Description
本出願は、米国特許法第119条(e)の下で、2002年8月8日に提出された米国特許仮出願第60/401,966号に対する優先権を請求する2002年10月11日に提出された米国特許出願整理番号第10/269,905号の利益を請求する。
上記の実施形態の変形形態も企図されている。たとえば、一実施形態では、本主題は、温度変動に割り当てられる周波数スペクトルの量を減少させ、それによってデータ送信のために使用可能な帯域幅を増加させる。たとえば、温度補正は、遠距離場データ送信速度を50キロバイト毎秒(kBPS)から69kBPSに増加させることを可能にする。

Claims (12)
- 感知された温度を基にして出力信号を供給するように構成された埋め込み可能な温度センサと、
前記センサと結合され、前記出力信号を基にして制御信号を発生させるように構成された埋め込み可能な比較器と、
前記埋め込み可能な比較器と結合され、前記制御信号を基にして送信周波数スペクトル帯域幅を調節させるように構成された埋め込み可能な無線遠距離場送信機と
を備える埋め込み可能な長距離にわたる遠隔測定システム。 - 前記無線送信機が、2つ以上の出力レベルで送信するように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記無線送信機が、2つ以上のデータ速度で送信するように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記埋め込み可能な無線送信機が、前記制御信号を基にして無効化されるように構成されている請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 埋め込み可能な医療用デバイスと結合された、異なる送信周波数スペクトル帯域幅の2つ以上の選択可能な送信周波数スペクトルと周波数スペクトル選択手段とを有する遠距離場送信機と、
温度を基にした出力信号を有する温度センサと、
前記周波数スペクトル選択手段と結合され、かつ前記出力信号と結合され、前記出力信号を基にして、前記2つ以上の選択可能な送信周波数スペクトルの1つの送信周波数スペクトルを選択するように構成されているコントローラと
を備える埋め込み可能な長距離にわたる遠隔測定装置。 - 前記埋め込み可能な医療用デバイスと結合された遠隔測定回路をさらに備える請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、電圧レベルを調節するように構成されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、電流レベルを調節するように構成されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、送信データ速度を調節するように構成されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、送信出力レベルを調節するように構成されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、遠距離場送信機を選択的に有効化するように構成されている請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記コントローラが、遠距離場送信機に選択的に付勢するように構成されている請求項5に記載の装置。
