本発明は、祝儀、葬儀、法事等において飾られる生花等を載置する、組み立て式の生花スタンドに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
祝儀や葬儀、法事等において飾られるスタンド花は、従来、支柱に花の置台を設けたスタンドに、花を籠や金属製等の花器に生け込んだものを載せて飾るようにしている。この花を飾るスタンドは、一般に、数本の支柱を組み、その上端等に花器の置台を設けて形成されており、高価であるため、行事の終了後はこれを回収するようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、近年の交通事情の悪化から回収に時間がかかり過ぎたり、多くの手間を要し、さらには、器材の保管場所も要することから、回収のメリットがなくなってきている。

本発明は、かかる事情にかんがみなされたもので、材料費の安い紙管と紙板等を材料として、軽量で現地での組み立てが簡易にできるとともに、使い捨てができ、回収の手間と費用を節減することのできるようにした、組み立て式の生花スタンドを提供しようとするものである。

【問題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するための本発明の構成について、添付の図面を参照して説明すると、請求項１の組み立て式生花スタンドは、紙板等で形成された脚板の一対２ａ，２ｂを、嵌め合せ用の切込溝３ａ，３ｂを介して十字状に分離可能に結合させて組脚１を形成し、その結合部に、結合筒８を嵌め合せ用の切込溝５ａ，５ｂ，９を介して分離可能に立設してなる支持台脚Ａと、上記結合筒８に着脱可能に挿嵌される支柱Ｂと、紙板等で形成された翼板の一対15ａ，15ｂを、嵌め合せ用の切込溝17ａ，17ｂを介して十字状に分離可能に結合させるとともに、その結合部を上記支柱Ｂの上端部に嵌め合せ用の切込溝12，18を介して分離可能に結合させる花器置台Ｃとよりなることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。図１は、本発明生花スタンドの第１の実施態様を示し、図２は、同第２の実施態様を示し、図３〜図６は、生花スタンドの各部材を示したものである。

まず、第１の実施態様について説明する。この生花スタンドは、図１に示すように、支持台脚Ａと支柱Ｂと上部の花器置台Ｃとよりなる。

支持台脚Ａは、図１、図３に示すように、紙板やベニヤ板等の板材で形成された一対の脚板２ａ，２ｂを互いに嵌め合せた組脚１と、その組み合せた組脚１に嵌着される紙管等よりなる比較的短尺の結合筒８と補強環10を備えている。

脚板２ａ，２ｂは、横長な台形に形成されている。一方の脚板２ａは、その中央部に、下辺から上下中間部までに、ほぼ板厚に相当する幅の嵌め合せ用の切込溝３ａが設けられているとともに、その切込溝３ａを挟んだ両側の位置に、結合環８（図３（ロ）参照）を嵌入する嵌入溝４ａ，４ａが設けられている。また、他方の脚板２ｂには、その中央部に、頂辺から上下中間部までに、同じく嵌め合せ用の切込溝３ｂが設けられているとともに、その切込溝３ｂを挟むように、位置して上記嵌入溝４ａと対応する嵌入溝４ｂ，４ｂが設けられている。そして、両脚板２ａ，２ｂとも、中央部を挟んでその両側に所要の間隔をおいて、頂辺より下辺に向けて延びる、結合筒８嵌め込み用の切込溝５ａ，５ｂが設けられており、さらに、両端部の下辺に脚台７取付用の切込溝６が設けられている。また、結合筒８は紙管等により形成され、その一端部（下端部）には、上記脚板２ａ，２ｂの板厚にほぼ相当する幅を有する嵌め込み用の切込溝９の４本が周方向に等間隔をおいて設けられている。

支持台脚Ａの組み付けは、上記一対の脚板２ａ，２ｂを切込溝３ａ，３ｂを対向させて上下に嵌め合せてやれば切込溝３ａ，３ｂはそれぞれ相手方の脚板２ａ，２ｂを挟み、図３（イ）に示すような十字状に組み付けた状態となる。そして、結合筒８を、その切込溝９を各脚板２ａ，２ｂの切込溝５ａ，５ｂに合せて押し下げてやれば、切込溝９は脚板２ａ，２ｂを挟み込んで組みつけられることになる。また、脚板２ａ，２ｂの嵌入溝４ａ，４ｂには、補強環10を嵌め込み、組み付けが完了する。それにより、両脚板２ａ，２ｂと、結合筒８とは、互いに切込溝３ａ，３ｂ，５ａ，５ｂを介して嵌め合せられるとともに、補強環の嵌め込みにより、それら各部材がさらに一体的に強固に結合されることになる。

支柱Ｂは、図１、図４に示すように、結合筒８に挿入できる径の紙管等により形成されており、その下端部には、脚板２ａ，２ｂの頂部の挟み込まれる所要長さの上下方向に長い切込溝11，11が設けられ、また、その上端部には、後述する上部の花器台Ｃを挟み込むための所要長さの上下方向に長い切込溝12，12が周方向にほぼ等間隔をおいて設けられている。そして、この支柱Ｂは、その下部を結合筒８に挿入し、その切込溝11，11を脚板２ａ，２ｂの頂部に挟み合せて組み付け、立設される。なお、上記の切込溝11はなくてもよく、その場合は、支柱Ｂの下端は単に脚板２ａ，２ｂの頂端に載接されることになる。

