Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wallpaper gluing machine that continuously applies glue to the back surface of a sheet-like wall covering to be adhered to an indoor wall surface. The present invention relates to a glue liquid level detecting means for controlling the amount of glue in the glue basket when automatically supplying to a paste.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, it is common to apply wall coverings to interior wall surfaces in interior construction of buildings while applying glue continuously to sheet-like wall coverings using a dedicated wallpaper pasting machine on site. It has become. As a general configuration of such a wallpaper pasting machine, the main body of the pasting machine mainly composed of an upper structure and a lower structure in which a plurality of rolls are arranged is placed on a pedestal supported by legs. The sheet-like wall covering material (hereinafter referred to as “cross”) sandwiched between the upper and lower structures is transferred by a roll while the glue is transferred from the glue pad to the back of the cloth.
[0003]
Conventionally, the wallpaper pasting machine has a structure in which a cloth fed from a roll roll is placed on the lower structure in a state where the tip part hangs on the front surface of the main body, the upper structure is closed, and the lower structure and the upper structure are predetermined. In the state where the cross is sandwiched between the rolls, in the manual type, by pulling forward with the tip of the cross, a part of the roll sandwiching the cross at the top and bottom is rotated and the other rolls are rotated in conjunction with the gears. The cloth is conveyed from the rear surface of the pasting machine main body to the front surface side. During the conveyance, the glue is transferred from the roll to the back of the cloth on the top of the roll which is pulling up the glue in the glue basket by the rotation, and sent out from the front side in the state where the glue is applied. In the automatic apparatus, the shaft of a predetermined roll is connected to a drive source such as an electric motor and rotated, so that the other rolls rotate in conjunction with each other through a gear.
[0004]
The glue is applied to the back of the cloth by either transferring the glue directly with a roll that pulls up the glue from the glue basket, or by separately providing a glue raising roll for raising the glue and a glue application roll for applying the glue. In some cases, the paste is transferred from the paste to the gluing roll. In recent years, the use of an automatic wallpaper pasting machine is preferred in that it enables efficient and uniform pasting.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the gluing machine is transported to the site and assembled there, disassembled after use, and then brought back and stored, it is desirable to be small and lightweight. As a result of including a drive unit such as a motor and its control unit, the size is increased and the weight is increased as compared with the manual type.
[0006]
Therefore, in such an automatic wallpaper pasting machine, it is necessary to reduce the size and weight by the configuration of the pasting machine body. The size of the gluing machine main body is mainly determined by the glue paste. However, if the glue paste is simply made smaller, the glue must be supplied frequently, and the operation is interrupted each time, and the efficient gluing operation cannot proceed.
[0007]
Therefore, a configuration is adopted in which the paste is automatically and continuously supplied from the paste tank outside the apparatus into the paste basket using a pump mechanism. However, when the glue is continuously fed into the glue pad by such a pump mechanism, the amount of glue in the glue pad increases more than necessary, making it difficult to apply the appropriate amount of glue to the back of the cloth. It is necessary to control the drive of the pump mechanism so that the glue does not overflow.
[0008]
As such a control method, the upper limit height position of the glue liquid surface corresponding to the glue amount limit value in the glue basket is determined, and the glue liquid surface in the glue basket has reached this predetermined upper limit liquid level. Conventionally, a method of providing a liquid level detection sensor for detecting the above in the gluing machine main body and temporarily stopping the pump drive in response to a sensor signal indicating that the upper limit liquid level has been reached has been adopted.
[0009]
However, a normal wallpaper gluing machine is one in which the gluing machine main body is washed with water after the gluing operation is completed, and the electrical system such as the wiring of the liquid level sensor installed in the gluing machine main body as described above It is difficult to avoid the wetness of water, and there has been a problem that extra care and effort are required to perform sufficient cleaning so as not to wet the electrical system.
