上記のような従来の単相3線式分電盤の電圧切替装置は,電圧切替えに当たって,ねじ17を緩めて筒状導体子18と雌ねじ部材19ごと長孔内を端から端まで移動させ,ねじを再び締めつけるのみで簡単に電圧を切替えることができるものである。

しかしながら,分電盤は通常,垂直な壁面に対し,図1のブレーカの底面を平行に送り板16,20の長孔が垂直になるように取り付けるから,ねじ17を緩めて長孔の上方に移動させた際にドライバの先端をねじから離すと,ねじと筒状導体子と雌ねじ部材が簡単に長孔の下方に落ちてしまうという問題があった。また,送り板の長孔内をねじが自在に移動できるため,ねじを締める際の位置決めが明確でなく,U字切欠部に中途半端に筒状導体子と雌ねじ部材が接触した状態でねじを締めてしまうことができて,ねじ締めによる接触が不完全となる可能性があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで本件の発明は,主幹ブレーカと,複数の2極分岐ブレーカと,該主幹ブレーカと複数の2極分岐ブレーカを電気的に接続する導体装置を含む単相3線式分電盤の,分岐ブレーカの片方の極に接続する導体相を中性相と電圧相に切替えて分岐ブレーカへの供給電圧を切替える電圧切替装置において,該電圧切替装置は,前記分岐ブレーカの片方の極の端子に接続され長孔を有する送り板と,中性相と第一及び第二の電圧相の導体と,筒状導体子と,前記送り板に形成された長孔と筒状導体子を貫通し,筒状導体子を中性相もしくは電圧相の導体の接続部に選択的に接続するねじと,該ねじが接続される雌ねじ部材を含んでなるものであり,前記電圧切替部の中性相と電圧相の導体の筒状導体子への接続部は前記筒状導体子接続面部を含むU字状切欠部であり,
前記長孔の端と端にそれぞれU字状切欠部のU字の開口が内向きとなるよう配置され,
前記ねじと雌ねじ部材は送り板の長孔の端部にて該送り板と夫々のU字状切欠部の間に筒状導体子を圧接状に締めつける一方,
ねじを緩めた状態では送り板の長孔内を筒状導体子及び雌ねじとともに移動され,

前記U字状切欠部を切替える際にねじを緩めた状態で乗り越えが可能となるとともに,
分電盤を壁面に取り付けた状態ではねじ及び雌ねじ部材の脱落を防止する凸部を形成し,
該凸部を乗り越えた位置が締めつけ位置となる位置規制部を形成したことを特徴とする単相3線式分電盤の電圧切替装置を提供したものである。それにより,長孔内のねじの移動は,長孔中央部の障害部を乗り越えておこなうことになるから,簡単にはねじが移動することがなくなり,ねじからドライバーの先端を離しても,ねじはその位置で保持される。また,ねじは障害部によって,長孔内の端に位置規制された状態で締め付けることができるから,接触が不完全になることがない。
