even if the spout portion of the container falls outside due to the closing torque, the contact sealing ring A cap with a low opening / closing torque and a high seal, characterized in that the outer periphery of the upper end of the spout part of the container comes into contact with the outer abutment ring while maintaining close contact with the upper surface of the spout part. It is a container which has.
[0007]
Next, according to a second aspect of the present invention, the height at which the outer peripheral surface of the inner sealing ring comes into close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the spout portion of the container is screwed onto the spout portion of the container. in low closing torque of claim 1 Symbol mounting, characterized in that the 20 ° to 60 ° corresponds with screwing rotation angle obtained while wearing a container having a high sealing cap.
[0009]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the gap between the outer abutment ring and the outer periphery of the upper end portion of the container outlet is between the tip of the female screw of the cap and the male screw of the outlet of the container. The container having a low-opening / closing torque and high-sealing cap according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein the distance from the valley is in the range of -0.3 mm to +0.3 mm.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The highly sealing cap with low opening / closing torque in the container of the present invention is a cap that is screwed into the plastic spout of the container, and the cap of the liquid paper container or a material with low rigidity (bending elastic modulus is low). 1,000MPa or less), for example, as a cap for a squeeze bottle (such as a mayonnaise bottle that squeezes the body and pushes out the contents), and the inner peripheral surface of the tip of the container outlet on the bottom surface of the cap An inner sealing ring that closely contacts the outer peripheral surface is provided, a contact sealing ring that is adjacent to the upper end of the outer periphery of the inner sealing ring and that closes the lower end tip to the upper surface of the outlet portion of the container, and the cap An outer contact ring is provided at the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall. The outer abutment ring has a gap with the outer periphery of the upper end portion of the spout portion of the container in a state where the spout portion of the container does not fall outward when the cap is screwed to the spout portion of the container. And the outer periphery of the upper end part of this spout part contact | abuts in the state which the spout part of the container fell outside. This cap is manufactured by an injection molding method using a thermoplastic resin having an appropriate rigidity such as polypropylene.
[0011]
Next, an embodiment of a container having a cap with a low opening / closing torque and a high seal according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view when a cap according to an embodiment of the container of the present invention is screwed to a spout protruding from a liquid paper container pouring position. 2 (a) is a cross-sectional view showing the shape of a close contact portion that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the spout portion of the container of the inner sealing ring of the cap, and FIG. 2 (b) shows the shape of the contact sealing ring. It is sectional drawing shown. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the distance between the outer abutment ring of the cap and the outer peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the spout portion of the container. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view showing a state when the cap outlet portion of the container falls to the outside due to a strong closing torque and comes into contact with the outer contact ring of the cap when the cap is screwed to the outlet portion of the container. is there. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an example of a liquid paper container with a stopper.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cap (100) of the container of the present invention has a spout (outlet part) (projecting part) projecting from the pouring position of the top inclined plate (22) of the liquid paper container (20). 200 is a cap (100) that is screwed onto the inner surface of the top plate (110), and an inner sealing ring (101) that closely contacts the outer peripheral surface with the inner peripheral surface of the tip portion of the spout pipe (220). Adjacent to the outer peripheral upper end of the inner sealing ring, and provided with a contact sealing ring (102) having the lower end tip in close contact with the upper surface of the spout tube of the spout, and the inner periphery of the peripheral wall (120) of the cap An outer contact ring (103) is provided at the upper end of the surface. Further, a female screw (121) to be screwed with a male screw (221) of the spout is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall of the cap below the outer contact ring.
[0013]
And as for the above-mentioned inner sealing ring (101), as shown to Fig.2 (a), the angle ((alpha)) with respect to the perpendicular | vertical line closely contacted with the outer peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface of the upper end part of the spout part of a container is 10 degrees. And has an upwardly open slope. Incidentally, when the angle to the vertical line of the slope over 10 °, Note upper end inner peripheral surface of the outlet portion and the closeness of the container becomes extremely large, it closed torque becomes abnormally high Ku.
[0014]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (a), the height (H) of the outer peripheral surface of the inner sealing ring (101) that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the container outlet portion is determined by the cap outlet portion of the container. The height is set to be equivalent to 20 ° to 60 ° in the screwing rotation angle at the time of screwing. In addition, when the screwing rotation angle is 20 ° or less, the tightness with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the container outlet is insufficient, and when the screwing rotation angle is 60 ° or more, the container outlet. The closeness with the inner peripheral surface of the upper end portion of the is more than necessary, and the closing torque is increased.
[0015]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), the contact sealing ring (101) has an inverted triangular shape with a height (h) of 0.3 to 1.0 mm, and a tip angle (β °) at the lower end. The acute angle is 30 to 90 °. In addition, when the height is 0.3 mm or less, the sealing effect is deteriorated, and a height of 1.0 mm or more is not necessary in view of the sealing effect and the structure. Further, when the tip angle is 30 ° or less, there is no waist and the closeness is lowered, and when it is 90 ° or more, it is difficult to change following the state of the closing torque, and the sealing performance is impaired.
[0016]
Further, the gap (D) between the outer contact ring (103) shown in FIG. 3 and the outer periphery of the upper end of the spout tube (220) of the spout (200) is the same as the tip of the female screw (121) of the cap (100). It is provided in the range of -0.3 mm to +0.3 mm of the distance (d) from the valley of the male screw (221) of the spout tube of the spout. It should be noted that when the distance (d) between the tip of the female screw of the cap and the valley of the male screw of the spout is −0.3 mm or less, there is an effect of providing a gap between the outer contact ring and the outer periphery of the upper end portion of the spout tube of the spout. If the upper end of the dispensing cylinder falls to the outside, the sealing effect of the inner sealing ring and the contact sealing ring may be hindered, or the tightness between the male screw and the female screw. Increases the opening torque during use and causes friction on the contact surface of the thread.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cap in the container of the present embodiment described above is provided with an inner sealing ring and a contact sealing ring adjacent to the outside on the lower surface of the top plate, and at the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall, An outer abutment ring is provided, and the outer abutment ring is arranged so that when the cap is screwed onto the container spout, the spout of the container does not fall outward. Since the outer periphery of the upper end of the container is in contact with the outer periphery of the upper end of the container , the cap is attached to the spout of a relatively low rigidity. When screwing, even if the upper end of the spout tube is tilted outward due to the closing torque, it stops by contacting the outer abutment ring provided on the upper end of the inner peripheral surface of the cap. No more falling down. For this reason, the cap is not screwed into the spout pipe of the spout more than necessary, and therefore the opening torque during use is also appropriate. In addition, since at least the contact sealing ring maintains close contact with the top surface of the upper end of the spout pipe, the sealing effect of the cap against the spout is also good. In addition, excessive friction at the contact surface between the cap female screw and the spout male screw can be prevented.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
The cap in the container of the present invention is provided with an appropriately shaped inner sealing ring and contact sealing ring in close contact with the container outlet on the top plate, and the upper end of the container outlet. An outer abutment ring having an appropriate distance from the outer periphery is provided, and due to these synergistic effects, the container of the present invention becomes a container having a highly sealed cap with a low opening / closing torque. The container of the present invention can also be used when the material of the spout part of the container is relatively low in rigidity.