[0010]
In view of the above-described problems, the present invention provides a wallpaper provided with a liquid level detection means for detecting that the glue liquid level in the glue basket has reached the upper limit position when the paste is replenished into the glue glue from the outside. An object of the present invention is to provide a wallpaper pasting machine that can easily perform sufficient cleaning of the main body of the pasting machine while avoiding water wetting on the electrical system of the pasting liquid level detecting means.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the wallpaper pasting machine according to the first aspect of the present invention provides the paste contained in the glue paste while feeding the sheet-like wall covering material drawn from the rear face of the pasting machine main body to the front side. In a wallpaper gluing machine that pulls up with a roll and continuously applies glue on the back surface of the wall covering material with a gluing roll, a glue liquid surface in the glue basket is determined in advance when the glue is replenished into the glue basket from the outside. Liquid level detecting means for detecting that the upper limit liquid level is reached, the liquid level detecting means being detachably attached to the gluing machine main body, and a glue in the gluing machine main body A liquid level detection electrode projecting inside the bag, and the detector main body is attached to the gluing machine main body and pressed with the liquid level detection electrode from the outer surface side of the glue bag. This is an electrical connection state.
[0012]
Moreover, the wallpaper pasting machine according to the invention described in claim 2 is the wallpaper pasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the liquid level detection electrode is provided on the bottom surface of the glue pad with the bottom surface penetrating therethrough. A lower electrode, and an upper electrode provided with one end projecting from the glue paste rear surface and the tip thereof being located at the upper limit height of the paste liquid surface and the other end projecting toward the glue paste back side, The detector body has first and second grounding surfaces, and the first grounding surface is electrically connected to the upper electrode on the back side of the glue pad by pressing contact when attached to the pasting machine body. The second grounding surface is electrically connected to the lower electrode on the back side of the glue candy bottom by pressing contact.
[0013]
Further, the wallpaper pasting machine according to the invention described in claim 3 is the wallpaper pasting machine according to claim 1, wherein the detector main body and / or the electrical wiring portion from the detector main body is the glue pasting. Installed in a wallpaper cutting device that cuts the side edge of the wall covering material that is detachably attached to the machine body and transported to the glue machine body, or in a drive control unit that is detachably attached to the glue machine body It is characterized by being.
[0014]
In the present invention, the detector main body of the liquid level detecting means for detecting that the glue liquid level in the glue basket has reached a predetermined upper limit liquid level position is detachably attached to the gluing machine main body. In this case, the detector body and the liquid level detection electrode provided on the glue pad side are electrically connected to each other by pressing contact from the glue pad outer surface side. Since only the electrodes are provided and the electrical connection is cut off at the same time as the detector body is removed from the gluing machine body, the wiring is attached to the gluing machine body from which the detector body has been removed. There is no electrical system, etc., and sufficient water washing can be easily performed without worrying about water wetting.
[0015]
As a specific configuration of the liquid level detection means, the tip of the upper electrode is set at a predetermined upper limit liquid level position in the glue basket, the lower electrode is installed on the bottom surface side in the glue basket, and is filled in the glue basket. If the glue detects the signal when the upper and lower electrodes are energized, it can easily detect that the liquid level has reached the tip of the upper electrode, that is, the liquid level has reached the upper limit liquid level position. it can.
[0016]
When such a detection method is used, one end of the upper electrode protrudes from the rear surface of the glue pad so that the detector body and the electrode are electrically connected and disconnected simultaneously with the attachment and detachment of the paste body of the detector body. The tip is positioned at the upper limit of the glue liquid level and the other end protrudes toward the back side of the glue pad, and the lower electrode is provided on the bottom surface of the glue pad so as to penetrate the bottom surface. When attached to the main body of the gluing machine, the upper and lower electrodes are pressed on the first and second grounding surfaces of the detector main body on the back side of the glue pad and on the back side of the bottom of the glue pad base, respectively. What is necessary is just to connect electrically by contact.
[0017]
Further, the detector main body or the electrical wiring portion from the detector main body that is detachably attached to the gluing machine main body is not limited to a separate device configuration, and is detachably attached to the gluing machine main body. If installed on a wallpaper cutting device or a drive control unit that can be detachably attached to the main body of the gluing machine, the detector main body can be attached to and detached from the main body of the gluing machine simultaneously by attaching and detaching these devices to the main body of the gluing machine. The work process for assembling the wallpaper pasting machine is simplified.
