Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a loop-shaped transport belt used in an article transport process in a production line or a physical distribution mechanism, and more particularly to a pressurizing belt having a feature in its connecting portion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, belt conveyors are widely used for conveying intermediates and parts in the middle of production in various article production lines, finished articles, and articles in a physical distribution mechanism such as a delivery center for parcel delivery services. In general, this belt conveyor has a plurality of rolls of a conveyor belt that is formed into a loop shape by mutually connecting both ends of a belt made of a fabric such as a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric, a rubber sheet, a synthetic resin sheet, or a composite thereof. The article to be conveyed is placed on the conveyor belt and rotated, or the article is conveyed by holding the article in the gap between the conveyor belt and the opposing member arranged in the belt path. To do.
[0003]
On the other hand, a corrugated cardboard sheet in which a liner is bonded to a corrugated core from both sides is generally manufactured continuously by a manufacturing apparatus called a corrugating machine (corrugator) that is a combination of a plurality of mechanical devices having different functions. . In this corrugator, first, a corrugated core with a step is bonded to one liner to form a single-sided cardboard sheet, and then the single-sided cardboard sheet and the other liner are bonded together with the core interposed therebetween, Get a cardboard sheet.
[0004]
FIG. 6 schematically shows a bonding process between the single-sided cardboard sheet and the other liner. In the figure, 61 is a single-sided cardboard sheet, 62 is a liner, 63 is a cardboard sheet formed by bonding a single-sided cardboard sheet 61 and a liner 62, 64 is an upper stage belt, 65 is a lower stage belt, 65 and 67 are pulleys, and 68 is a ballast. A roll, 69 is a heat box, and 70 is a tension roll. The first half of the process is a heating section, and the second half is a cooling section. Further, FIG. 7 shows an enlarged view of the left side of FIG. In the figure, the same members as those in FIG. Reference numerals 71 and 72 denote liners and center cores constituting a single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet, and a starch paste 73 is attached to the top of the center core 72 and bonded to the other liner 62.
[0005]
In the process of FIG. 6, a so-called belt pressurization method is used in which pressure is applied using belts 64 and 65 when the liner 62 and the single-sided cardboard sheet 61 are bonded together.
As the upper belt 64 and the lower belt 65 used here, similarly to the above-described production line and physical distribution mechanism, a conveying belt having a loop shape by connecting both ends of a long belt body is used.
[0006]
As shown in, for example, US Pat. No. 5,048,675, such a connecting portion of the conveying belt has a large number of U-shaped connecting fittings arranged side by side at both ends of the belt, and protrudes from the end of the belt. The folded portions of the connected fittings are overlapped so as to mesh with each other, and a connecting rod is inserted into the gap to connect them.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when using a belt in which both ends of the band are connected using a connecting bracket as described above, the belt is transported due to differences in physical properties such as the hardness of the band and the connecting bracket, or differences in the level of the connecting portion. In some cases, there is a problem that the connecting portion affects the article, for example, the article is damaged.
[0008]
Further, in the step of laminating the corrugated cardboard sheets by the belt pressurization method, the shape of the connecting portion of the band member such as the connecting metal is transferred on the surfaces of the liners 62 and 71 to be sandwiched, and unevenness is formed, and uneven printing is caused when printing is performed. There was a problem that occurred.
[0009]
In order to solve such a problem, a measure for flattening the surface of the connecting portion of the belt body is taken. For example, a cloth material covering the belt connecting portion is arranged and sewn with a sewing thread. Things have been done. However, in this method, the sewn portion of the sewing thread may fray or the shape of the stitched thread may be transferred by pressurization.
In addition, there is a problem that alignment of the cloth material to be sewn is not easy.
[0010]
In addition, in the above-mentioned US Pat. No. 5,048,675, a so-called flocking process is applied in which an adhesive is applied to the connecting portion, the charged fine fluff body is dropped, and the fluff body is erected and covered on the surface of the connecting portion. To flatten the surface. However, it has not completely prevented the transfer of the connecting portion. Moreover, since the fluff body attached by flocking is easy to remove, the sustainability of the effect is also short.
