Description

【0001】

Next, an embodiment of a pachinko machine according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a pachinko machine to which the present invention is applied, and FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof. In FIG. 1, 1 is a front frame of the pachinko machine, and 2 is a game board that is detachably attached to the back surface of the front frame 1. A glass door frame 3 and a front plate 4 are attached to the front frame 1 so as to be freely opened and closed. An upper ball receiving tray 5 for supplying a hit ball is mounted on the front surface of the front plate 4, and a lower ball receiving tray 6 for storing surplus balls of the upper ball receiving tray 5 and an operation handle 7 are mounted on the lower portion of the front frame 1. .
[0012]
A synthetic resin mechanism plate 8 is mounted on the back surface of the game board 2, and a ball tank 9 is fixed to the upper surface of the mechanism plate 8. A tank rail 10 and a curve rail 11 for arranging and guiding pachinko balls are arranged below the ball tank 9, and a ball dispensing device 12 is connected to the downstream end thereof.
[0013]
Below the ball dispensing device 12, a ball discharge basket 14 that guides the pachinko balls dispensed from the ball dispensing device 12 to the upper ball receiving tray 5 through the ball lead-out path 13 and an excess ball of the upper ball receiving tray 5 flow down. A surplus ball discharge rod 16 led to the lower ball tray 6 through the rod 15 is formed in a bowl shape with the rear surface open, and the open side is closed by the back cover 17. Reference numeral 18 denotes a bell that is provided on the ball discharge basket 14 and makes a sound when a pachinko ball paid out from the ball paying device 12 collides.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the ball dispensing device 12 includes a case body 20 and a ball stopping device 21 for stopping the earliest pachinko ball, and the case body 20 communicates with the curved rail 11. The ball frame 22 has a refracting portion 23 that curves sharply downward at the lower end of a supply passage portion 22a that is formed in a gentle downward inclination. And a vertical payout passage portion 22b.
[0015]
The ball stopping device 21 includes an operating body 25 and a solenoid 27 as an electric drive source for operating the operating body 25 via a link member 26. The actuating body 25 is pivotally supported by a support shaft 28 on the inner peripheral side of the payout passage portion 22b, and a support portion 29 that advances and retreats to the ball passage 22 is pointed in a tapered shape in a hook shape. The upper surface of the portion 29 is formed in a circular arc shape centering on the support shaft 28. A long hole 30 is provided at the base of the operating body 25, and an engagement pin 31 formed on the link member 26 is engaged with the long hole 30. The link member 26 is formed in a square shape as a whole, is positioned below the operating body 25 and is pivotally mounted by a shaft 32, and a bifurcated engagement portion 33 is formed at the rear end. The projecting piece 36 of the operating body 35 fixed to the plunger 34 of the solenoid 27 is engaged. When the solenoid 27 is energized, the actuating body 25 rotates repeatedly with the support shaft 28 as a fulcrum through the link member 26, and the tip support portion 29 is opened from the window hole 37 formed in the inner peripheral wall of the ball path 22. By moving in and out, the flow of the earliest pachinko balls in the supply passage 22a can be stopped. The engagement pin 31 is formed in a hollow shaft shape and is reinforced with a rounded shape at the base of the engagement pin 31 so as to withstand severe operating frequency. Reference numeral 38 denotes a rotation restricting portion of the operating body 25, and 39 denotes a guide rib for restricting the sliding of the operating body 35. The long hole 30 may be a through hole having a larger diameter than the engagement pin 31 including a clearance.
[0016]
Reference numeral 40 denotes an optical ball counting sensor composed of a projector 40a and a light receiver 40b. Reference numeral 41 denotes a U-shaped mounting frame that supports the sensor 40. The sensor 40 is supported by the mounting frame 41. Are arranged so that their optical axes intersect at a position slightly downstream of the pachinko sphere supported by, and at a position shifted from the center line of the ball passage 22.
And it arrange | positions so that this pachinko ball may be detected by the pachinko ball immediately after the restraint by this support part 29 was released, blocking an optical axis. In other words, the pachinko ball stopped by the support portion 29 is not yet detected without blocking the optical axis. Reference numeral 42 denotes a shielding plate that surrounds the sensor 40, and is provided with locking holes 43, 43 at both end edges of two parallel pieces having a U-shaped cross section, and claw portions 44, 44 provided in the case body 20. It can be attached by engaging using the elasticity of the shielding plate 42. At this time, since the shielding plate 42 is mounted across the case frame 20a and the cover body 20b, the ball dispensing device 12 can be assembled at the same time without using screws. In this embodiment, an optical sensor will be described as the ball counting sensor, but sensors of other detection types such as an electromagnetic type and a capacitance type may be used.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 6, the supply passage portion 22a is provided with a triangular convex portion 46 having a tapered surface 46a of about 40 degrees on the inner wall of the passage, and a concave portion 47 is formed opposite to the convex portion 46. It is provided so that the pachinko balls flow down in a meandering manner. The convex portions 46 are located between pachinko balls continuously stopped by the support portion 29 of the operating body 25, and the height is selected to be approximately equal to or less than the hemisphere of the diameter of the pachinko balls, and the pachinko balls are provided in the supply passage portion 22a. In the state where the ball is continuously stopped, the pachinko ball is stopped almost linearly. As shown in FIG. 6, the pachinko sphere contacting the upstream side of the convex portion 46 and the subsequent pachinko sphere are shifted in the position of the ball center by the step 48 on the side wall provided with the convex portion 46. Yes. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, an inclined flat surface 23a is formed on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall of the refracting portion 23 with a predetermined dip angle of about 45 degrees, and a vertical surface 23b continues to the lower end of the inclined flat surface 23a. .