[0018]
The liquid level detection means in the present invention is not limited to an automatic wallpaper pasting machine, and even in a manual type wallpaper pasting machine, the glue is put into the glue basket from outside without removing the upper structure or pulling out the glue from the main body. It is effective when replenishing. In particular, when the glue is continuously and automatically supplied using a pump mechanism, the glue amount can be easily controlled. At this time, if the construction is such that the drive of the pump mechanism is automatically controlled in response to the signal of the liquid level detection by the liquid level detection means, the gluing operation can be further automated.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
As one embodiment of the present invention, a liquid surface that is detachably attached to the gluing machine main body and is provided in a control unit for controlling the driving of the gluing machine by mounting a driving mechanism for rotating various rolls. A slitter (wallpaper cutting device) that consists of a detector main body and upper and lower electrodes provided on the glue tub, and the wiring part of the electrical system connecting these electrodes and the detector main body is attached to the rear surface of the gluing machine main body 1) to 3 show an automatic wallpaper pasting machine equipped with a liquid level detecting means arranged in a bracket).
[0020]
FIG. 1 is a schematic side view showing a configuration of an automatic wallpaper pasting machine according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a schematic partial perspective view showing a configuration inside a glue basket of the glue pasting machine. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the configuration of the grounding portion between the wiring (in the slitter) connected to the detector main body of the glue applicator and the glue pad side electrode, (a) is a partial schematic view of the glue pad back side, (B) is the partial schematic diagram of the slitter front side.
[0021]
In the present wallpaper pasting machine, the roll configuration in the pasting machine main body 1 is basically the same as that of the conventional automatic wallpaper pasting machine, and the pasting machine main body 1 is placed on the lower structure 2 side. For taking in the cloth C fed from the raw roll R pivotally supported by the cross support rods provided on the both sides of the pasting unit body 1 of the base portion 41 of the base 40 into the pasting machine body 1 from the rear surface. A lower feed roll 5 that constitutes a pinch roll, a glue roll 7 that transfers and applies the glue in glue paste 4 to the back of the cloth, a doctor roll 6 that adjusts the amount of glue in contact with the glue roll 7, and a cloth C Leveling rolls 8 for feeding the paste applied to the back surface and feeding it toward the front surface are arranged in parallel so as to be capable of interlocking with each other via a gear.
[0022]
On the upper structure 3 side that is attached to the lower structure 2 so as to be openable and closable, an upper pinch roll 9 that forms a pinch roll paired with the lower feed roll 5 and is arranged in the lower structure 2. The cross roll C is connected between the drive roll 11 and the upper pinch roll 9 and the drive roll 11 for applying a feed tension to the cross C in the front direction of the pasting machine body 1 in conjunction with the rolls that are connected via a gear. Pressing stays or pressing rolls 10 that are pressed from above are arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals.
[0023]
In the present embodiment, a description will be given of an apparatus that automatically supplies continuous glue into the glue basket 4 using a pump device 31 from a glue container 30 that is prepared separately from the gluing machine body 1. A motor drive source for rotating the roll and a control unit 25 (drive controller) for driving and controlling the roll are detachably attached to the gluing machine body 1. The control unit 25 is also connected to a drive unit of the pump device 31 to control driving and stopping of the pump device 31. Basically, the driving of the pump device 31 is synchronized with the driving of the gluing machine main body 1 side, and the glue is continuously and automatically supplied into the gluing basket 4 while the gluing machine is operated. .
[0024]
Furthermore, this wallpaper pasting machine detects that the glue level has reached the upper limit position so that the amount of glue supplied is not more than necessary in the continuous supply of glue by the pump device 31 into the glue basket 4. Thus, liquid level detection means for transmitting a detection signal to the control unit 25 is provided. The control unit 25 receives the detection signal from the liquid level detection means and temporarily stops the driving of the pump device 31 until the signal stops. By such a control mechanism, automatic supply by the pump device 31 is advanced while the paste is always kept below the upper limit position in the paste basket 4.
[0025]
The liquid level detection means in the wallpaper pasting machine is attached to the electrode provided on the side of the glue stick 4, the detector main body mounted in the control unit 25, and the rear face of the pasting machine main body so as to be detachable. The side edge of the cloth C conveyed to the machine main body 1 is installed in a slitter 20 for cutting with a rotary blade 21. When the slitter 20 is attached to the gluing machine main body 1, the electrode and the detector main body are connected to each other. It is comprised from the wiring part electrically connected.