[0011]
Furthermore, if any damage occurs to the connecting portion of the conveyor belt, the connecting portion is once released in a state where the belt is stretched over the roller, and the damaged connecting metal fitting is replaced, or the damaged belt is damaged as necessary. Although repair work such as cutting the body and attaching a new connection bracket is performed, since it is performed on a device with unstable scaffolding, neither of the above methods is easy, and liquid materials such as adhesives In the method using, the operation cannot be resumed until the liquid material is completely dried or solidified. For this reason, in order to reduce the operation efficiency as much as possible, repairs are made after waiting for the initial operation end time, so that there is also a problem in that defective products and article breakage due to damage to the connecting parts are unavoidable.
[0012]
This invention is made in view of such a situation, The subject is preventing the influence on the articles | goods of the connection part of belts, such as damage of articles | goods, and providing the conveyance belt which is easy to repair. In particular, a conveying belt that prevents transfer of the shape of the connecting metal fitting arranged on the connecting portion to the surface of the article in the conveying step of pressing the article during conveyance and the laminating process of the laminated body by the belt pressurization method. It is to provide.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has a loop shape in which both ends of a belt body are connected to each other, and is rotated around a plurality of rolls to support and convey an article,
A large number of U-shaped connecting brackets having linkage portions and leg portions, and the front and back surfaces of each leg portion with the belt body sandwiched so that the linkage portions protrude in an inverted U shape from both end faces of the belt body end portion. Are attached so that the linking parts of the connecting metal fittings fixed at both ends are alternately positioned, and the end surfaces of both ends are brought together, and the connecting rods are loosely inserted into the linking parts. Concatenated,
At the end of the strip, the thickness of the strip is narrowed by the width of the connecting bracket,
Before the connection fitting is attached in advance, at least the surface side of both ends of the band body is provided with a buffer member in which a large number of elastic fluff bodies are erected on the sheet-like base material, A transport belt characterized in that a portion is buried in the buffer member.
[0014]
In the present invention, the band is made of a fabric, a rubber sheet, a synthetic resin sheet or a composite thereof, the fluff of the buffer member is in a loop shape or an inverted U shape, and the buffer member is a connecting portion. It is preferably mentioned that it is attached to both sides.
[0015]
In the present invention, the article is sandwiched between the opposing members in the transfer path and conveyed while being pressed. In particular, the two sheet materials respectively conveyed from different paths are sandwiched and pressed and conveyed. It is preferable that the two sheets are a single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet and a liner, and are bonded together to form a corrugated cardboard sheet as a preferred embodiment.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the conveyance belt of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0017]
The transport belt of the present invention is basically used in a process of supporting and transporting an article. Specifically, in addition to a form of transporting an article on the transport belt, the transport belt is used. There is a mode in which a member facing the transfer path is disposed, an article is sandwiched in a gap with the facing member, and conveyed while being pressed. In particular, the form in which the belt is pressed is more preferable because the pressurization prevents the connection portion from affecting the article. In this case, the opposing member is not particularly limited. For example, a similar conveying belt or roller can be used.
[0018]
In particular, the conveying belt of the present invention is preferably used in a laminating process in which the two sheet materials conveyed from different paths are sandwiched and pressed in the manufacturing process of the laminated body such as the corrugated cardboard sheet and bonded while being conveyed. It is done.
[0019]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a conveyor belt according to the present invention, with a connecting portion of the conveyor belt separated. 2 is a plan view of a connecting portion of the conveying belt in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view in the longitudinal direction of the conveying belt in FIG. In the figure, 1 is a belt body, 2 and 2 'are end surfaces of end portions of the belt body 1, and 3 is a connecting metal fitting, which comprises a linkage part 4 and leg parts 5 and 5'. 6 is a connecting rod, 7 is a buffer member, and is formed by standing a large number of fluff bodies 9 on a sheet-like substrate 8. Reference numerals 10 and 10 ′ denote end portions of the band 1.
[0020]
The conveyor belt according to the present invention includes the connecting bracket 3, the connecting rod 6, and the buffer member 7 at the end portions 10 and 10 'of the band body 1 as a connecting portion, whereby the both end portions 10 and 10' of the band body 1 are connected. Connect to each other to form a loop shape. Then, as shown in FIG. 6 described above, the present conveying belt is used by being wound around a roll and rotated.
