Description
前記流路の流路幅よりも小さい照射スポットを有する光を、前記流路幅方向に走査させながら前記試料に対して照射する光照射方法を提供する。
照射光の照射スポットを流路幅方向に走査させることで、少なくとも照射光の照射スポットのエネルギー密度を相対的に高くすることができる。その結果、光源の出力パワーの低減や、照射光の集光効率の改善が可能となる。
次に、本発明は、前記光照射は、ガルバノミラー、電気光学素子、ポリゴンミラー、MEMS素子の少なくともいずれかを用いて走査させる光照射方法を提供する。
そして、本発明は、前記指向性光の走査を、下記式(1)を満たす条件で行う光照射方法を提供する。
流路中に存在する試料に光照射する光照射装置であり、前記流路の流路幅よりも小さい照射スポットを有する光を照射する光源と、前記光を前記流路幅方向に走査させる走査手段と、を少なくとも備えた光照射装置を提供する。前記走査手段を備えることで、光源の出力パワーの低減や、照射光の集光効率の改善がなされた光照射装置とすることができる。
更に、本発明は、前記光照射装置を備えた微粒子解析装置を提供する。

Claims (4)
- 流路の流路幅よりも小さい照射スポットを有する指向性光を、ガルバノミラー、電気光学素子、ポリゴンミラー、MEMS素子の少なくともいずれかにより前記流路幅方向に走査させながら、前記流路中に存在する試料に照射する光照射方法であり、
前記指向性光の照射目標位置よりも前記流路の上流において、前記試料に光照射をして前記流路内における前記試料の位置情報を得て、該位置情報に基づいて前記試料が前記指向性光の照射スポットに到達する時間を算出し、前記試料が前記指向性光の照射スポットに到達したときにのみ前記指向性光を照射する光照射方法。 - 前記指向性光の走査を、下記式(1)を満たす条件で行う請求項1記載の光照射方法。
- 流路の流路幅よりも小さい照射スポットを有する指向性光を照射する光源と、
前記指向性光を、ガルバノミラー、電気光学素子、ポリゴンミラー、MEMS素子の少なくともいずれかにより前記流路幅方向に走査させながら、前記流路中に存在する試料に照射する走査手段と、を備えた光照射装置であり、
前記指向性光の照射目標位置よりも前記流路の上流において、前記試料に光照射をして前記流路内における前記試料の位置情報を得て、該位置情報に基づいて前記試料が前記指向性光の照射スポットに到達する時間を算出し、前記試料が前記指向性光の照射スポットに到達したときにのみ前記指向性光を照射する照射制御手段を備える光照射装置。 - 請求項3記載の光照射装置を備えた微粒子解析装置。
