搬送手段によって冷却室内を移動する被冷却物に冷風を吹き付け、被冷却物を冷却もしくは冷凍する冷却・冷凍装置であって、前記搬送手段の上方に、同搬送手段と同じ方向かつ同じ速度で移動し、被冷却物が収容された袋の上面を押さえる移動体を配設し、さらに同移動体の上側に、同移動体をその上面側から自重によって前記袋に押し付ける押付手段を設け、同押付手段を、被冷却物の搬送方向を周方向とするローラで構成してなる冷却・冷凍装置。 A cooling and refrigeration apparatus that cools or freezes the object to be cooled moving in the cooling chamber by the conveying means and cools or freezes the object to be cooled, and moves above the conveying means in the same direction and at the same speed as the conveying means.
