Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a sanitary water supply device for pharmaceutical and food manufacturing processes.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For high-purity equipment used in pharmaceutical factories, for example, for water for injection, the liquid for injection is stored in a sealed liquid tank, mixed with the drug substance and stirred, and then taken out from the bottom when necessary. However, the conventional apparatus is as shown in FIG. That is, the water supply port 51 and the same outlet 52 are arranged vertically in a closed liquid tank 50, and a stirring device 53 is provided at the bottom so that the top plate of the tank can breathe to communicate with the space above the water surface in the tank and the outside air. A filter 54 is provided.
[0003]
Thus, conventionally, when the water in the liquid tank is taken out and the water level drops, the pressure becomes low, so the outside air is automatically introduced from the breathing filter 54, and the water is always taken out at the same atmospheric pressure as the outside air. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional apparatus, since the service water is taken out from the bottom in a state where the pressure in the liquid tank is the same as or lower than the outside air, the discharge rate of the service water is slow and stable supply cannot be performed. However, in liquids such as injection preparations, there is a possibility that bacteria and impurities may be mixed, and these disinfection and sterilization operations have been accompanied by great difficulty.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems. The object of the present invention is to increase the pressure in the liquid tank by an air pump, and when excess air exceeds a predetermined value, the excess air is removed from the system. Sanitary water supply that makes it easy to disinfect and sterilize while ensuring high-purity water by eliminating impurities and making it possible to keep it at a constant high pressure by evacuating and reducing pressure instantaneously An apparatus is provided to solve the above-mentioned problems.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a sanitary water supply device in the present invention is a sanitary water supply device in a pharmaceutical or food production process, wherein an air pump and a sealed water tank for water are connected by a pipe, The air above the water surface in the liquid tank is kept in a high pressure state by the air pumped from the pump, and if the air pressure in the liquid tank rises beyond a certain value to the branch pipe branched from the middle of the pipe, the air pressure A pressure regulating valve that opens and depressurizes and has a check valve function is provided. By discharging the pressure regulating valve to the outside of the system, water is discharged from the outlet at the bottom of the tank at a constant high pressure. To be configured.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
When the air is pumped through the piping to the space above the water surface in the liquid tank, the space becomes high atmospheric pressure and is increased to a predetermined value. If the air pressure becomes too high beyond a certain limit, the valve body is pushed up by the air pressure acting on the pressure regulating valve to open, and excess air is released to the outside air. As a result, a constant high pressure is maintained in the liquid tank. In the liquid tank, the drug substance is mixed into the irrigation water, and the injection preparation liquid obtained by mixing and stirring with the stirring device is taken out from the outlet at the bottom of the liquid tank, but the liquid tank is kept at a predetermined high pressure. Therefore, a quick and stable supply is performed.
[0008]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a preparation tank (liquid tank) equipped with a stirrer and a piping diagram. The liquid tank 12 is provided with a closed vertical tank and a stirring device 18 at the bottom thereof, a water inlet 15 through which high-purity water is introduced, a drug substance inlet 19, and an air inlet for increasing air pressure. 17 is provided, and an outlet 16 for taking out the preparation liquid is provided in the lower part. Reference numeral 11 denotes an air pump, which sends air pressure into the space above the water surface in the liquid tank 12 through the pipe 13 and the air inlet 17 to bring the space into a high pressure state.
[0009]
The pressure regulating valve 10 can be freely opened and closed in a valve case 10a having an inlet 1 connected to a branch pipe 14 branched from a portion near the liquid tank 12 of the pipe 13 and an outlet 2 opened so as to be discharged to the outside air. When the air pressure exceeds a certain value and the air pressure increases, the valve body 5 is pushed up by the air pressure exceeding the limit to open the valve opening, and the pressure is reduced by opening the valve. Thus, the inside of the liquid tank 12 is always kept at a predetermined high pressure state. After the pressure is reduced to a predetermined value, the valve body 5 closes the valve opening by its own weight or set pressure and functions as a check valve.
[0010]
Such a pressure regulating valve may be a commercially available one generally referred to as a pressure reducing valve or a blister valve. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 20 denotes a filter, which is provided in the middle of the pipe 13, preferably near the air pump 11.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the water contained in the liquid tank can be taken out under a predetermined high pressure regardless of the fluctuation of the water level, so that quick and stable supply can be performed. However, since the inside of the liquid tank is blocked from the outside air and does not come into direct contact with the outside air, contamination of impurities can be avoided, and operations such as disinfection and sterilization after use can be easily performed.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a piping diagram in which the present invention is implemented in a preparation tank for a preparation machine.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional preparation tank for a preparation machine.