上部花器置台Ｃは、図１、図５に示すように、支柱Ｂの上端部に組み付けられるもので、紙板やベニヤ板等の板材で形成された一対の翼板15ａ，15ｂを互いに嵌め合せて構成される。各翼板には、その上辺の両端部に突片16が上方に向けて突設され、一方の翼片15ａは、その中央部に、下辺から上下中間部にわたる、ほぼ板厚に相当する幅の嵌め合せ用の切込溝17ａが設けられ、また、他方の翼片15ｂの方には、その中央部に、上辺から上下中間部に渡る同じく嵌め合背用の切込溝17ｂが設けられている。そして、上記切込溝17ａ，17ｂを挟むように位置して、支柱Ｂの上部の切込溝12と対応して嵌め込みする切込溝18が設けられている。また、翼板15ａ，15ｂの突片16，16間の上辺には、所要の間隔をおいて補強環20を嵌め込む切込溝19，19が設けられている。

この上部花器置台Ｃは、上記一対の翼板15ａ，15ｂを、切込溝17ａ，17ｂと対向させ上下に嵌め合せ、図５（イ）に示すような十字状に組み付け、切込溝19，19に補強環20を嵌め込んで形成される。この上部花器置台Ｃを支柱Ｂへ取り付けるには、各切込溝18を支柱Ｂの管壁を挟み、支柱Ｂの切込溝12は、翼板15ａ，15ｂを挟んで花器置台Ｃを押し下げてやれば、容易に離脱することなく取り付けられることになる。

上記生花スタンドの組み付け作業は、花の飾り付けを行う場所において容易に行うことができる。そして、生花スタンドを接地する際には、必要に応じて、図１に示すように、各脚板２ａ，２ｂの外端部下側にある切込溝６を利用して、紙管等で作った脚台７を嵌着する。また、図２に鎖線で示したように、各脚板２ａ，２ｂの隣り合った外端部間を紐等13によって結んでやれば、各脚板２ａ，２ｂ外端部の間隔を保って支持台脚Ａを補強できることになる。そして、花器類Ｅは支柱Ｂの上端部に組み付けられた花器置台Ｃの突片16，16で囲まれた上に載置される。なお、花器台Ｃに載せる花器類Ｅは籠や金属製等従来のものでも良いが、例えば図１にあるように、太い短尺な紙管30に底板31を設けて形成した使い捨てできるものを使用すれば都合がよい。

行事が終えて生花スタンドを撤収するには、花器類Ｅを取り除いて、花器置台Ｃを支柱Ｂより分離し、ついで、結合筒８より支柱Ｂを引き抜き、支持台脚Ａと花器置台Ｃをそれぞれ分解する。それら花器置台Ｃと支柱Ｂと支持台脚Ａの分離及び花器置台Ｃ、支持台脚Ａの分解は、各部材が切込溝部分における差し込みで組み付けられているので、その各差し込み方向と反対の方向に部材を互いにずらせてやることにより、組み付け前の状態に容易、簡便に分離、分解ができることになる。分離、分解した生花スタンドは、組み付けて再使用することができ、また、廃棄処分することもできる。

次に第２の実施態様について説明する。この生花スタンドは、図２に示すように、さきの生花スタンドのものに下部の花器置台Ｄを付加したことが特徴となっている。下部の花器置台Ｄは、上記の支持台脚Ａと組み合せて使用される。この場合、支持台脚Ａの組脚には、図3に示すように、その脚板２ａ，２ｂには、上記の構成のものに花器置台Ｄ組み付け用の係合溝20ａ，20ｂが設けられる。なお、この係合溝20ａ，20ｂは、さきの実施態様における脚板２ａ，２ｂに設けておくことができる。

下部の花器置台Ｄは、図３、図６に示すように、紙板等の板材により、横長で一端側を高く他端側を低く形成した異形の脚板の一対21ａ，21ｂを互いに嵌め合せて構成される。

この異形の脚板は、上辺の中央部が所要長さにわたり水平縁22に形成され、その水平縁22の両側に突片23が上方に向けて突設され、一方の脚板21ａの方には、水平縁22の中心部位置に、下辺から上下中間部にわたる、ほぼ板厚に相当する幅の嵌め合せ用の切込溝24ａが設けられ、また、他方の脚板21ｂの方には、水平縁22の中心部から上下中間部にわたる同じく嵌め合背用の切込溝24ｂが設けられている。そして、各脚板21ａ，21ｂの低く形成された一端部の下辺には、上記組脚１の脚板２ａ，２ｂに設けられた切込溝20ａ，20ｂと互いに嵌め合される切込溝26が設けられており、また、脚板21ａ，21ｂの高く形成された他端部の下辺には、台脚７取付け用の切込溝25が設けられている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の生花スタンドは、支持台脚と支柱と花器置台とが分離可能に組み付けられるとともに、支持台脚の組脚と花器置台は紙板材等を用いて分離可能の組み付けとなっているとともに、支持台脚の結合筒及び支柱は紙管等を用いて形成されているので、軽量で安価にでき、運搬や保管が場所をとらず容易であり、現地での組立が簡易にできる。そして、材料が安価な紙材等を使用しているので使い捨てすることができ、回収の手間と費用の節減が図れる。
また、各部材は切込溝を相互に嵌め合せて組み付けられるので、他に接着剤や止金類を使用しなくても強度の高い生花スタンドが形成できる。
