しかしながら、塵芥収容箱内に押込板が満杯になって来ると、押込板が塵芥を塵芥収容箱内に押込む際に、塵芥からの反力を受けて回転板が押し下げられてしまうことがある(図4(A)参照)。回転板が押し下げられると、押込板が塵芥を押込む際に、回転板上の塵芥のうちその一部が当該回転板上に残ってしまい、残った塵芥は、次のサイクルで回転板が正転したときにテールゲートの塵芥投入口に戻されるので、作業効率が低下する。また、塵芥投入口に戻された塵芥は、テールゲートの塵芥投入口側に飛散してしまうので(図4(B)参照)、環境衛生上からも好ましくない。

本発明の目的は、回転板が瞬間的に押し下げられる不具合を解消して、塵芥の積込作業効率が低下しないようにした塵芥収集車の積込制御方法を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本発明の請求項1に係る塵芥収集車の積込制御方法は、テールゲート内で回転板によって掻き上げられた塵芥を塵芥収容箱に押込板によって押込んで積込む制御方法で、回転板の駆動モータを制動するブレーキを設け、正転完了スイッチにより回転板の正転完了が検知されたとき、ブレーキを作動させて駆動モータを制動し、所定時間後に回転板の回転板バルブを切り換えて駆動モータを停止するようにしたものである。本発明は、回転板の正転完了を正転完了スイッチが検知してから、当該回転板の回転板バルブが完全に切り換わるまでにはタイムラグがあることに鑑み、先にブレーキバルブを作動して回転板の駆動モータにブレーキを掛け、所定時間後、例えばブレーキが完全に掛かった後に回転板バルブを切り換えるようにして、回転板の正転完了と同時に、瞬間的に押し下げられる不具合を解消している。

本発明の塵芥収集車の積込制御方法に係る実施の形態を図1,2を参照して説明する。
最初に、本積込制御方法に用いる油圧回路を図1を参照して簡単に説明する。
回転板3(図3を参照)は、3ポジション両ソレノイド型の回転板制御バルブ10の作動によって正転・逆転駆動される油圧モータ(駆動モータ)11の回転軸(図示せず)に取り付けられている。この油圧モータ11にはブレーキ12が付設され、ブレーキ12は、シリンダ12a内を摺動するピストン12bと、その一方のスプリング座をシリンダ12aの内底に、その他方のスプリング座をピストン12bの一方側に取り付けたスプリング12cと、ピストン12bの他方側と油圧モータ11の回転軸間に互いに対向配置された複数の制動板12dとで構成されている。そして、このブレーキ12には2ポジション片ソレノイド型のブレーキバルブ13が配設され、このブレーキバルブ13のソレノイドに電流が流れることにより当該ブレーキバルブ13が作動するようになっており、ブレーキバルブ13が作動してこのブレーキ12に油圧が供給される場合は、この給油圧によりスプリング12cの付勢力に抗して制動板12d間が切離されるので、油圧モータ11の回転軸にブレーキ12が掛からないようになる。一方、ブレーキバルブ13を切り換えて(ブレーキバルブ13への電流を切って)給油圧が遮断される場合は、スプリング12cの付勢力により制動板12d間が圧接されるので、油圧モータ11の回転軸にブレーキ12が掛かるようになる。尚、14は、押込板4(図3を参照)の3ポジション両ソレノイド型の押込板バルブであり、15は、油タンクである。

本積込制御方法を用いた積込動作を図1,3に加え図2を参照して説明する。
本積込制御方法においても、従来の積込制御方法で述べたように、テールゲート2内に投入された塵芥Gが、回転板3によって塵芥収容箱5の入口のところ、即ち、回転完了位置Aのところまで掻き上げられ、掻き上げられた回転板3上の塵芥Gが、押込板4によって塵芥収容箱5内に押込まれて積込動作の一サイクルが終了することは同様であるが、従来の積込制御方法とは下記の点で異なる。