[0021]
The constitutional feature of the conveying belt of the present invention is that the buffer member 7 is attached to the end portions 10 and 10 ′ of the band 1 prior to the attachment of the connecting metal 3, and the connecting metal 3 is buried in the buffer member 7. There is in doing. With this configuration, when pressure is applied to the belt due to the weight of the article when the article is placed on the conveyor belt of the present invention, or when the article is sandwiched and pressure is applied to the belt, The fluff 9 of the buffer member 7 contacts the surface of the article and deforms appropriately to form a smooth surface to support the article, and the connecting fitting 3 does not directly contact the article. Therefore, the influence of the connecting metal fitting 3 and the step on the article to be conveyed is prevented.
[0022]
The material of the band 1 constituting the conveyor belt of the present invention is selected according to the conditions of the process to be used. For example, in the manufacturing process of the corrugated cardboard sheet, the generated moisture is quickly absorbed and diffused to the outside. For example, a fabric such as a woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric made of a synthetic fiber such as cotton fiber or polyester is used. In the present invention, a rubber sheet or a synthetic resin sheet can be used in addition to the fabric, and a composite of these materials can be used.
[0023]
Further, the connecting fitting 3 has a U shape formed by bending a thin rod material such as stainless steel, and has a linking portion 4 and leg portions 5 and 5 ′ which are the bent portions. The connecting metal fitting 3 has leg portions 5 and 5 ′ that attach the belt body 1 so that the linkage portion 4 protrudes in an inverted U shape from the opposite end faces 2 and 2 ′ of the end portions 10 and 10 ′ of the belt body 1. The belt 1 is fixed along the front and back surfaces of the band 1. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the end portions of the leg portions 5, 5 ′ are folded inward and embedded in the band 1.
[0024]
In the present invention, the connecting portions 3 of the connecting fittings 3 fixed to the end portions 10 and 10 'are overlapped so that they are alternately arranged, the two end faces 2 and 2' are brought together, and the connecting rod 6 is connected to the connecting portion. The two end portions 10 and 10 ′ are connected to each other by being loosely inserted into 4.
[0025]
The shock-absorbing member 7 used in the present invention has a large number of elastic fluff bodies 9 standing on a sheet-like base material 8, and is attached to the end portion 10 prior to the attachment of the connecting fitting 3 to the belt body 1. The leg portions 5, 5 ′ of the connecting metal fitting 3 attached to 10 ′ are buried in the buffer member 7. A general adhesive may be used for attaching the buffer member 7. However, since the connecting metal fitting 3 is attached after the buffer member 7 is attached, the buffer member 7 is firmly fixed to the belt 1 by the connecting metal fitting 3. It will be. Therefore, the attachment work of the buffer member 7 may be such that the buffer member 7 is not displaced when the connecting fitting 3 is attached. In addition, since the buffer member 7 is not peeled off after the connecting metal fitting 3 is attached, even if the adhesive used to attach the buffer member 7 is not dried or solidified, the conveying process is performed using the belt. be able to.
[0026]
Recently, in particular, in the belt pressing type bonding process shown in FIG. 6, instead of using the ballast roll 68, a method of pressing a metal plate against the belt 64 with an elastic member such as a spring or an air bag has been adopted. Since the metal plate pressed against the metal plate wears the connecting metal part of the connecting part, there is a problem that replacement work of the worn metal fitting is complicated. Even in such a system, if the conveying belt of the present invention is used, the operation can be resumed immediately after the replacement work of the connecting metal fittings is completed, so that a decrease in the operation efficiency due to the operation can be greatly suppressed.
[0027]
As the buffer member 7 used in the present invention, specifically, an opening / closing sheet material generally called a tape fastener can be used. Such a tape fastener is usually made of a synthetic resin having elasticity, such as polyester, and a large number of fluff bodies 9 are implanted in a sheet-like base material 8.
[0028]
The fluff body 9 of the buffer member 7 according to the present invention is not particularly limited in its shape, height, material, and elastic force, but is appropriately deformed when pressed against an article to be conveyed, and It is necessary to set appropriately so as to have a sufficient deformation recovery force.
[0029]
Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the fluff body 9 has a loop shape (a), an inverted U shape (b), an inverted J shape (c), a rod shape (d), or a tip. There is a rod shape (e) having a sphere, etc., which can be appropriately selected and used. In consideration of the action and recoverability of the buffer member 7 described later, a loop shape or an inverted U shape is preferably used.
