Generally, a column beam type unit building is constructed by installing adjacent building units in which columns, floor beams and ceiling beams are joined in a box shape. Therefore, in general unit buildings, the four corners of each building unit (
There is always a pillar in the corner), and as a result, the pillar (multiple pillars) always stands in the center of the unit building where the corners of multiple building units are placed against each other and are not obstructed by the pillar A wide and continuous living room space cannot be formed.

On the other hand, there exists a thing of patent document 1 as a unit building which can abbreviate | omit a pillar in the butting | matching part of a building unit. In this prior art, a column omitted building unit is used in which a column is omitted at at least one corner of the building unit, and a temporary column is attached to and detached from the column omitted corner. And the temporary pillar in this conventional column-omission building unit is divided into at least two in the longitudinal direction, the divided pillars are brought into contact with each other at their end faces, and are detachably connected with connecting bolts.

In general, in the construction of a unit building, it is necessary to set the total height of the temporary column to a column height that is accurately omitted in order to ensure building dimensional accuracy when the building unit is assembled. However, since the above-mentioned prior art temporary columns are formed by connecting the divided columns with each other without any gap between them, the connecting bolts are removed to remove the divided columns after the building unit is installed. However, it is difficult to pull out the split columns laterally because the split columns collide with each other under the action of the axial force.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, there is further provided a regulating means for regulating a drawing end of the upper column and the lower column in a direction perpendicular to the axis.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the first aspect of the present invention, the holding portion of the upper column and the lower column also serves as a regulating means for regulating the drawing end of the upper column and the lower column in the direction perpendicular to the axis. Is.

(Claim 1)
(a) When the building unit is assembled, the upper column and the lower column are arranged in the column omission part of the building unit, and when the upper column and the lower column are pulled to the combined state where their central axes match with the bolt connecting means, The slope of the lower end surface of the lower pillar rises while sliding on the slope of the upper end face of the lower column, and the total height of the upper and lower columns gradually extends from the contracted state. When the bolt connecting means is set to a united state in which the central axes of the upper and lower columns coincide, the total height of both columns, in other words, the total height of the temporary column is set to the initially planned constant height.

(b) The upper column and the lower column are constrained by the bolt connecting means in the combined state of (a) described above, and become temporary columns that can sufficiently withstand the axial load.

(c) When the temporary column is removed after the building unit is installed, the slope of the lower end surface of the upper column is the same as that of the upper end surface of the lower column, except for the binding force applied by the bolt connecting means to the upper and lower columns. As a result of sliding down and gradually shrinking the total height of the upper and lower pillars, both pillars can be pulled out laterally from the omitted part of the building.
(d) In the combined state of the upper column and the lower column constituting the temporary column, the holding unit of the upper column holds the holding unit of the lower column, and the holding unit of the lower column holds the upper column Since they hold the part, the upper and lower pillars do not twist around their central axes in their combined state.

(Claim 2)
(e) Since the pulling end of the upper column and the lower column of the above (a) by the bolt connecting unit is regulated by the regulating unit, the upper column and the lower column constituting the temporary column are completely united so that their central axes coincide. Can be easily set to the state.
(Claim 3)
(f) The holding part of the upper column and the lower column also functions as a pulling restricting means for the upper column and the lower column described in (e), and the configuration can be simplified.

(Claim 4 )
(g) In the combined state of the upper column and the lower column in (a) above, both columns are locked to each other in the separation direction along the axial direction due to the presence of the locking means. Can withstand tensile forces acting in the axial direction.

(Claim 5 )
(h) When the bolt connecting means consists of a bolt inserted into one of the upper column and the lower column and a long nut attached to the other, the tip of the bolt protrudes from the outer surface of the temporary column Therefore, the configuration can be simplified.

The height is gradually extended from the contracted state. When the bolt connecting means (bolts 41 and 42, nuts 41A and 42A) are set in a combined state in which the central axes of the upper column 21 and the lower column 31 are aligned, both the columns 21 and 31 have their total height, in other words, The total height of the temporary pillar 20 is set to a predetermined constant height H.

The outer cover 23 of the upper pillar 21 has an upper inclined surface 23B at the upper end surfaces of both U-shaped pieces, and the lower pillar 31
The outer cover 33 of the U-shaped side faces the lower end surfaces of both side pieces of the U-shape as downward slopes 33B. Upper pillar 21 and lower pillar 3
In the united state 1, the upward slope 23B of the outer cover 23 and the downward slope 33B of the outer cover 33 are in contact with each other without any gap. Thus, the upward slope 23B of the outer cover 23 and the downward slope 33B of the outer cover 33 are the combined state of the upper pillar 21 and the lower pillar 31, and both the pillars 21,
With respect to the separation direction along the axial direction of 31, the locking means for locking the two columns 21 and 31 to each other is constituted. That is, in the combined state of the upper column 21 and the lower column 31, both the columns 21 and 31 are separated from each other along the axial direction due to the presence of the locking means (the upper inclined surface 23B of the upper column 21, the downward inclined surface 33B of the lower column 31). And can withstand the tensile force acting in the axial direction of the temporary column 20 when the building unit 10 is lifted.