[0026]
In other words, the upper side electrode 15 provided on one side of the glue pad 4 is protruded from the rear surface 4x of the glue pad and the tip thereof is positioned at the upper limit height of the paste liquid surface and the other end protrudes in a penetrating manner on the back side of the glue pad. And a lower electrode 16 provided through the bottom surface 4y of the glue basket 4 in a state of passing through the bottom surface 4y. When the slitter 20 is attached to the rear surface of the pasting machine body 1, these upper electrodes are provided. 15 and the lower electrode 16 are provided with a first ground surface 22 and a second ground surface 23 that are in press contact with both electrodes, respectively, at the portions that contact the ends protruding from the outer side and the bottom rear side of the glue pad. ing.
[0027]
The slitter 20 is internally provided with wiring connected to the detector main body in the control unit 25, and the first and second ground planes (22, 23) and the end portions of the upper electrode 15 and the lower electrode 16. The electrode and the detector main body are brought into an electrically connected state by the press contact with.
[0028]
In the wallpaper pasting machine of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, the driving of each drive unit is started by a command via the control unit 25 and the driving operation of the pasting machine is started. Continuous supply of the glue in the glue container 30 into the glue basket 4 is started, and the liquid level detection main body is also set to the detection mode.
[0029]
Normally, the flow rate of the glue supplied to the glue paste 4 by the pump device 31 is based on the amount of glue used by the glue application work of the glue applicator so that the amount of glue in the glue cake does not decrease with time. Supply flow rate is the same or higher.
[0030]
Therefore, the glue in the glue basket 4 tends to increase with the lapse of time of the operation of the glueing machine, but the upper surface position of the upper electrode 15 is reached by the liquid level rise accompanying the increase in the glue glue 4. When the liquid level touches the tip, current is passed between the bottom lower electrode 16 and a liquid level detection signal is generated in the detector body via the wiring in the slitter 20, and the pump drive control unit of the control unit 25. Called to. In response to receiving the liquid level detection signal, the control unit 25 commands the primary stop of the driving of the pump device 31.
[0031]
If the gluing operation further proceeds while the pump device 31 is stopped, the amount of glue in the glue basket 4 decreases with the use of the glue by applying glue, the glue liquid level drops, and the upper electrode 15 The power supply to the lower electrode 16 is cut off from the tip. As a result, the liquid level detection signal disappears, and the control unit 25 switches the pump drive control by not receiving the detection signal, starts driving the pump device 31 again, and restarts the glue supply.
[0032]
During the operation of the gluing machine, the above operation is repeated, so that the gluing basket 4 is always filled with glue below the upper limit position, and the gluing operation can proceed well without interruption.
When the gluing operation is completed and the operation of the gluing machine is stopped and the driving of the pump device 31 and the detection mode of the liquid level detector main body are stopped, the gluing machine main body 1 is removed with the control unit 25 and the slitter 20 and washed with water. However, when the control unit 25 and the slitter 20 are removed, the connection with the wiring on the detector side is cut off, so that sufficient washing can be easily performed without worrying about water getting wet into the electric system.
[0033]
As described above, in the gluing machine of the present embodiment, the electrical system of the liquid level detection means and the gluing machine main body are ground planes when the detector main body including the wiring portion is attached to the gluing machine main body. Therefore, the electrical connection is easily cut off by removing the detector body side including the wiring part, and the electrical system remains in the pasting machine body after removal. Therefore, the rinsing machine main body after the gluing operation can be easily and sufficiently washed with water.
[0034]
In the above embodiment, a configuration is shown in which the detector main body of the liquid level detecting means is provided in the control unit 25, and the wiring part for connecting the detector main body and the electrode on the paste paste 4 side is provided in the slitter 20. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the detector main body including the wiring part is provided separately from the control part 25 and the slitter 20 and is detachably attached to the gluing machine main body. Also good. If possible in design, the detector main body may be mounted in the slitter 20.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the wallpaper gluing machine of the present invention, the electrical system of the liquid level detection means and the gluing machine main body are the ground plane when the detector main body including the wiring portion is attached to the gluing machine main body. Therefore, the electrical connection is easily cut off by removing the detector body including the wiring part, and the glue system itself after the removal has an electrical system. Since it does not remain, there is an effect that the sizing machine body after the sizing operation can be easily and sufficiently washed with water.
