Description
D1:乾燥時の環境(たとえば、家具の内部、床ベーススラット、中二階(mezzanine)床、または卓球台)、
D2:あまり湿潤でない環境(たとえば、浴室家具または車両の床)、
D3:しばしば湿潤な環境(たとえば、保護用外壁板張りまたはトレーラー構造物)、
D4:常に水と接触する環境:たとえば、保護無し外壁板張り、コンクリート用型枠
「増量」という点からは極端な、粉を含む配合物の2つの例を提供する。
ホルムアルデヒド系樹脂を減少させるために、本発明による組成物(処方2.1)を、ジャガイモ粉、および99%と濃厚で36.7%のアミラーゼ含量を有するエンドウマメデンプンをベースとして設計する。
処方2.2および2.3を用いて、小さなパネルの製造手順を実験室で用いる。この手順は以下の2つのステップを含む:
‐ あらかじめコンディショニングされた(20〜65%RH)100cm2のガブーン木材、トウヒ木材、またはポプラ木材(10cm×10cm×1.5cm)の表面上に、2および3グラムの試験接着剤を塗り広げることにより糊付け(サイジング)するステップと、
‐ 同時に加熱(表面温度:180℃)およびプレス(7バール/cm2)するステップ。
耐水性は浸漬試験により判定し、この試験では試験試料が100グラムの加重の下で浸漬される。
処方4.1を、本発明に従って調製する。
Claims (15)
- 木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物であって、
− 乾燥樹脂として表して量RSのホルムアルデヒド系合成樹脂、及び
− 乾燥デンプンとして表して量Aの、30.5〜45%の間のアミロース含量を有するエンドウマメデンプンを少なくとも5%含むデンプン、
を含み、比A/(A+RS)が50から100%の間であることを特徴とする接着剤組成物。 - 疎水性の樹脂、増量剤、硬化剤、顔料、及び充填剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物をさらに含む、請求項1記載の、木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物。
- 比A/(A+RS)が60から100%の間である、請求項1又は2に記載の、木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物。
- 木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物であって、
− 前記接着剤組成物の全固形分含量に対し、乾燥樹脂として表して、40%未満のホルムアルデヒド系合成樹脂、
− 前記接着剤組成物の全固形分含量に対し、乾燥デンプンの量として表して、60から100%の間の、30.5〜45%の間のアミロース含量を有するエンドウマメデンプンを少なくとも5%含むデンプン、
を含むことを特徴とする、木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物。 - 疎水性の樹脂、増量剤、硬化剤、顔料、及び充填剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の、木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物の全固形分含量に対し、乾燥樹脂として表して30%未満のホルムアルデヒド系合成樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の、木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物。
- 乾燥/乾燥ベースで表して、10%未満のホルムアルデヒド系合成樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の、木材から誘導されたパネルを製造するための接着剤組成物。
- 乾燥/乾燥ベースで表して、5%未満のホルムアルデヒド系合成樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の接着剤組成物。
- エンドウマメデンプンの割合が、デンプンの総量に対して少なくとも5%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- エンドウマメデンプンの割合が、デンプンの総量に対して少なくとも20%であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記デンプンが、乾燥組成物全体に対する乾燥デンプンとして表して、70〜100%の間で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記エンドウマメデンプンが、31〜40%の間のアミロース含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- アルミ、アンモニウム、及び銅の硫酸塩及び塩化物、ジルコニウム化合物、及びリン酸二アンモニウムからなる群から選択された有効量の化学薬品を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 木材から誘導されたパネルの製造方法であって、前記木材を請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物で処理するステップと、成形及びホットプレスをするステップを含む方法。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の接着剤組成物を含む、木材から誘導されたパネル。