[0018]
In the ball payout device 12 of the pachinko machine configured as described above, when the solenoid 27 is excited by a command from the ball payout control device, the support portion 29 of the operating body 25 is opened as shown in FIG. When the pachinko ball is submerged from the hole 37 and is no longer restrained, the pachinko ball is paid out by its own weight to the ball discharge rod 14 through the payout passage 22b, and the ball counting sensor 40 detects the predetermined number of pachinko balls. When the command is issued again from the payout control device and the support portion 29 of the operating body 25 protrudes, the payout of the pachinko balls stops. Then, the pachinko balls paid out to the ball discharge basket 14 are guided to the upper ball tray 5 through the ball outlet path 13.
[0019]
In this ball dispensing device 12, the pachinko balls that flow down through the gently inclined supply passage portion 22a flow down to the concave portion 47 by the tapered surface 46a of the convex portion 46 as shown by the chain line in FIG. Further, the pachinko ball in contact with the upstream side of the convex portion 46 is displaced by the step 48 on the side wall so that the center of the subsequent pachinko ball is displaced toward the concave portion 47, so that the ball pressure toward the concave portion 47 is weakened. Yes. As described above, the flow force can be surely weakened while being compact without being bent into an S shape as in the prior art.
[0020]
Further, the pressure of the pachinko ball that flows down the supply passage portion 22a that is further gently inclined is first applied to the tapered surface 46a of the convex portion 46 and applied to the inclined flat surface 23a and the vertical surface 23b. Since the support portion 29 of the operating body 25 moves in and out along the direction of the substantially extending line of the bottom surface of the supply passage portion 22a, the operating body 25 moves in and out without causing pressure to resist the movement. Do not give a big load to. For this reason, the movement of the operating body 25 can always be made smooth.
[0021]
Further, in this ball dispensing device 12, since the vertical dispensing passage portion 22b is formed at the lower end of the gently inclined supply passage portion 22a via the refracting portion 23 that curves sharply downward, it flows down the supply passage portion 22a. As the pachinko ball collides with the vertical surface 23b and passes through the refracting portion 23, the flow velocity is reduced, so that the optical axis of the ball counting sensor 40 does not exceed a certain velocity and detection errors are unlikely to occur. .
[0022]
In addition, by forming an inclined flat surface 23a that is rolled up at a predetermined depression angle on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall of the refracting portion 23, the pachinko balls flowing down the supply passage portion 22a collide with the inclined flat surface 23a and are turned downward. As a result, the speed of the pachinko ball is reduced more effectively. For this reason, it is possible to make detection mistakes less likely to occur. If the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall of the refracting portion 23 is formed in an arcuate shape, the pachinko sphere gradually turns while contacting the arcuate surface, so that the sphere speed is not significantly reduced. On the other hand, when the inclined flat surface 23a is formed, the high-speed pachinko sphere collides with the inclined flat surface 23a and rebounds, so that the speed can be greatly reduced.
[0023]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, since the pachinko sphere supported by the support portion 29 has not been detected by the ball counting sensor 40, even if the pachinko sphere bounces against the support portion 26, the pachinko sphere There is no risk of double detection by the ball counting sensor 40. Further, by arranging the optical axes so as to intersect at a position deviated from the center line of the payout passage portion 22b, even if a large number of pachinko balls run down the ball passage 22 without gaps, no light passes between the pachinko balls. An interval can be passed, and the number of pachinko balls falling can be surely counted.
[0024]
The supply passage portion 22a is not limited to an inclined shape and may be formed in a vertical shape. Further, by providing the unevenness portions 46 and 47 in the payout passage portion 22b, the flow force of the pachinko balls to be paid out can be weakened, and damage and wear of the bell 18 of the ball discharge rod 14 and the ball lead-out passage 13 can be prevented. Further, in the above embodiment, the ball dispensing device 12 has been described as using the solenoid 27 as an electric drive source. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and all the ball dispensing devices including the ball stopping means 21 are used. Is also applicable.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, it is clear from the above description that the ball payout device for the pachinko machine according to the present invention is compact, and the ball pressure applied to the ball stopping means is greatly reduced by forming the uneven portion in the ball passage. There is an advantage that stable operation is realized and the pachinko balls can be reliably delivered. In addition, by providing an uneven portion in the payout passage portion, it is possible to weaken the flow of the pachinko balls to be paid out and prevent damage and wear of the ball discharge rod and the ball lead-out path.