[0030]
Further, in the present invention, when the leg portions 5 and 5 'of the coupling metal 3 are sufficiently buried in the buffer member 7 and contact with the article and the fluff body 9 is deformed, it is equal to or equivalent to the coupling metal 3. The height of the fluff body 9 is set so as to be as described above.
[0031]
The shock-absorbing member 7 according to the present invention is attached at least on the surface side of the band 1, that is, on the side in contact with the article to be conveyed, but is preferably provided on both sides as in this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 6, in the pasting process using the belt pressurization method, pressure was applied to the belt 64 using the ballast roll 68. However, the ballast roll 68 hits the steps of the hard connecting fitting 3 and the connecting portion. Bounced upwards to cause a problem such as poor bonding without applying a desired pressure, or dents due to excessive pressure applied by dropping immediately after being bounced. In the conveying belt of the present invention, by providing the buffer member 7 also on the back surface of the connecting portion, the step of the connecting portion is eliminated on the back surface, and the ballast roll 68 directly contacts the connecting metal fitting 3. Therefore, the ballast roll 68 is prevented from being bounced, and the problem of poor bonding and dent is prevented.
[0032]
In addition, since the leg portions 5 and 5 'of the coupling metal 3 are firmly fixed to the belt body 1, the space between the leg portions 5 and 5' is narrowed so as to bite into the belt body 1. In order to better prevent the shape of the end portions 10 and 10 'from being transferred to the sheet material, as shown in FIG. The thickness may be reduced. In this case, when the fluff body 9 is deformed, the height and elasticity of the fluff body 9 are set so that a substantially continuous flat surface is formed on the surface of the region other than the end portions 10 and 10 ′ of the band body 1. It is desirable to set.
[0033]
In the said embodiment, although the end surface 2, 2 'was shown in the direction orthogonal to the elongate direction of the strip | belt body 1 in the edge parts 10 and 10' of the strip | belt body 1, in this invention, the said structure It is not limited to this, The attachment form of the connection metal fitting 2 etc. can also be changed suitably. For example, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the end faces of the end portions 10 and 10 ′ are end edges extending in the oblique direction from the side edges, and the connecting fittings 3 are also attached with the positions shifted sequentially, and arranged in accordance with the oblique end edges. It may be arranged in rows. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5B, the end portions 10 and 10 ′ are end edges extending obliquely from the side edges, but the connecting metal fittings 2 are arranged in a direction perpendicular to the side edges. May be taken.
[0034]
The conveying belt of the present invention is preferably used as the upper belt 64 and the lower belt 65 in the above-described corrugated cardboard manufacturing process, particularly in the bonding process of the single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet 61 and the liner 62 shown in FIG. However, the use of the conveying belt of the present invention is not limited to these. For example, after the core 72 is bonded onto the liner 71 to form the single-sided cardboard sheet 61, it can be preferably used as a belt for a take-up conveyor for transporting the sheet 61 to a subsequent process.
[0035]
In addition to the production of corrugated cardboard sheets, it is preferable for pressure bonding and conveyance between the laminated sheets in the process of producing a laminate or composite by bonding sheets of plastic, paper, fabric, etc. by heat fusion or adhesive. Can be used.
[0036]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the conveyance belt of the present invention, when the article contacts the connecting part in the article conveying process in the production line or the distribution mechanism, the fluff of the buffer member is appropriately deformed in the connecting part. As a result, a flat surface is formed, and the article does not directly contact the connecting bracket. This eliminates the problem of damage to articles.
[0037]
Since the conveyor belt of the present invention can be repaired easily and in a short time even when the connecting portion is damaged, it can be repaired at any time without lowering the operation efficiency even during operation. Can do.
[0038]
In addition, since the transport belt of the present invention can be configured simply by attaching a buffer member to a region where the connecting bracket is attached in advance, a new device or a special tool is not necessary for the belt connecting process. Since the buffer member may be a commercially available tape fastener, it is economical.
[0039]
Furthermore, when the conveyance belt of the present invention is used in a conventional step of laminating a belt-pressurized laminate, even if the sheet material is pressed against the connecting portion, the connecting portion is formed into the sheet material. It is possible to obtain a laminate that is prevented from being transferred and has excellent appearance without causing printing unevenness, and can be preferably used particularly for the production of corrugated cardboard sheets. In particular, when cushioning members are provided on both surfaces, defective products such as bonding defects and dents due to ballast roll bounce are prevented, and the manufacturing yield is further improved.
